Above and beyond my expectations. Rented a convertible for my son's high school graduation parade well in advance of the date. There was a possible rain date so the reservation needed to be extended as this office isn't open on Saturdays (somewhere I read on the seventh day someone rested). As a premium member I was offered an upgrade which lowered the price in the interim of placing and picking up the reservation. I checked a week prior and Chris in the office went to extra lengths make sure there was a vehicle on site to satisfy the needs per our request. The car was perfect. We couldn't have been happier. They even offered a tool from a personal vehicle to remove the hardtop when we discovered it was missing for the Jeep Wrangler. They knew another jeep was being serviced next door as well and we hopped on the vehicle and grabbed it from that one. Friendly, personable staff. They were even interested in seeing pictures of our event when we returned the vehicle. A+ Thanks guys! read more

Beware!!! Don't go here!!Unknowingly got charged extra and they will not take off the extra charges.

I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car for business and pleasure purposes for over 15 years. They have always provided excellent service and their vehicles are always in new and clean condition. My sister-in-law recently moved to Norfolk, MA and her vehicles were delayed in shipment so we went to the nearest Enterprise to rent a vehicle for a week. Unfortunately we didn't make a reservation, we just showed up and they were all out of vehicles due to a few very busy days. We sat in their lobby while we searched for other options with rent-a-car companies nearby. We were able to secure one, but it was about 10 miles down the road and it was "pouring rain" outside. We were having difficulty getting an Uber or Lyft to pick us up at that time of the day. The other rental company did not have the "pick up" option like Enterprise. The Enterprise Location Manager - Olivia Capece came over to us and told us that she would have her employee give us a ride to the other company's location!! This kind of friendly and thoughtful customer service is very rare nowadays. As we rode away, my sister-in-law said "now I see why you only use Enterprise". A special thanks to Olivia Capece for your kindness and thoughtfulness towards us in our time of need. read more

I use Enterprise almost exclusively to rent cars now. I was a Hertz customer for decades, traveling on business. But for personal use I find Hertz to be rather pricey. My Sister (who lives in Mansfield) said that this branch is very small so make sure they have the car I reserved (a full size sedan) before I head out. I don't know if it's true that I need to "verify" that the type of car I reserved is going to be available but we shall see. When Enterprise doesn't have what I reserved I always get a free upgrade and if that happens in this case I'll add a start or two to this review. I love free upgrades :) The reason for the low review is because I reserved a car quite a few months in advance. The price was about three times higher than what I usually have to pay for an Enterprise rental. But, I figured it is what it is. So I go back recently and check the prices for the same type car for the same rental period and it's now $100 less!!!! So..... I canceled my old reservation and made a new one. I don't know if this is a problem at the branch level or if the Enterprise web site is to blame. I guess the folks at the branch can sort this out. But if loyal "rewards" customers reserve a car and the rate should subsequently be reduced, I feel we ought to benefit from that reduction automatically. Seems a bit greedy to me to NOT lower rates on cars that have been reserved waaaaay in advance as mine was instead of favoring last minute renters.. I'll revisit this review after I turn in my rental and will make any appropriate changes to this review if needed. I see on some of the reviews that the Mansfield staff is nothing short of amazing. I'm hoping that will be my experience with them as well. read more

They take reservations for cars that they don't have, then when you show up to get it, they rudely blame you because they could not locate the contact info provided. Talk about screwing customers over? Then you call and are told it's being escalated but no one calls back. No fun when you traveling and get stuck, they could care less read more

I got a rental car through there due to an accident and my car being in the shop. The two stars are due to the fact that they met me at the auto body shop to drop off and pick up. that is the extent of the good service though. I was approved for a full size car and they said they only had compact. The girl who dropped off the car promised to call me that night with info on where I could swap for a full sized. She also told me if they couldnt get one that night she, her manager, or someone from the Milford location would call the next day. No one called. I called the Milford location and the guy was rude and told me that he had my info and would call when they got a full sized. Over a week later no one ever called. Very unimpressed with the service. read more

Great Enterprise Location! Shannon Reen the Branch Manager, makes this Enterprise location perfect, she's very accommodating, professional and sets the bar very high in for the other Enterprise locations I have used, being an Enterprise Gold Member I've rented from various locations and I have to say that Shannon makes renting a car a more pleasant experience than all the other brands. read more

I can't say enough good things about the Franklin office. I had to rent a car for nearly 3 weeks while my car was repaired. They worked with me to find the best option, kept in touch and generally made it a more pleasant experience than I expected. read more

Location sits on Route 1 across from Gillette Stadium and does not look like much since it sits in an old building and the lot is shared with parking for stadium events. Staff is helpful however I had an issue with insurance for the vehicle since they try to push additional coverage thats not needed. They took care of removing the coverage but we found out it was never added in the first place. They direct bill insurance for the rentals which is easy and the process is pretty seamless. I would recommend but their selection of cars fluctuates so you never know what you are going to get. read more

Although the staff may be nice and helpful, this company takes your money without getting consent or even calling to say there is a problem. I was in an accident and was hit by another driver (whom their insurance company was supposed to pay for the rental). Well after a month of no longer having the rental I check my bank account and there is a huge sum of money missing. Enterprise took it upon them selves to charge my account without calling to tell me! When I called they said the other insurance company was trying to fight them on the claim so they had to charge someone because it was the end of the month! Are you kidding me? That's not good buisness! read more

Enterprise Foxboro has the best staff that provides a highly personal and highly efficient check in and check out experience knowing that people want to get on there way. Shannon ensures you have exactly what you need and when returned that the vehicle and experience met your needs. I highly recommend this branch for any of your rental needs! read more

Amazing service. They ran out of cars (the day before Easter so I understand) and I encountered a small wait, but they upgraded me for free to a 2017 mustang and gave me a discount on my rental (without me asking) for the SMALL wait. Very friendly staff, and the person who helped me, David, was very helpful when it came to using my Discover cash back bonus toward my rental. It's the first time I didn't run into problems while using the cash back bonus. Great experience, I will go there again! Thank you! read more

The Enterprise at Foxboro have a great group of guys working for them Especially Dave! I had to get a rental due to being rear-ended and needing to purchase a new vehicle. Dave helped to make the transaction as smooth as possible, he corrected an insurance error and was polite and pleasant to me when I needed to extend my rental contact while waiting on the new purchase vehicle. Overall efficient and friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend the Foxboro location. read more

The staff at the Enterprise-Foxborough location on Route 1 is top notch. I rent from various Enterprises all over the country, and they consistently provide the most outstanding service of them all. They are always prompt for pick-ups, professional in their interactions, and always willing to go the extra mile. These guys set the bar for customer service. read more
