But I have to mention for those of you out there who are sensitive to noise like me that about 4:30 in the morning this high-pitched noise started I believe from the factory and the trains over in the video I attached if you have an RV that doesn't have really thick walls. This could be a problem. I attached it so you could hear it cause maybe you'll decide that it wouldn't bother you. It was not happening when we went to sleep. Everything else about this place is absolutely perfect though.

The sites are decent size, but they are tight if you've got somebody sitting right next to you, but still plenty of room for your slides and such. There are picnic tables at all the spots, as well as as there are two small cabins that can be rented if you are traveling with people who do not have a camper. This campground is clean and well kept and the staff were very friendly! They were super helpful with anything that we needed. You do have a bit of road noise from hwy 60 as well as there are trains nearby but a fan running drowned most of that out noise. WiFi was ok- we tended to get booted off a couple times in the evening when a lot of people were at the campground. Verizon was 2 to 3 bars and a little more reliable. There's a laundry room with three washers three dryers at $1.75 a load and everything worked great. All the services at the site worked great. You are about 10 minutes from the town of Clovis and there is plenty of shopping, a planet fitness For a good workout as well as tons of restaurants. We wanted to visit the rock 'n' roll museum here, but they are closed for renovations as of the date of this review.

This is a wonderful RV Park to stay in. I recently spent four weeks in Clovis visiting my daughter…read moreand her family. Instead of being underfoot, my husband and I opted to bring our trailer. After two weeks, hubby was needed back home so I was there alone. As both a senior couple and a solo woman, I felt absolutely safe staying here. The grounds were clean and kept tidy. So was the office, laundry, gathering room, and bathrooms/showers. The complimentary coffee was especially nice since I forgot to bring my coffeemaker. Then there's the price... WOW! So affordable! Now for the warning, which is Clovis not the park. Trains nearby run 24/7. After the first night we rarely noticed. Also, the smell of cows can be quite strong at times. Lastly, the weather. Be prepared for heat or cold, very strong gusty winds, and strong thunderstorms. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!
