She was responsive and really worked through several issues and made the whole process fairly easy for us. All our dealings we Nisha were via phone as we are in NJ and she is in CA. I have used EBS for the past 3 years since I moved to California from New York City. I will tell you that I have probably presented Nisha with the messiest tax information as situations. The first year she had to file in both states, and she did all of the legwork to make sure that everything was filed as necessary and that I had zero issue with the IRS. She did all of the research for claiming Airbnb income, as this was new for me, and she gave me my options for how I wanted to deal with Airbnb which helped me make an informed decision. The transfer of information is very efficient. Not only does Nisha keep in constant contact, but the initial uploading of files for her use onto the EBS portal is super simple. You always know what you've provided and therefore you always know if your missing something. EBS has saved my butt over the past three years and I can say nothing but good things about the company. EBS/Nisha helped me filing my FBAR accounts. FBAR accounts are not very common but Nisha simplified it for me. She is very professional, knowledgeable and understands the process really well.
