Specifically Alex Santiago has been the best account manager that I have ever met in this space. He is very knowledgeable and understand the nature of our business and the importance of keeping us on the road in safe and reliable transportation. Last week, our truck in South Carolina was due for maintenance service; however, the nearest location was unable to service the vehicle so Alex and his team was instrumental in getting the truck towed to another city about 50 miles away to ensure the truck was properly service and safe so that we could to continue to do business with no delay.. If you are looking for a team that will provide you with a high level of customer service, you must rent or lease from this location. ~Susan

Found Fetch Trucks when we needed to accelerate our moving schedule and I had to quickly find a…read moretruck for the weekend. I found the service, price, and availability great! It took about a week for my insurance to be refunded. My suggestion would be for them to create mobile apps and quit relying on mobile websites. The interface and the integration with the camera and GPS opportunities would be so much better; I found the image taking feature very clunky. I would definitely use them again.

**updated** Gas is…read morenot included anymore and the system they have that registers the level stinks. I was surprised to find out they now charge for gas and when I was filing it up it takes 10 min to "register" so I filled up the truck and returned it and today they said it was only 81% full, I have a picture of it over full. I really loved using them and now it's not a deal anymore. Back to u-haul for me. The convenience is good. But after gas and costs of vans etc it's not a deal anymore. Oh well Need a truck? Need it fast, when I want it and for a great price? Well, this is the place! I found this gem online after multiple google searches (they need to pay to have google provide optimization for their site so it's easier to find). Like us all we have used uhaul and Penske or our friends trucks to move stuff when needed...all of the latter aren't always affordable or available. Now enter the metro ATL market Fetch Truck. Does the name sound like it's missing an "a"? Yeah I agree Fetch-a-Truck just rolls off the tongue better. Well, enough with that down to the nitty gritty. Their mobile site is good and will show you the trucks available closest to you via a zip code search. Luckily I have one near me, close to downtown Roswell. I had called and spoken to one of the owners to find some more detail and he was very helpful, pick your time and pick it up at their location with your phone, no person behind a desk to deal with etc. Finally, convenience! You reserve the truck via mobile or website (be sure to login or register since it will keep track of all your rentals) and it will send you a text confirming everything along with the details on location, time and how to unlock the vehicle. They definitely spent some money on the mobile app, it's great. It unlocks the truck, lets you take pictures of the truck before you leave and shows you current rental time and miles used All trucks have gas included and they allow you a # of miles for the rental duration, my case it's 50 miles a rental if it's for 1 hour or 1 day! Pick up truck is $10/hr which is way less than Home Depot/Lowes and even uhaul, all of which you need to pay miles, gas or both. Upon return you just use the text message to link you to their site and take pictures (for liability purposes) of the truck and lock the vehicle. How easy and perfect is that!!! The only reason I was hesitant on writing this is that the more it gets known the less I will be able to snag a vehicle when I need it. I have multiple rental properties and this is very convenient for me. I hope they really take off, it's a great concept with new nice trucks and good locations. I have used them three times in the last couple months! Check in for $15 off your first rental! Enjoy!

Claims he had to top it off even tho it was on full those were words out his own mouth. It's full so why and how do you top it off? Was charged 8$/ gallon for 2 gallons. No it's not any money it's just the fact of the matter then he stated he had to to put almost two gallons in so why was I charge for two! When the contract states truck has to be returned full he claim he charged by gallons that's not what the contract states. And when asked to speak to a manager he don't have one no supervisor at his location. Just be mindful. When renting from this place they charging you by gallons not what he contract states

I arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told--without apology--that the trailer I reserved wasn't available. The woman at the counter was incredibly dismissive, shrugging and saying, "Nothing I can do about it." When I explained the time, cost, and distance involved in my trip, she offered no real solution except suggesting a trailer 22 miles away--requiring me to fight Atlanta traffic twice just to get back to my storage unit. Her condescending attitude made a frustrating situation worse, and when I asked for her name to report the experience, she refused to provide it. The manager was no help either, referring me to someone named Summer Robertson, who--as others have noted--is equally unresponsive. I rent U-Hauls all over the country several times a month and rarely have issues. This location is the exception. It clearly has a staffing and customer service problem. I suggest using a different location if reliability and basic courtesy matter to you.

The guy working at the time (Andre) confirmed he would make a note, and I was good to go. I arrived at this location right before closing, and told there were no cars left and nothing they could do. I asked when they ran out of cars, and Andre communicated it happened at 1pm (before my modified arrival time). Out of consideration for Enterprise, I called AHEAD to confirm I was still coming, and they still failed to be prepared for my reservation. I was then told that making a reservation online is a "request" for a reservation, not an actual reservation - which makes no sense. I was left stranded in Atlanta with no options, no vehicle, and all of my luggage. I unfortunately was never able to get a car. I will NEVER give Enterprise my business again, the quality of this company has continued to decline and customer service is non-existent. If you need a rental car, go ANYWHERE ELSE!
