Needed to rent a larger vehicle for an out-of-town family event and the published price was exactly what we paid. Booked through Costco. No frills, no troubles, no extra charges. Just remember to fill up the tank to whatever level you had it at when you picked up the car. read more

No stars because i'm cleaning a car that should have been cleaned!! literally just went up to pick up a car. They came out with a van that's dirty a quarter tank of gas. I asked him was it cleaned and they said yes. A truly 5-star experience, beginning to end. Smooth, easy check in, rental agreement and receipts all reflected reserved vehicle and expected costs, vehicle was clean and fresh at pick up. When we came in at the end of our term to extend our reservation and convert the second leg to a one-way rental, the manager on duty (Jace?) went above and beyond to keep us on the road after a competitor we had planned to rent with tried to bait-and-switch our vehicle to a downgraded unit. Jace kept us in our current vehicle AND price matched the competitor's confirmed cost - saved our day/week! Will definitely keep the Enterprise Auburn location saved for future rentals! read more

amazing customer service I was renting a car through my car insurance and the staff was very helpful. Victor gave me a lot of good information as well as as AJ whenever I called for some advice on what to say to the adjusters. I forgot the name of the third gentleman that helped me at first but altogether their team did very well at being professional but with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I needed a ride back to my house after dropping off the car and they were able to arrange that for me which was great. Checking the car when returning only took about five minutes and I had my deposit back soon after that. I will definitely be renting a car from them again soon as they have a great selection and a great team thank you again guys. read more

I ordered a full size sedan but got a standard size. Not happy. They never replaced my car due to high volume. They never went out of their way to make a customer happy. So no I won't use their service again. read more

I needed to rent a car after the sudden death of my 2003 Subaru. The Enterprise location in Puyallup was able to deliver fast and friendly service. Bella and Lilly were there when I returned the car and they are fabulous! Both are efficient and made my day so much better! I highly recommend Enterprise Rent a Car in Puyallup! 5 platinum stars for Bella and Lilly!! read more

Everyone I dealt with in this office was helpful and friendly. When I picked up the car, a few people were ahead of me. When I was done with my paperwork, he apologized for the delay and told me not to worry about the gas. I wasn't expecting that. I am glad I only drove the vehicle a few miles. I am sorry if I can't remember his name but thank you for your kindness. When I dropped off the car, it was Luis, I believe, who helped me. Again, a kind and friendly demeanor, very helpful. Didn't take a long time at all to process the paperwork. To the lady who gave me a ride home, thank you as well. I could tell you were busy before you we're pulled away just to drive me. Auburn Enterprise is lucky to have these three people exemplifying excellent customer service! Well done. read more

First of all, I called an agent and couldn't understand her accent. I kept asking her to repeat. Also, website in FAQ's specifically says, 'Yes we will pick you up and bring you to rental location.' I made a reservation then was told, 'No, that location doesn't do that.' So I canceled. Later I called about a different location. The agent said, 'I don't know. You will have to call that location to find out if they do pick-ups.' Horrible way to be treated. They obviously don't need my business and have no reason to go the extra mile for customers. read more

Last update in this transaction: Got to make it a five star review!!!! The Enterprise process and team coordinated with everyone to make our complete experience as amazing as possible without divine intervention!!! Update: Still not a very fair review since Yelp can't do 4.5 stars!!! This updates comes after the report from the wife on how she was handled while picking up the rental car. She reports a very Courteous and polite interaction and smooth transaction with a very nice vehicle. I still maintain the lack of options for the full size truck but as they say: "Happy wife, happy life" and Enterprise is the place to rent a vehicle if you are looking for value! I will update this review after the complete transaction is over, though I only see the rating get better if this level of service continues. Much thanks to Enterprise and their team that works to make the best of everyone's busy times during tough t. read more

I would rate a ZERO star! I called to make a reservation and was told the had a SUV available. I double checked to that they would have one available since it was a last minute thing. They said yes SUVS are NOT in high demand and that they had a few. Drive to Auburn Wa and they had ZERO cars available. Called the location for Kent Wa and was told they had one and explained what had just happened and that I didn't want to drive to Kent for them to say NO we have nothing and was confirmed they had my reservation ready. I drive to Kent and they did NOT have any reservations available. Apparently customer service does not see or check with locations to check and verify what they have available! WASTE OF TIME, GAS AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Lies Lies Lies!!! Charge you to "hold" a rental car, but when your reservation comes up..... no car!!!! Then, finally get one in they give it to us on an empty tank of gas and it broke down 150 miles out of town, plus it had a tire blow out! Enterprise towing is a joke too!!! Sat on the side of the freeway for 5 HOURS!!!! What in the actual hell is going on here????? Then the next office is closed by the time we get there.... so no replacement car until the next Damn Morning!! Tow truck driver dropped us off at a 24hr grocery store!!!!! Enterprise Corporate really needs to look into the business practices of this location! They are Thieves!!! And I will be calling corporate next week to let them know how terrible this location treats customers and also how subpar their rental cars are!! What a joke!!!! I would be out of business if I treated my customers this way. Unreal read more

If I could put Zero stars I would. I went in about almost a week ago to make a reservation to rent a car so that it could be ready by the day I needed it because I had some very important plans and wanted to make sure to have it ready. The day comes and I go in and they tell me they couldn't find my reservation mind you I gave them the paper that they gave me and all. After a whole while of waiting they couldn't find it and didn't have a car for me. This was so inconvenient and unprofessional and I most likely will never go back because of how unprofessional they were. read more

I received a rental from here during an insurance claim. When I arrived the staff was super great and friendly but the man who signed the car to me informed me I was paying upfront the deposit which I was expecting, I also chose to do damage insurance OOP so I was told I was paying for the full 14 days I was expected to have the rental during my cars repair. He explicitly explained this so I wouldn't have to do anything but drop it off at the end. For no reason I was then charged a second amount of 118 dollars with no prior call for authorization or explanation. I tried calling for three days to get a hold of the office as I am not local to Auburn and when I finally got an answer I was told I was charged for an extension on the rental but my repairs had only been extended two days after the original 14, so no way it would add up to $118 and was told it would be corrected after drop off. I spoke with a nice woman after car turn in when they called to confirm I would be getting my deposit back but ultimately they refused to refund me the double charged dates for the damage insurance. I'm leaving two stars for the nice ladies I spoke with but I absolutely wouldn't get a rental here since they do charge with no permission for made up fees which imo is stealing and bad customer service $ wise :( read more

I'm really disappointed with this location. I kinda had to use them because Gieco is paying for my rent a car and they are conveniently located near the repair shop. The lady that helped was ok but the bathroom stank of pee and was dirty. Out in the parking lot there was trash that has been there for weeks according to the employee. The car is filthy. They haven't washed it or cleaned the inside. It stinks that your kinda stuck using them due to insurance read more

Very fast and easy. Great customer service, friendly staff. Will definitely be going here again in the future!

I want to clarify that I am not giving enterprise 5 stars. I would give them 4 just because the communication between online and the actual rental places are not accurate. I went to Enterprise to rent a van for my cross country 2 week vacation. I booked online at a different location that closed at the time I was supposed to pick up. I ended up going to the N Auburn location. Nothing was going my way. Lizette helped us out and made everything better. She is very knowledgeable and you just know that she cares about her job and likes giving the best service she can. I really thought my vacation was tarnished until she came through for us. I really appreciate the care we received and I hope she is recognized for that. read more

Totally wish I didn't have to give any stars to this Enterprise. Hella mad at Volkswagen again too! For having that garbage dude who gave me a garbage dirty, jacked up camry that was completely scratched up. I dropped a pen between the seats and reached down to grab it and came up with aa handful of old chips, peanuts, and crackers. VW put a clutch in my brand new car at 7 months and a mere 8 months later they're telling me the clutch is bad... well get you a rental but we're out . Enterprise has cars and they're right up the street! Guy is on his way! Told him I didn't want a camry and of course that's what h22222ndw said was what they pulled for me... got for me? Dirty? He even commented on it sayinhe could get it cleaned but it would be awhile before anyone could get to it and by that time I was fed up with the whole situation. I didn't want to be there no even one second longer than I had to be. I turn the car in to Volkswagen a could days later and a couple days after that they start taking money off the credit card I gave for the deposit!! Horrible!!! Worst enterprise ever!!! Talk to the dude that gave me that busted canry about ask the scratches on that piece of garbage! Just a trashy way to treat people. I will let everyone know how disgusting you people are in your scandalous way of business. Trash. read more

I needed a rental car due to an auto accident. I picked up the car on June the 3rd, which was a Monday. During the pick up process I learned that 2 or 3 employees had called in sick that day. I worked with Anthony that day..but there other two staffers: Shaelie and Carrie were just as awesome! The location was close to where my car was and they just made a crappy situation so much better by their AWESOME!!! Customer Service. I will rent from this location again!! Different location in auburn the one in A st. We rented a car on Thursday night right before closing at 530ish. Returned the car on Monday right at 830am and I was still charged the four days. I dont think this is fair. I remember I rented a car about 3 years ago and they charged me for the days and per hours for returning it earlier. I WILL NOT BE RENTED FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN. THINKING I AM SAVING MONEY BUT REALLY THEY LIKE TO OVER CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING THEY CAN. read more

Do you get excited about being charged for damage to your rental vehicle that you did not put there? Do you love working with salespeople who basically tell you "too bad, so sad" when you try to find out what the heck is going on in such cases, despite the fact that no one checked it over for almost 2 days after you returned it? Are you thrilled with snarky folks who insist that you must be a serial car-denter because of whatever fun activity you told them you were going to be doing on your vacation? Do you deplore the rise of great customer service in other companies, and wish that you could work with someone who just plain refuses to work things out with you when such situations arise? Then come on down, this is the car rental place for you. read more

I believe that they recently moved up the road - so this isn't the correct address. The guy who works here all the time (sorry, can't remember your name) was so helpful and nice. Also, I foolishly left my garage door opener in the car and they called me immediately (they even offered to bring it to my house!) read more

I have rented from Enterprise on several occasions just to mostly run errands and sometimes for special events . I went for the lowest cost vehicle this time for various reasons. Before I could get out of the parking lot the brakes were making noise a grinding noise. I pulled back in right away. I was informed that according to the history of this vehicle it was fine per their records, but it wasn't . I was also made aware if I choose a cheaper vehicle I get what I get and the more costly vehicles probably wouldn't sound or run like the one I was renting. The least they could've done was put me in another vehicle . Safety should be a given for customers regardless of how much you are paying for the rental whether it be a compact or intermediate vehicle . I was really incredibly disappointed read more

Thieves and liars!!!!!! If you want them to steal your valuables come here! It's crazy because someone my husband works with warned me about this place after my incident. He told me they accused him of small damage to the car that most wouldn't even notice and tried to bill him for it. He said thankfully they took pictures of the car themselves before they ever left the lot just in case! They were very lucky! So here's my story. A few days before We left for a 6 month overseas deployment I was rear ended. The other people's insurance company set me up with an enterprise rental car in Auburn. The lady brought the car to the body shop and was extremely nice. I took back the car a day or two later and we flew out. Shortly afterI received a call from a lady at enterprise letting me know that my diamond tennis bracelet was found in the consul. I had no idea even left it there. I was shocked at her honesty because most people would've stolen the $3000 bracelet and acted like it was never there. Pretty amazing right! So I explain to her that I'm gone for the next six months and ask if she can send it overseas she said what they could do was leave it in the safe and when I get back I can come pick it up. So we get back stateside and I head on down to enterprise to pick up my bracelet. Guess what? No really take a guess do you think it was there or not? No the two manager males are claiming that it was donated to the Goodwill. That their policy is after 90 days they donate everything! Does anyone believe one of the two managers took the $3000 diamond tennis bracelet out of the safe and just gave it to the Goodwill? Really please reply if you believe they just gave away $3000 to the goodwill!!!! So I told them I believe they were lying and ask them for the name of the Goodwill. They said it was the auburn one right down the street. So I called them while standing at enterprise. What do you think they said if they've ever had a diamond tennis bracelet donation? Do I really need to tell everybody that they laughed and said no! So yeah if you want your stuff to be stolen go see Jason or Mickel at enterprise in Auburn. They will be happy to take away any valuables you'd like to give or not give!!!! I did ask them why they wouldn't of called before donating such a valuable piece of jewelry that clearly somebody just didn't leave behind on purpose and Jason said because not our policy!!!!! It's always sad when the workers are the honest ones while the managers are the thieves read more

WOW! After working with this company for years, I now have to prove who I am. I need to bring in a utility bill a pay stub and a credit card. So retired, environmentally friendly, nor I will not pay high predatory lending rates, makes me an outcast not worthy of these rental cars. One time a year I rent for personal use, and not business, I can not get past the gate keepers. Have this business made so many bad decisions that they are alienating customers? read more

Rasheem helped my husband and I with our rental car. I was hesitant to rent from enterprise again, due to my prior experience with the one in kent (where they did absolutely NOTHING to help me). But, I figured I should try the one in auburn. We arrived right before they were closing and they were several people in front of us. The employees there were having computer issues, but were working fast to find cars for everyone. Even if they were out of cars, they were finding ways to get cars from other locations, when I know for a fact, that other locations would turn customers away and shrug their shoulders. Despite the computer issues that they were experiencing, Rasheem helped us and found us a car right away. He even went in the back to help with washing and getting the car ready for us. We give Rasheem 5 stars because he is a hard worker and very respectful of our time and managed to get us out fast! Thank you Rasheem! We will definitely return to this location. P.s. I heard that there is a new manager at this location and issues are getting resolved quickly! read more

They deserve 5 NEGATIVE STARS for how they just handled my call. For the sixth location I've had to call just to find a car, I started with the simple question, Are there any calls available. Young man asked several questions back and then finally said, no. I replied why couldn't you say that at the beginning? He started ranting that our reservation is too low a priority because it wasn't set up for their office, "so, I'm just gonna let that other office take care of you." Okay, can I have your name? "You have a nice day now." Click, dial tone. Unbelievable! Street thugs answering their call - unprofessional, rude, and totally unprovoked. If you deal with ANYONE else, run, don't walk. read more

I usually use another rental car company, but due to pricing, decided to use Enterprise. Not sure it was worth it, though. First of all, I had to be picked up between 7:30 and 8:00 AM for my rental car. At 8:10 AM, no one had showed up to pick me up. So, I called Enterprise and was told they were too busy and if I could get a cab, they would take it off my bill. WHAT?!?! When were they going to call me and tell me they couldn't pick me up? So, I'm already running at least 10 minutes late and now they tell me I have to make arrangements to get there to pick up the car and I have no arrangements. So, I call a taxi company and they say it will take 45 minutes. A half hour or so later (now 40 minutes late), I am able to find a ride to Enterprise (THANKS, Enterprise). When I get there, I am told that the car they have for me isn't clean. WHAT? Apparently, they didn't have time to clean the car. So, whatever. I get a car that isn't too dirty. It runs fine. Everything's fine. But, seriously, they could have been a lot more professional in this situation. I may give them another chance, but when I say I need to be picked up at a certain time, they really need to honor that or let me know they can't honor that. They made me very late for a meeting in another city with some other coworkers. Not good. read more

I'd rate a negative if it was an option. I previously rented from this location. They were able to accommodate me with a vehicle to my satisfaction. I've recently moved to Washington and my personal vehicle was damaged during transport and in the shop for body repairs. Now I'm in need of a rental. All I wanted was the same deal I had three weeks ago. I spoke to Jane, I was insulted with her condescending tone in a lesson on economics and marketing strategy.
