We should have just flown to Lubbock on a major airline and driven to Clovis instead. Chosen for convenience, Boutique Air became the most inconvenient experience ever due to shady customer service, mishandled baggage, delays, flight cancellations, emergency landings, and being driven to the destination rather than flown due to malfunctioning aircraft. To start, plane was delayed. We chose Boutique to get to Clovis Municipal Airport and avoid a 4hr drive to/from the airport at Lubbock or Amarillo but plane broke down midflight and the plane had to land in Lubbock. Then we were told vehicle transportation would be provided which is what we were trying to avoid in the first place. For some reason someone had to drive from Clovis, to Lubbock, and back to Clovis rather than offer a vehicle straight out of Lubbock. It was an extra difficult wait without any food the whole day. Also, the day prior we double checked with Boutique customer service and a phone rep assured us automatic transfer of luggage between United and Boutique at DFW. That was incorrect and our luggage was left behind. Boutique kept delaying arrival of our luggage on several subsequent flights due to a number of different lame excuses and never apologized. We had to physically show up to air our grievances to try and get any sort of real solution or compensation for our luggage. They never owned up to the fact that their employee misinformed/lied to us and instead actually blamed us for using a 3rd party (Travelocity) rather than booking directly with United. read more

I have flown with Boutique Air from Clovis to Dallas countless times. Of course, living in Eastern NM, wind is expected, so of course, delays are expected. These planes are not large enough to be capable of takeoff/landing in high winds, so of course there is grace for that. This is convenience over all other things, I'd rather have a 1.5h flight (even if it gets delayed) than drive 7+ hours to Dallas. Logistics aside, customer service has always been 10/10! I lost a ring on a recent flight without realizing it, called later that day, and they found it! Not only did they find it, they very willingly offered to deliver it, and did!! I bought round trip tickets from Clovis to Dallas through the hopper app. Never got a notification from boutique air that my flight was canceled and didn't realize it was canceled til I was already at the airport and no one was there. I called customer service asking if I could be rebooked to the next flight. The agent was unapologetic and said I had to contact the app since I booked through them. So I did and asked for a refund. Ended up driving to Lubbock and buying a ticket on the spot from there. Inconvenient and frustrating. I'm sure the actual flight would have been nice but everything leading up to it was unorganized. read more

We were extremely nervous flying on a prop plane from Dallas to Clovis for our son's football recruiting visit as we always fly commercial but I can say this was one of the best experiences we have ever had. The flight was very smooth and the pilot and staff were great. Would definitely fly them again. read more

Beautiful plane and great crew. Very personable comfortable flight. I have flown with them 3 times now to Dallas and would do it over and over again! They will shuttle you to the terminal you need or to the rental car. You can also call the rental car and it can be waiting for you at the aviation area you are at and you can drive staight to them and leave your rental car there. No need to go to rental car location and then wait for a shuttle to your aviation atea. Make sure to leave a few hours btn your arrival and catching your connecting flight. Free parking..sometimes its cheaper to fly out of here then to drive to amarillo or lubbock and leaving your car in long term. Check your options to see whats best for you. read more

This is the best flight service I have ever experienced. These are local flights like Merced, Las Vegas and Oakland. I am not sure of the other places they go, but man you can't beat the prices and it is like being on a private jet!! I flew with Boutique Air this Thanksgiving weekend with my three adorable grandchildren from Merced to Las Vegas. The flight, the staff, the convenience was outstanding! Very personable and safe and I know we will be using this airline again! So much more relaxing and easy than the bigger airlines and I highly recommend this airline to others/my family and friends!
