Uber and Lyft were not viable options and as a woman traveling alone, I was slightly panicked and a little apprehensive. Uniquee Shuttle Service was an answered prayer and a Godsend. I felt relaxed and at ease enough to comfortably nap a little on the way back to Albuquerque. This is a contact that I will keep and without a doubt use again. Thank you ... over and over. This is an honest and real review from someone who rarely submits one. He has excellent customer service and this was further demonstrated by him receiving multiple calls for service during our trip. Additionally he was a very safe, aware, and alert driver.

Chosen for…read moreconvenience, Boutique Air became the most inconvenient experience ever due to shady customer service, mishandled baggage, delays, flight cancellations, emergency landings, and being driven to the destination rather than flown due to malfunctioning aircraft. To start, plane was delayed. We chose Boutique to get to Clovis Municipal Airport and avoid a 4hr drive to/from the airport at Lubbock or Amarillo but plane broke down midflight and the plane had to land in Lubbock. Then we were told vehicle transportation would be provided which is what we were trying to avoid in the first place. For some reason someone had to drive from Clovis, to Lubbock, and back to Clovis rather than offer a vehicle straight out of Lubbock. It was an extra difficult wait without any food the whole day. Also, the day prior we double checked with Boutique customer service and a phone rep assured us automatic transfer of luggage between United and Boutique at DFW. That was incorrect and our luggage was left behind. Boutique kept delaying arrival of our luggage on several subsequent flights due to a number of different lame excuses and never apologized. We had to physically show up to air our grievances to try and get any sort of real solution or compensation for our luggage. They never owned up to the fact that their employee misinformed/lied to us and instead actually blamed us for using a 3rd party (Travelocity) rather than booking directly with United.

These planes are not large enough to be capable of takeoff/landing in high winds, so of course there is grace for that. This is convenience over all other things, I'd rather have a 1.5h flight (even if it gets delayed) than drive 7+ hours to Dallas. Logistics aside, customer service has always been 10/10! I lost a ring on a recent flight without realizing it, called later that day, and they found it! Not only did they find it, they very willingly offered to deliver it, and did!! They're awesome!!

Front desk staff were great and very friendly and the reason they have 4 stars. The biggest downfall was the breakfast probably one of the worst at a Marriott hotel I've had. I've eaten dozens of Marriott breakfast so I have a general idea of what is served, but this one seemed barely edible the eggs were lukewarm and the sausage was like a hockey puck. I'd absolutely stay here again but I may go to the Town place Suites for breakfast.

They put me in another room, which was fine for the most part, but then the shower had the bottles of shampoo and body wash torn off (not sure if they weren't working so the previous person tore them off the wall?). The weird part is they were put back nicely in the corner so maybe the cleaning people did not report that they were off of the wall and just left them that way. Then, the shower did not drain at all. I checked the drain, it was open, so it must have been clogged. They need a room-by-room punch list of items in this hotel for sure. The ladies at the front desk were all very nice, it just needs a pick me up for sure.

AC didn't work for a 3 night stay!! Was promised that maintenance would look at it! Was then told…read morethey would find us a new room!! Left for our event-came back in the evening between events...Then was told that maintenance wouldn't be working Friday after all & that while people have checked out housekeeping wasn't working so they couldn't move our rooms! Asked for a discount due to no AC all weekend & kid at front desk said he couldn't make that decision! When asked for him to contact manger he gave the business card and made no efforts! Paid over $200 a night for a room with no AC, and they ran out of about all breakfast items Sunday morning!

They have a sign that says you have to eat your food in their small lobby area and not take it to your room. (But I don't know if they enforce that.) Parking can be an issue. There were a lot of people with big pickups staying there and one in a nearby room practically blocked me in. (I was able to maneuver out because I had an economy car.) But that's not really the motel's fault. I'll stay here again if I'm by myself, but I won't bring my family here.
