Soooo I'm hungry as hell and I go to Vitos to grab a quick couple slices of pizza..been here many times "but today though " so I go in make my order all good till I turn around.. freaking guy's loading my supreme slices with his bare hands...then I notice every other cook's got on the blue gloves.. so I say hey man you just gonna prepare my dood with no protection please put in some gloves dude.. this guys face turned purple and says O the heat of the oven will eliminate ANY GERMS!! I'm like "THE FUGG YOU MEAN"!! So another guy stepped in and redid my pizza but he also had a pissy attitude So I'm trying to be a good BLACK dude O then the guy that didn't have his gloves on storm's off to the back of the kitchen somewhere.. I'm on the phone with my wife who's like????? Pizzas ready in 3 min...I grabbed my shii and bounce.. get to my destination hungry as hell open my pizza box to cold pizza and my toppings are all over inside the box .. cheese not melted or nothing.. Straight trash!!!! Unbelievable!! Never getting my business again!! Monkey ass MF's !!!

Salad seemed fresh, blue cheese dressing was horrible/ cheap brand, garlic bread ok nothing special just pour some butter with garlic flakes thrown on it, wouldn't order it again, chicken parmigiana meal was good would order again, chicken may have been cooked just a little too much, chewy, however I would order it again, grilled / roasted vegetables were great, pasta was room temperature when I ate it...

First time here. Working in Dallas for the week. This is one of the few places near me that was opened at night. Order the chicken Parmesan. Comes with salad and bread. I am getting it to go. Back at the hotel; way too much food to eat!! The chicken is cooked perfectly lots and lots of linguine great marinara sauce. Vito's is definitely a do again for me.

Chicken alfredo with salad. Large portion.

I have been driving past their location on Esters Rd in Irving, Texas for awhile. Their was a brick interior with several Italian style pictures on the wall. Due to COVID-19, I made my order carry-out. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo which came with breadsticks and salad. The manager was talking with a health inspector. The staff seemed less than enthusiastic. It was good food. The atmosphere was lacking.

Amazing place! Food is always huge sizes and great price! Big enough to share. Owner is a Mexican guy, super friendly and caring. I will always support this place being a Mexican American myself. Please support establishments like this. Overall amazing value.

It is $12-$16 per entree, and better than Italian you've paid $40-$50 per entree for at much fancier places. Scout's honor. Complimentary garlic knots, and when you taste the accompanying red sauce that's your first indicator this is not an average Italian restaurant. Had a house salad with Ranch. This was the only 'standard' item of the meal. Entree, had the Creamy Mushroom Tortellini with Veggies ($3.25 addition, charred broccoli, tomatoes, extra mushrooms). You can get Alfredo or a creamy tomato sauce. I asked the owner's recommendation, he said creamy tomato, I went with that. Oh sweet mama.... C-H-E-F-S K-I-S-S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could not fathom it would be a top tier of all time Italian dish. Totally not expecting, and totally blown out of the water. So much so, I told a buddy who lives 3 hours from Dallas, he & his kids could make a Saturday road trip just to eat a meal here & it would be worth it... I'm visiting from out of state (lived in DFW ten yrs prior), this was a fantastic surprise on the visit. If I'm back in DFW at any point, this will be on the extremely short list while visiting.

I had the shrimp linguini with a salad and the bread knots that they serve with your meal. My friend had the lasagna with salad and bread. The food was super awesome!!! This…read morearea has become of gem of a location in DFW for dining, and Monaco brings a truly elevated and upscale experience to the area. This is my updated review. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - Monaco is one of the prettiest restaurants in all of DFW. Dark wood and dark blue seating invite you in. The bar is stunning, with back lighting highlighting their drinks. There's also an outdoor seating area, including a wind shield - perfect when the weather is nice. This is a great spot for a weekend date night if you want something outside of Dallas. 1 Star. Service - Everyone was very nice. We were never rushed, all dishes could be customized to order, and I never had to ask for a refill. Nothing but good people here. 1 Star. Food - Let me start by saying presentation matters, and the dishes at Monaco are great for your Instagram or Yelp feed. I started with the roasted oysters. I chose it because the description said the oysters are "topped with bone marrow butter". That, combined with the roasted breadcrumbs, added a nice crunchy and smooth texture to the delicious oysters. For my main, I went with the Salmon St. Harve. This beautiful dish had a perfectly prepared salmon. Soft and flaky, but with a crunch from the skin at the bottom. It was served on top of grilled asparagus and topped with a cream sauce that brought everything together. Delicious. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. It's not a secret that I love Water Street. This is an awesome area in the heart of DFW, and I'm so happy there is an upscale restaurant like Monaco that has amazing food. 1 Star.

I don't know how to describe this place. It's weird. I've been here maybe 5 times over the past 6…read moremonths. First off, the food is excellent. AMAZING actually. I've never had anything that wasn't perfectly prepared, flavorful, and served the correct temperature. And that's what really matters in a restaurant, of course. But the vibe is odd. I can't put my finger on it. It's "clique-y". Every time I come, I walk into an empty restaurant with no host. And it seems I've walked in before they opened. They have lots of private events which are walled off with weird partitions. And they sometimes (according to others I overheard) completely close down for private parties. I don't ask for much. I require very little attention. I grossly over tip. And, yet still I feel very unwelcome in this restaurant that I have frequented several times. I don't get it. The other customers were very nice to me, but the staff seemed annoyed by my presence. It's bizarre. Anyway, the food alone earns them a top rating. Pro tip: Do NOT sit at the bar. They don't tell you this: but it's for the regulars. You'll feel like you've wandered into a party you weren't invited to. AND.....order the Prince Edward Island mussels!

The owner of the restaurant took our order and offered good suggestions. He raved about their Tiramisu and we wanted to try if for dessert. The starters we tried were well seasoned and flavorful. Plenty of parking available in the strip mall. The restaurant offers beer, wines and cocktails with a full bar service. Pricing: Not an inexpensive restaurant but it's worth the money you pay. Will I return? : For sure!

Have you ever felt like you walked into a restaurant and stepped into a time warp? That's exactly…read morehow I felt when I walked into Angelo's Spaghetti & Pizza House. Now, I want to clarify my comment... because this time warp was a really great thing! The decor was true 80's. The music was also from the 70s/80s. Heck, the people working there might have been working there since the 80s too. It just had a consistent 80s feel. And it was one of the best experiences I have had in a long time! My husband and I walked in 15 minutes before the restraint closed, and we were met with a smile from the greeter. No one rushed us, no one complained that we were coming in at the end of their shift. Instead, everyone treated us as if we were the first customers of the day. I enjoyed my meal and tipped the price of the meal because of the outstanding service we received. Now for the food. I had a simple grilled chicken sandwich. Nothing fancy. And yet it was delicious! My chicken was tasty, tender, and cooked perfectly. I honestly enjoyed every bite. And if everything wasn't already amazing in the restaurant (the nostalgic feel, great service, and great food) I noticed their prices were very reasonable. In a day and time when everything feels over priced, a hard working family can walk into Angelo's and afford a great meal. Thank you Angelo's for staying true to who you are - because it works.

At the front my mother asked for clarification "if I pay with my DEBIT card, I wont have the service charge added? " and the cashier, older blonde server, says, "No, it's not cash so it will have the transaction fee charged onto it". Under federal law, a business should not charge a service fee to a debit card because it should be treated as cash! So, we paid cash but unable to leave a good tip because we did not have enough cash and were usually amazing tippers for great service. I hope they know that they are breaking federal law and change this soon because it is a great place.
