I was incorrectly charged $165.69 and have been trying to resolve this for over a month. I contacted customer support four separate times. Every time I was told that the local branch or a supervisor would call me back. No one ever did. Not a single follow-up. Support continues to apologize but claims they "cannot assist with refunds" and only offer to "send feedback" again, which has clearly gone nowhere. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. At this point, the issue remains unresolved, my money has not been refunded, and I've wasted significant time chasing a mistake that should have been corrected immediately. I would strongly caution others to be careful with billing and to expect poor follow-up and accountability if something goes wrong. read more

We rented a SUV with them during Fall Break and our vehicle met our expectations. The car was clean, new, and well maintained so our trip to Florida was very smooth and enjoyed. The gas mileage on the vehicle was great as well and we were very pleased with our whole experience. The wait time to return the car was a little long as it was right at the end of break, but that is to be expected so no minus stars for that. The check in and check out process is smooth and we plan to use them as our rental car company of choice again and while we live in Buford. 5 Stars and two thumbs up! I had a reservation and had already checked in and submitted my payment and ID online, yet still had to wait behind people who did not even have a reservation. That's a little bit ridiculous. Waited about 20 min inside the store until I was taken to the car. The car I was given was a class lower than what I paid for, however I was still charged for the higher category. The car itself was disgusting. The other people in my party didn't want me to complain but I regret that I didn't. It was not cleaned, vacuumed maybe but none of the interior was wiped down. Crumbs all over the middle console and in the shifting gear area. That's really gross. I'm super disappointed as I have exclusively used Enterprise in the past and specifically that location. I absolutely will never return to that location (Bogan Road in Buford, Ga). Service there was HORRIBLE. Very unfriendly service reps at that location!!!! Called to make a last minute reservation (note that I understand it was last minute), the gentleman was very nice and booked a compact car for me. After I hung up we immediately drove over to the location which less than ten minutes away (3 miles) from my home. Immediately I am greeted and asked for my name, the gentleman at the counter tells me that he can see my recent reservation but he has been out of cars for almost an hour so he can't fulfill my reservation, sorry. One employee gave me one set of info on the phone, another gave me something completely different once I paid for rideshare to get here. $40 rideshare to and back home and didn't even get to rent. I don't know about these other people's experiences, but as for mine, it is always GREAT! Yes, they are probably understaffed, and customers literally have no patience for this. But I understand. This is a hard working crew. They are always courteous, and when they are taking a while to get to you, they are always apologetic, and letting you know that they haven't forgot about you. I'm sorry but customers are just rude these days. No empathy for workers. Yes. The staff is straight forward, and if your insurance won't cover something, or your credit card is declining, then they can't rent the vehicle to you. But technically, that's the customer's issue, not Enterprises. They have to keep it moving. Everyone at the Bogan Rd location is a gem. Are there sometimes issues with the cars? Yes. But 99.999% of the time, the cars are PERFECT!! I rent from them very frequently both for my job and for my personal trips, and no where else. They go above and beyond with the smiles, customer service, and availability. I love this place! read more

I use them most when I have a a car in for service nearby, they come get me, I get them too or they send someone to pick up the car wherever I'm servicing. Never had a dirty or unsatisfying car, knowledgeable staff, on the ball, works with fleet management on my company cars so highly recommend. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Rented a car through my insurance with them while my car is being repaired. They called and texted me threatening to mark the car as stolen,then charged over $2,000 to my card. MY INSURANCE IS COVERING THE RENTAL yet they are too lazy to call the insurance company after I've provided ALL OF THE INFORMATION. This has been going on for weeks!! Charged my card without my knowledge and keep charging it even after I've called and spoken with them multiple times. I called my insurance company and they said that nobody from this company even reached out to them. I will never again do business here!! read more

Called ahead of time to check availability for cars ( I do this for a reason). I was told there was a car available and the lady on the phone took my reservation. When I get there they tell me they have no cars available. Now I've wasted $40 on Lyft for no reason when I coukdve been told over the phone that there was nothing available. Sorry service. They are so unethical. On the day of pick-up, they tried to charge me an extra day for returning late (after their office hour). However, I made this reservation online in order to meet my schedule. So I explained that if I had known this before booking, I would have changed pick-up location. So, they didn't charge me. What really caused me to be upset was after returning the car. I was charged way more than what I should have paid on my bank statement. They didn't send me an email explaining for this so I called to ask. Their response was that sometimes they make a mistake on invoice so I shouldn't be worried... If I didn't make a phone call to check on it, they would have just charged extra and I wouldn't have figure out the reason for it. What makes me mad is that their excuse for this was just a mistake on invoice. This was not my first time renting a vehicle and I clearly understand how this works. From my experience, what they did was unreasonable and unethical. This was very disappointing and I'm never renting a car with enterprise ever again. read more

I made a reservation over the weekend, well in advance for a full sized SUV for my family's vacation (Thrusday). They called me yesterday (Wednesday) to verify that we would still need the rental. I let them know that we were a go. I dropped my husband off to pick it up this morning and they said that our rental was in the shop having tires put on and then offered us a smaller car. They said that the truck should be available by early afternoon and after wasting an entire day, finally let us know AT NOON that it won't be ready uintil tomorrow. We asked if they could look around different locations to find us another truck. They said they did and had no luck. I looked online at a different office and found the same truck I was renting for $350 more than my reservation with them. I called back up there to ask if they would contact that branch to see if they would honor our initial priced reservation and he said no that I would have to do it myself. These people are rude, unprofessional and unempathetic! It took me a loing time to save up for this trip and they have completely ruined this for my family! Do yourself a favor and book ANYWHERE else!! They did nothing to help or to make this right. THE WORST!!! read more

I will never rent a car anywhere else. My 1998 truck finally died and I needed to rent a car until I found a new one. The people at the Bogan Road location were outstandingly accommodating. They accepted my USAA discount and upgraded me to a brand new mini van. (Only 20 miles on it). When I still hadn't found a new truck at the end of my rental period, they extended my rental for another week at an even greater discount price. They were friendly, professional, and fast. I arrived on time for my rental, but very unprepared. In the small print online it states that if you are paying with a debit card you must bring 2 utility bills (current, without past due balances) with your name and address on them. I did not have these with me. They were extremely helpful and let me use their computer to print out what I needed. After that, I was given a cheaper price in person then what I had reserved! I highly recommend this location, and will use it in the future. It is also convenient located right next to a gas station so you can be sure to return with the correct amount of gas. read more

This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a car rental facility. The story is too long. But the truth is that the location manager Ryan lied. And tried to put the blame on me today. I needed to rent a car after the axle on my Toyota broke and it was the first time I filed an insurance claim and went to rent a car by myself. I dealed with a lady named Haley and she knew it was my first time and I was kinda clueless. I asked if everything I signed will he covered by insurance and she kept beating around the bush so I signed what I needed to get the rental because I was busy. Then I started noticing that enterprise was taking money from my personal account and when I called and asked about it, the only response I got was "you signed the paper". I lost over $500 and I'm a broke ass college student. I begged for the money back so I could pay rent but Haley didn't even respond to my calls, even after I left several messages. Do not do business here. They charged me for damages that were already there but, it was my fault i trusted that rep to notate it when he didnt. My credit card paid for the damages within a timely manner and they still sent me to collection. When i contacted Enterprise, they said it was done in error and no apology whatsoever. read more

I reserved a car 3 weeks ahead of time and when i show up, there is not one vehicle that they can rent me. Basically the whole Seinfeld episode except that they don't even have the economy car. You'll need to babysit your reservation to make sure it's there or you'd just be better off going down the road to the other Buford rental companies like i ended up doing. Originally we rented the vehicle due to a hit and run from the Mall of Georgia Enterprise at Toyota AutoNation. Usually our experiences here are pretty Pleasant. Unfortunately when it was time to return the vehicle and grab mine we were instructed to drop the vehicle off with the receptionist at AutoNation along with the key and they would send someone from enterprise to pick it up. Which was basically the same building. Well of course the next morning we got a call and the vehicle is surprisingly damaged and of course it was our fault. They proceeded to tell me how the vehicle wasn't picked up until almost 19 hours after I dropped the vehicle off. They also mentioned that it was no way for them to pull the tapes because the area my vehicle was in there was none. I know and my husband knows that it was no damage on the vehicle when it was dropped off but it was no way to prove it. So we proceed to comply and to just take it through the insurance AGAIN and pay the deductible. It's been almost 4 months and as of today Enterprise claims division has called us over 10 times asking for a payment that we dropped off ourselves personally to the Enterprise office. Every time they called it seemed as if they wanted us to just pay again without trying to figure out what THEY did with the payment. We even went to the office spoke with the manager and he said they hadn't turned it in yet?? And they refused to call the Mall of Georgia Enterprise to get this figured out as the customer we feel as if someone is not handling our money correctly or were being ripped off. For someone to call you repeatedly and state they are with a company but call unavailable on several different of our numbers asking for a payment that we had receipts from and we spoke to a manager at the branch about is very alarming. The bank reported the check was cashed and yet no one saw the records. To make a long difficult story short we are STILL waiting for a resolution. Legal action will be taken if the harassing calls don't stop for money that has been sent in and cashed. It's not comforting to the customer to have your employees calling about a payment you guys need to find amongst yourselves. read more
