We ordered a XL p pepperoni pizza that came justly cheese and 3 slices had some pepperoni . We also ordered chicken and vegetables and the chicken was dry. But if that wasn't bad enough, the bill came and they now charge if you want to pay with your debit or credit card. This is place just keeps getting worse and worse. read more

This pizza is similar to the pizza you might find in a mall food court, relatively thin crust, covered in cheese, a bit of grease to it. We ordered a small added pepperoni to it for $15.50. The portion size was decent for a small and was split between two people as a meal. Ordering online was an easy and quick process! Asked for a size of ranch and it was a good size, obviously homemade. We enjoyed it! The interior was nice inside, good atmosphere. I had my lunch delivered to work via Foodsby yesterday and I was so highly disappointed with all of it. I ordered the penne pasta with meatballs. The pasta was not penne. It looked like macaroni noodles from boxed Mac and cheese. It has very little marinara sauce on top- almost like they didn't care, we're rushing and just threw something together. It had more cheese than it had sauce. The meatballs almost made me sick. It didn't taste or look like ground beef. It looked like some frozen garbage. Soooo I'm hungry as hell and I go to Vitos to grab a quick couple slices of pizza..been here many times "but today though " so I go in make my order all good till I turn around.. freaking guy's loading my supreme slices with his bare hands...then I notice every other cook's got on the blue gloves.. so I say hey man you just gonna prepare my dood with no protection please put in some gloves dude.. this guys face turned purple and says O the heat of the oven will eliminate ANY GERMS!! I stopped in here on a whim for lunch. I just happened to see it as I was driving back toward Grand Prairie. Are they allowing dine in? Yes! And they have waiter service. I loved the red and white checked table cloths and how pretty the Italian themed paintings are on the walls. Do they sell pizza by the slice? Yes and I appreciate them for it. My slice of thin crust pepperoni was just what I was craving. Do they have sweetened ice tea? Yes! I was surprised and pleased. Everyone at the front counter was super friendly which is always a plus. If I'm in the area again I would like to pop in again to try the lobster ravioli. I definitely recommend Vito's. O, Wowza! I highly suggest Vito's! Through this area for work occasionally. Always looking for something different. Today it was Italian. And we found a little gem! The store front isn't the snazziest, but as soon as we started talking to the waiter about suggestions, we knew we were in for a treat. My husband wanted a recommendation between Alfredo chicken pizza or shrimp Alfredo. The way the waiter described them was enough for him to order both! When his food came, he was all pie-eyed, to say the least. He ordered the small pizza. When they sat the pie down all he kept say is, "That's a small?... That can't be the small pizza??!!" Well, it was a mighty big, small pizza. And over an inch thick with toppings. He said it tasted even better than it looked. His shrimp fettuccini Alfredo was just as amazing. It came with 5 large prawns. He loved it! I ordered the meatball parmigiana with spaghetti. It was absolutely amazing and I couldn't even eat a third of the meatballs. This place was amazing, a gem in Irving. They accommodated a large group for a school banquet. The food portions were much larger than I expected. I heard no complaints from anyone on the food. Service was outstanding, allowing us to do our banquet, speak and give out awards while timing the food and letting things flow. Highly recommend! read more

Wanted to try Vito's Pizza. Ordered online. Went to pick it up. All the meat on my meat lovers was missing, cheese was barely melted, crust wasn't even brown. Told the shady counter girl that I ordered meat lovers. She took it back in the kitchen...said come back in like 5 minutes ...came back in 8 minutes and she hands me the same pizza with meat lover toppings and cheese just thrown on, and the shit was cold and raw, cheese unmelted. Not even hot... WTF, Vito? I told her the ingredients were still cold. She said I'll have them put it back in the oven ...by this time I've waited almost 45 minutes for a 3 time mistake. I told her just refund my money, and she said do it through the app! You can't make your own refunds after ordering a pizza dumba$$. Who hired the staff? I requested a manager a third time while she was insisting throwing my pizza in the oven a third time was gonna make it all better. I said, no please get the manager and refund my card and give me a refund receipt. She didn't care much and was poorly trained. Kitchen cook should've known better than to serve twice or thrice baked mistakes. I finally got my refund receipt and left. I wanted to try this place but order pickup is unprofessional and uneducated. Consumers don't issue their own refunds, Sherlock. You have to do it. Otherwise people would be ripping you off by refunding payments after food is eaten. That's theft, that's why your business can't allow customers to refund themselves there genius. read more

This is the lowest score I can give. I truly hate giving this kind of review but it is needed. I am on lunch break. I come in and place my order and sit down. The tea is bitter. Others come in after me. I start seeing people get there food that came in wsy after me. I got up after 30 minutes of waiting and asked why it has been 30 minutes? They said here's you food. I never got my salad, never got my bread. Here is what's painful. Anyone that came in that was Hispanic got there food right away no matter what it was and they got waited on got refills etc. Not once did I get approached until I was leaving. I will not be back. MASSIVE pizza when you order a Large.. my friend and I didn't listen when our waiter told us he and his friends eat a small size.. let me just tell you we challenged ourselves to finish the giant thing and I seriously could not move after we finished. The food tastes just like authentic Italian, portions are huge and the price is unbelievably low comparatively. As crazy as I thought it would be, my brother and his now wife, had their wedding reception here back in May which was held after hours. When they first told me the location, I was pessimistic and was worried but the ambience was perfect. The staff were all in great spirits and super friendly. To top it off, this little hidden gem is around the corner from my office. Will definitely be returning and have even recommended for office luncheons. Always a great experience!! read more

It came with a salad and a roll. Dinner roll had a great flavor and was warm but not too hot. Love this pizza! This is about as close to NY thin crust as I've had since living in TX. I ordered the X Large to take home and this thing was huge. Each slice was as big as my head with perfectly melted cheese, a great ratio of toppings and a wonderful, sweet pizza sauce. Sorry Domino's, I just lost your phone number because this is my new go to pizza place. The restaurant itself was nice. When you go in, you walk through a buffet style line where you can order by the slice or a whole pie or some of the other food's they offer (can't wait to try some of the other stuff on the menu!). I got there at about 11:15 and it looked like the substantial lunch crowd started showing up at about 11:30 and the line started building up pretty quickly but with most people ordering slices the line seemed to move pretty fast. We were here tonight for dinner. Our server was very nice and accommodating. The pizzas are huge! And the crust is delicious. I got baked ziti and it came with a salad (I got the house dressing - tomato vinaigrette). The salad dressing was good and tangy. The ziti was mediocre. Stayed at La Quinta across the beltline from the location so Delivery was 45 minutes for me (ehh). I ordered the garden salad which was large and full of good veggies with a great house dressing. When I opened my pizza I saw a lot of toppings thicker crust (1/4 inch), and gooey cheese so I was excited. After biting in I realized that the sauce is not robust enough for all of the toppings and becomes lost with all of the cheese and toppings. Some may like it, so I wont judge just know it is stacked. Pizza was good not special, salad was heavy on veggies, and no complaints just nothing stood out to me on the flavor side of the house. Customer service was reticent of a mom & pop joint that obviously does not read this website. They will continue to sell OK food, and we will buy because there is no competition in the area. read more
