There's not much to say, other than that everything was great. Not only was I able to get a good, reasonably price car literally within an hour after booking, but the rental process went perfectly, and the Hertz staff were helpful, thorough, and friendly. The car itself was flawless, as was returning it, and I came away from the transaction feeling every bit the satisfied customer. Consider this an A+ rating, on my part. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and it has been nothing but problems since the moment I drove it off the lot. The car was sold to me with a broken CV axle, warped rotors, multiple sensor issues, and even more problems that were never disclosed. They allowed this car to pass as "certified" and let me put my child in it knowing the condition it was in. I only learned what was wrong after I noticed the car shaking violently and asked about it. While the car was in their shop, the communication was completely nonexistent. Every time I called for an update, I got the same line: "We'll call you back." They never did. I even got the service manager (Chaz) personal number, and he repeatedly ignored my texts and questions. To make things worse, while my car was sitting on THEIR lot, they told me that the lawn crew kicked up a rock and shattered my back glass. This was after they had already kept my car for months, while I was still making payments on it. I have asked multiple times to be put into another vehicle or refunded so I can get something safe and reliable. They refuse. At this point, they have had my car for longer than I have. After keeping my car for three months, the sales manager Jason finally said it was "finished" and this was the "final product" they could offer me. I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before more problems started. The sensors were still going off, and the FIRST time we rolled the window down, it wouldn't go back up. This dealership has shown me nothing but negligence, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer safety. I will tell everyone I know: DO NOT buy a car from here. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. I will be filing a complaint with the DMV dealer board and Attorney General!

I called and spoke to an Elmina and let her know of an upcoming need for a larger SUV and unfortunately they simply didn't have any in. Elmina was polite and mentioned I check back in a few days as they were expecting more to show up soon. She was kind enough to take my information and mention she'd be happy to let me know, but honestly I wasn't expecting much as I've been down this road in the past. I figured I would just rent from the competition. Glad I didn't. Elmina not only followed up with me but the same day I was in, followed up apologizing again for not being able to earn my business but that she would indeed keep an eye open for me as she said she would. As a business person, I immediately was impressed she went out of the way to apologize for not being able to earn my business. It's the "small things" like this, that prompt people like me that never leave reviews, take the time to do one. But the best part was 2 days later when she let me know there was an SUV available if I still needed one. I booked immediately. The pickup and dropoff went flawlessly. The point here is simply to comment on some outstanding customer service. I place a particularly high value on solid communication. Elmina not only seems to do that well, but she displayed she takes her role at Enterprise seriously and simply has pride in her work. Good job Elmina and at the very least this Enterprise location on being the gold standard. You have my business going forward!

A person came online after 8 minutes and took my information and he would check and placed me back on hold. After 38 minutes, I hung up. I called back and no one answered, but the Enterprise answering service put me on hold with frequent message about 'they were waiting on other customers'. After 14 minutes, it hung up on me. I called back and after 5 minutes, 28 seconds a person answered. He said he checked and It wasn't available. Oh well. This place must be busy, I think they may need more help.
