This was my second time to an Enos pizza establishment. The ambiance is pleasing at both the Dallas and Coppell locations. I noticed some differences between the two. We did the large half margarita and half Calabria. Their pizza is super thin with a cracker style crust. While I'm not a huge fan of thin crust pizza in general, I do like how you don't get extremely stuffed after eating it. I have had the Calabria before and today for some reason it tasted very bland! It was so flavorful at the other location! I was a little disappointed, but we were with a large group so I got to sample several other tasty pizzas. I really enjoyed the margarita, enos original (garlic shrooms are delicious!), and the "rotating pizza", which was brisket. The crust at this location was crunchy, while the Dallas location was somewhat floppy, to the point that it couldn't hold on the ingredients! I don't know if these inconsistencies are within the company itself or vary depending on location. When going to a restaurant I have already been to before, consistency is expected. This pizza is simply not my favorite style. If I was to come back, I would love to try their desserts. They have some good sounding options. read more

This area is really nice area and perfect for families. Before or after you dine, there are games and lounging areas with lake views. Their pizza is pretty thin. If you like thin crust this is the place for you! The pizza is a little too thin and too crunchy for me. I did like the margarita and brisket pizza. They were very flavorful and the ingredients are all very fresh. I would have enjoyed them more with a thicker crust! Nothing against this place, it's just not my favorite type of pizza! I visited Eno's year ago in Bishop Arts and I remember enjoying it thoroughly. The visit left a lot to be desired. Service was a little slow. May be due to less employees because of COVID-19. The bruschetta is quite intimidatingly topped but overall tasted pretty good. The highlight of our meals were the sandwiches, both the Italian Deli sub and the Meatball sub we had was particularly good especially with the kettle cooked chips. The pizza unfortunately didn't make it past the first slice, it was a bit too flaky and not cooked enough for our taste, parts of the pizza stuck to the bottom of the box and wish the pepperoni slices were a bit bigger. Overall, quality food but the pizza left much to be desired. The chicken fettucine alfredo was good but had to eat around the sun-dried tomatoes as they had a bit of a pungent smell to them that we didn't find particularly attractive. read more

Also, it's located in the new Cypress Waters area and the outdoor patio puts you within listening distance to bands that are playing at the amphitheater. My Overall Rating - 3 Stars (Atmosphere, Facility, Return) Atmosphere - Eno's can be found in one of the many red brick spaces at Cypress Waters. The location is great because the outdoor patio looks right out to The Sound - which is the outdoor communal area for Cypress Waters. Inside you feel like you're in New York with the natural brick walls. 1 Star. Service - They could use some improvement. I don't know if the staff was new but our experience wasn't so great. Service was slow, our plates didn't get cleared, and simple requests like water refills took a long time. I hope these are growing pains because it's a great location. No Stars. Food - If you like thin crust pizza with a middle that holds up, you'll like Eno's. They have a unique crust that's almost like a pita chip. It's nice and thin with an earthy flavor that doesn't overtake the toppings. Everyone likes their pizza made differently, so this is what sets them apart. I'm a fan. It's great if you don't like Neapolitan style pizza with their soft middle so this is a great alternative. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. It's family friendly and the outdoor patio is enough to send me back. I hope they figure out the service issues because it's really a shame if that's what keeps Eno's from being great. 1 Star. The food quality for this joint has severely degraded since we last came here. We ordered a few items and everything was sub par. The bread for the bruschetta appetizer was super soggy as if it was prepped with the tomatoes for a long time. The meatballs seemed rock hard and thawed from frozen. We got 2 different pastas from the kids menu and both were oily and sauces were bland and off putting - kids refused to eat them. The black bean dip also tasted bitter. Only the pizza was decent. Hoping the chef had an off day. On the plus side, the service was quick and friendly, despite being busy. Won't return. read more

Eno's has a decent lunch special ($8-10 for soup or salad + 8" pizza). Food was good, but not out of the world amazing. Service was what made the visit unimpressive. Given this place is new, they are likely still figuring things out. However, seemed very disorganized. When two waiters brought our pizzas, they were clueless. What really grabbed my attention was they had absolutely ZERO idea what pizzas they were serving. When some of us mentioned pizzas ordered: "Eno's Original", "Heirloom Spinach", etc., the boys were still very confused. They clearly did not know the menu. My recommendation...study the menu. Know your pizzas, especially the signature (Eno's Original). If we ask if its "Moma's Pie" and you respond with "uhhh...it has tomatoes....", you just look incompetent and I'm embarrassed for you. Even if its their first few days on the job, I'm not expecting them to memorize whole menu. However, they can prepare by memorizing dishes they're serving the table right before bringing it over. Service in general was pretty slow. Waiters took a long time to come back to refill drinks and bring our checks. Overall, its a nice addition to Cypress Waters. However, service deters me from coming back. I'll likely give them another try in the future; but may wait it out til they work past these kinks. read more

Placed an order around 8 o'clock over, went to go pick up around 8:30 and doors were locked. Stood outside for five minutes. Two employees inside telling me they are closed. Trying to let them know I placed an order over the phone. Finally got let in and asked if they close at nine and they do. They just decided to close early even though I had placed an order. I used to work in the restaurant industry. We never close early, especially if we knew there were online orders. read more

Definitely do not recommend Eno's, sadly! Egg frittata was SO overcooked it was total rubber. Side of potatoes cold and greasy. Asked if there was possibly a side of salsa to get the eggs in but was brought bruschetta tomatoes that was fermented and NOT fresh. Veggie sandwich was supposed to be hot, arrived cold with hardly any veg. Was told of a variety of sautéed veggies - not so! Yellow squash and a small piece of mushroom. I was not too impressed with this. Maybe if you go with the pizza it's good but the pasta sure wasn't. I got the orzo one but removed the meat and got the farfalle pasta instead of orzo. The pasta I got was very bland I added parmesean cheese to help with the taste. I kept tasting something spicy but didn't know what it was. I thought it was the olives. About halfway through I noticed some of the olives were actually jalepenos. I told the waitress and they ended up remaking it for me. They were not sure how the jaleponos got there as there were not any in the dish. That 2nd pasta was slightly better. Us, still no server, no water, no nothing, and one less menu, the larger table is getting drink orders in from servers that had walked passed us for a 1/2 hour at this point. What a great location! Seems like a secret little gem that the rest of DFW doesn't yet know about. Great pizza and far superior than what I expected. My first trip here won't be my last. Amazing food! I attended for a tasting event and tried their original (very tasty), their Pig Smily (omg), their Calabria (a lil hot and a whole lot tasty!), And most importantly their brownies! All of these items were phenomenal and my favorite by far was their calabria. It was a little spicy but very nicely balanced! Close close second wld be their pig Smily which was showered in lil pepperoni bits, some ham and bacon with a sweet glaze that was a perfect balance to the other ingredients. I highly reccomended this place to anyone trying something a little different. Also forgot, I've had the Truffle Cheese Bread and it's such a perfect starter. It's got an awesome amount of cheese on it and it's made on a delicious roll with a perfect char on the outside and a little Truffle oil on it with an herb garnish. We got the Meatball And The Goat which is topped with Basil, Cheese, Goat Cheese, Red Sauce Base and Sliced Texas Beef and Boar meatballs ((you read that right) - BOAR) on a cracker thin crust. I wasn't a huge fan but it was definitely a unique taste and their Truffle Cheese bread with vodka sauce and the amazing Kitchen manager saved the Eno's experience for us! read more

The communication from the staff was sadly lacking. My pasta was missing the chicken that it comes with. We got the very end of the bread for appetizer & someone didn't come apologize until we complain rather than while they placed it on the table. Eno's Pizza is a special treat for me. I don't often reward myself with gourmet pizza, but when I do its usually with an Eno's Smiley Pig pizza. Its a thin crust with ham, pepperoni, and sausage thats drizzled in honey. I substitute the pepperoni for their incredible sliced meatballs, and ask for a little extra honey. The service is always quick and the staff are always nice. One of their coolest features is the Side Dough entrance for to-go orders on the weekends where you can create your own six-pack of craft beers (I think they call it a "crowler"). The outdoor seating and near proximity to The Sound amphitheater is awesome. And there's a little dog park close by. read more

We've been to Eno's twice in the last year. Once in Aug 2021 and this past weekend - Mar 2022. The visit in Aug 2021 wasn't so good because we had a fairly young waitress that could barely communicate. Our visit this past weekend - we sat at the bar and ordered a beer. That's about all the attention both of the bartenders gave us. We were going to order food and eat there, but quickly realized we could get faster service sitting somewhere else. We waited for our table outside as it was a beautiful night, but there was nowhere to sit because all the seats were taken or covered in chalk. We finally got a table. I ordered a salad but returned that because it was drenched in dressing. I ordered a cider with my meal, but it came very late in my meal and was almost flat when I got it. With all of that, the pizza was great. I can honestly say that the Cypress Waters location is a really nice venue but I this Eno's location is nowhere near as nice as the location in Bishop Arts. I highly doubt that I will eat at this Eno's location again and will wait to go to Bishop Arts or choose another pizza place in the area. I understand that good help is hard to find, especially in the day and age of COVID but there has to a standard held somewhere. read more

We have visited Enos numerous times. Our last visit was during a 4th of July celebration in the sound. They were understandably extremely busy given the circumstances. We went in knowing we might have to wait for our food. Callie at the hostess stand was friendly and got us to our table shortly after our reservation. Our waitress Sydney was friendly and efficient. She apologized about the wait and was very upfront with us about it. She suggested a pizza we hadn't tried previously (The Pig Smiley) and it was too sweet for my taste but everyone else at the table enjoyed it. The truffle cheese bread is not to be missed. On a normal day we've never had much of a wait and will continue to visit our favorite pizza place in the sound. read more
