A great experience here. Geico paid for our rental. The rental was on time and the rep that drove the car out to us was very nice. He pointed out and documented scratches and bang ups while we were there before handing it over. I did the same. Just in case. Never know! We returned the car a couple days later with no issue and the same nice guy signed it back to Enterprise and waved goodbye. We were pleased with the rep and the service. Just wished we were issued a better looking rental but that's small in the world of bigger issues we were already having. Overall, we had a good experience here.

I called, told them the make, model, and wanted something good in snow, rain, and off road (for a Jeep). They answered a few questions, ordered the tires, I scheduled the appointment, got them put on, and when I went to pay thought it was a mistake because the price was so low. After paying, was driving off the lot and immediately noticed a huge difference - it rode much smoother. The next day, researched the tire brand thinking with such a low price, it was a bad brand - only to discover that the brand is a recognized one and of high quality; additionally, the specific tire's description specifies that it is made for snow, rain, and for off road. I love, love, love Piedmont Tire & Auto. The professionals are incredibly good, attentative, and polite. One recommendation is to either drop it off or Uber somewhere while waiting. Though they are efficient and operate, smoothly, they have a constant flow of customers. They appreciate buffer time to accommodate everyone.

Questioning why an intact part was replaced will get you "fired as a customer". If you want to have the same issue regarding tire vibration that cut through 3 pairs of tires in around 2 years, go to piedmont. If you want to be told its balancing, no its alignment, no now 3/4 of your rims are magically bent the day after we replace and rotate your tires even though we stated the bend was not there when you brought it in 4-5 months prior but its absolutely not our fault and is "impossible" for it to be, go to piedmont and lastly, if you want your father repeatedly implied to be giving "bad advice" .. because i guess a young woman cant ask questions of her own accord regarding HER car.,. based upon a singular, previous appt where my father questioned why a perfectly intact oil pan (which now his oil leak is WORSE after going there AND they put regular oil in instead of full synthetic???) was replaced and charged, go to piedmont!!! Not just haymarket piedmont- all piedmonts! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for a long, long while, even referring my family there given their cult following- but 2 years later, at least 4 pairs of tire purchases later... i have the same problem i walked in with years ago, and now the owner, John, utilizes his platform of 33,000 locals to villainize prior customers, make personal attacks, and cruel allegations. Of note: John frequently offers money up for anyone to grab regarding either tire service, coffee, etc. If you contact him about this, he will warp it as asking for handouts. Also, on the very large facebook forum, the group rules state fundraisers must be approved by admin (him). If you ask him to post a medical fundraiser for medical equipment (saving a sick service dog), he will again warp it as asking for handouts to the public. He will then utilize his platform of 30k locals to bash previous customers- including posting their picture with name calling and cruel accusations. This is the caliber of businessman you are dealing with.

I prepaid for a premium SUV, a Ford Expedition Max, more than two weeks ago, but Budget failed to…read morefulfill its promise. The night before my trip, they called to say my car would be delayed until 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. instead of 10:30 a.m., and I agreed to wait. At 11:00 a.m., an agent called and said the company had sent him a 12-passenger Chevy Express van instead, and that I had to accept it or my reservation would be cancelled. I felt I had no choice but to at least look at the van and try to request a discounted price. The van was old and dirty, and it looked like it had been used in the commission of a crime. It had a strange odor, as if something had decomposed inside, and there were stains on the upholstery that looked like dried blood. It had clearly not been cleaned or vacuumed, and it seemed as if potential evidence from a serious incident could still be present. When I checked the back to see if the seats could be adjusted, a section fell apart, making it look as though a struggle had taken place there. I immediately asked for a refund because there was no way I was going to leave my fingerprints or DNA in that van. It is unbelievable that a rental company can effectively cancel a prepaid reservation, offer such an unacceptable replacement, and derail a trip with nothing more than a simple "sorry."

On 01 March 2022, I received an email from Avis informing me that the rental car that I had…read morepreviously reserved for the following day in Utah (reserved two months prior) was no longer available.  I had already paid $80 toward this vehicle for collision insurance.   That same day I spoke with an Avis Customer Service representative during a recorded Case Conversation and he specifically advised me to reserve and pay for a similar sized and equipped vehicle at any other rental car company, and that Avis would refund me the difference in price.   On 02 March 2022, I was able to purchase a rental agreement with another company, with a total price paid that was $122.86 more.  I was forced to pay this extra price solely because of Avis carelessly giving our reserved vehicle to another customer. After countless email exchanges with Avis Customer Service, and after being repeatedly denied the ability to speak with a representative, I was finally able to get someone on the phone on 29 March.  During my phone conversation I learned that the initial representative had provided me with false information during my initial phone conversation. Further, Avis went out of their way to make customer service process almost non-existent and difficult to reach. Needless to say, I will never use Avis again, and strongly recommend others to use a different company.

They had a clerk waiting in the vehicle and explained how the sears closed and they are moving but with licensing it's taking awhile. So today we had a return time for 10am. We got here at 940 and it's now 1028, and no worker is here. We have called multiple time the numbers listed, and the greeting says, voicemail is full. Not sure what is happening
