Don't bother even trying to use Enoch Limo. They don't answer the phone, don't return voice messages, and don't reply to emails.

We love our favorite driver, Kachina, but we are very unhappy with the way the last trips have been with the office personnel. We never get out confirmation, and we have to chase them around with our confirmation making sure that we will be picked up. Why do we have to do your job people? It's so simple to follow up send an email or text, we are not in the Stone Age anymore. We are looking for another limo service because this is just ridiculous. Last week we had to call the office while we had just landed our flight, because we never got a confirmation. Turns out that the owner called a buddy driver for a favor bc we were not on their agenda. Then on top of that the driver (which he was very kind) had to apologize for sending us the wrong text. He texted asking the owner how much for this trip $$$$$ Very unprofessional. read more

Worst car service I ever had used! They add hidden fee's, charge $4 for taxes, make you pay $14 service fee. You won't know about these extra fee's until you get in your ride and it won't move until you pay. They are crooks! I refuse to be strong armed! This was a prepaid ride too! I spoke to the owner, a total JERK! He seems to thinks it's okay. I am filling a complaint with the agency who regulates limousine services in Chicago. It's not the $ but the Principle! read more

The day of pick up they charged me a extra $333 dollars that they stated would be returned to me in three days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN. I booked 2 months in advance, requested 2- 5 pt. harness car seats, one rear facing, one forward facing. I was promised that would not be a problem (Jonathon). I received a written confirmation, but it just said 2 car seats, so I phoned and again spoke with (Jonathon) who assured me the car seats would be provided and yes, they were 5 pt. harness car seats. Arrived at Midway, driver showed up with 2 booster seats....for a 2 year old and a 4 year old. TOTALLY ILLEGAL AND UNSAFE. Driver was extremely polite, but knew nothing about the car seats. Called Enoch (Jonathon) when we got to our destination, who couldn't imagine how that could happen, but assured me they would take the car seat charges off, at a minimum and we would be picked up for our return to the airport with the requested car seats. NOPE, 1 car seat this time and the driver was 20 min. late because he was filling in for original driver and was given the wrong address (?) I phoned and asked (Chris) to speak to the supervisor or owner. I was told a Mr. Castellano, one of the owners, would call me back asap. Still haven't received a call and in fact, the driver called him on the way to the airport for return and the driver told my daughter that Mr. Castellano himself told him to just say anything to please us and as far as car seats, "what am I supposed to do, pull them out of a hat". No sir, when someone calls, how about, "I'm sorry, we don't provide that service...." TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE..... read more

They left me stranded at MDW! I called because I had seen a Groupon for $99 for a round trip pick and return to and from airport and I wanted to know if I'd purchased the Groupon would I be able to book the reservation for that next day 7/17. I was told that I could pay them the $75 directly, and yes, they would book my pick up for the 7/17 and I gave him all my information for my return trip on the 21st, twice. I was charged $127- Supposedly, there was to be a $15 charge for the early pickup, but that was waived because I told him I had a $25 credit with Groupon and that was his attempt to compensate for that was to not charge the $15. ( Little did I know, he hadn't planned on picking my butt up for the return trip) I was charged for a tip and $8 airport fee. I Booked over the phone and my credit card was charged. I did not receive the email confirmation but I did receive a text message with all the information for the next morning pick up. My flight left HOU at 6:20am and arrived at MDW at 8:45, I was exhausted, I had to wake at 3:30am that morning to leave for the airport at 4:30am and I was in a middle seat, I had volunteered to move from my Paid isle seat to allow a mother and child to sit together.... Cue sad violin music Once flight landed I called the Limo service and I was told that I didn't have a return ride booked. I asked how did he forget because when we were on the phone he confirmed the information and told me I was booked. See, the same person who booked the reservation and took the credit card information was the same person who took my call and said, "it's our fault and I'll have a supervisor call you and we will refund you for the services you didn't receive", I asked if I'll be getting a car service and he said no one was available. Three days later, no credit and no phone call. He just took my money and forgot about me.... Who does that? Of course I have called my credit card company and I'm disputed the charges. I summoned an Uber for $34 and that was another Crazy encounter. Good news was that I made it home.... eventually. Whew!! That was therapeutic, crappy, irresponsible company. If I were that driver who picked me up, I'd leave that 1/2 star company. And the only reason they get a half a star was because of the driver, though he was top notch. read more

Do NOT go here. Please check the reviews and the BBB- I have submitted a complaint. I booked a month in advance and had to pay up front after hour fees/gratuity. I confirmed several times before to make sure we were on the schedule and were told we were all set. Even the day of- confirming via text I was reassured. Sunday- late night, no limo. I called and they informed me they couldn't find the driver!! So basically left me there! Called an uber and was told would be reimbursed. Now, my phone is apparently blocked and no payment. We booked Enoch Limo Services for a round trip to O'Hare Airport. The first issue was we never received an email confirmation of the price or confirmation of our flight information from Enoch. I contacted them three times from the time of booking requesting an email confirmation and it was never received. Our trip to the airport was fine, however we never received a text confirmation that the driver was on the way and the driver was 5 minutes late, however the ride to the airport was fine. On the way home from the airport, we again never received a text message and after calling them twice (first call went to voicemail) we found out that they had the wrong flight information for us and that a driver would be 20 minutes away. After flying internationally with a 6 month old, waiting another 20 minutes at the airport was not an option and we had to get a cab. Will not use this company again, as it has been difficult to reach a supervisor to obtain a refund for our return trip as well as discuss the above problems. read more

Avoid this company at all costs. Saw them on Groupon for up to three people to the airport, but gave them a call because we had four people. They said they would honor the Groupon price, plus additional for the fourth person. Twice he said he would email the confirmation, but that never came. Called again and he assured me they would be there to pick us up. The morning of the flight they were a no-show. I called and they apologized, but the driver wasn't answering his phone. They were going to "write him up". How in the world does that help when we have a flight to catch? They called twenty minutes later and said someone would be there in 45 minutes. I said we couldn't wait and we'd have to drive ourselves, as we'd miss our flight otherwise. We ended up having to park at the expensive daily rate lot and just made the flight. When we landed, they had the gall to ask if we were ready to be picked up. I called for a refund and a credit for the additional parking, but they didn't return the calls. When I get my credit card statement, they ended up charging us three times, including a 20% tip on each ($141 each). I disputed the charges, but they claimed they were all valid. Now I have to dispute again. Disgusting, no ethics company. read more

I rarely take a limo to the airport, but did this time. The drivers (to and from) were excellent. The cars were clean, the limo drivers exceptional. I received updates as to when they were enroute, and when they were at the location. Also, I had a severe delay on my return trip, due to weather, and the limo driver was there, waiting for me. The price was more than competitive. I will book with them again. read more

Just used Enoch limo for the first time and I loved it! I travel quite a bit for work and the good guys are either entirely too expensive and the reasonable guys are totally unreliable. On the morning of 10 inches of snow my driver showed up a few mins early (6:45am) in a spotless Escalade and took me and my family all the way to O'hare. He was great to my kids and wife too. On the way back, I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes after I landed for him to pick me up in a very comfortable Benz. Would use these guys again over any other professional car service and 100x over some sketch Uber guy. read more

When I contacted them and let them know my family had to take a different flight they didn't skip a beat and insured me it would be taken care of and they were true to their word. I flew into Midway Chicago on Southwest to visit some family for a baptism. I had Enoch Limo Services pick me up at the airport and drive me to Arlington Heights. My driver was a gentleman named Castellano. He greeted me at the baggage claim and after we got my baggage I was escorted to a very nice Cadillac Escalade. The vehicle was spotless inside and out. We discussed baseball on the ride over to my hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. One thing I really liked about the service was the day before my reservation I received an e-mail letting me know my drivers name and it had their cell phone number in case I needed to get a hold of the driver. Enoch did an excellent job and I will be using them for transportation the next time I am back in Chicago. read more
