I do want to point out a concern with my initial experience. I came in because my vehicle's horn was not working, which I consider a serious safety concern. A horn is an important safety feature that allows a driver to warn other motorists, pedestrians, or anyone around the vehicle when there is an immediate hazard. Not having a functioning horn can significantly limit your ability to prevent or respond to a dangerous situation while driving. I also wasn't sure whether a final quality-control inspection was completed before my vehicle was returned to me. Something as important as the horn should be checked during a final QC inspection, especially after a vehicle has been in for repairs. I had to bring the issue to their attention myself, which was concerning because I expected the vehicle to be properly inspected before being returned. On top of that, I asked if someone else could assist me, but I was left unattended for 20+ minutes. I had already explained that I was making time away from work specifically to get this taken care of, so the delay was frustrating. That being said, I want to recognize Jessica and Michele. Once Jessica had the time available, she stepped in and made sure the issue was addressed. I appreciate Jessica taking ownership of the situation and helping me get it resolved. Thank you, Jessica and Michele, for your help and professionalism. My main feedback to Crash Champions would be to ensure that a thorough final QC and safety inspection is completed before returning a vehicle to a customer, especially when it involves critical safety features. I would also recommend having a better system in place to make sure customers who are physically there are being attended to. If the person originally assisting a customer becomes unavailable, it would be helpful to have another team member step in or move staff around as needed to ensure all customers who are waiting are being taken care of. In my case, I was left waiting for 20+ minutes even after explaining that I had taken time away from work to come in and get the issue resolved. A little better communication and teamwork during busy periods could make the customer experience much smoother.

Brendan did not disappoint! I arrived a little before 10:00, and Brendan came out, greeted me, and we chatted for a bit before getting down to business. He took the time to go over my car, understand exactly what I needed, and worked thoroughly with his team to make sure everything was covered. 36 out of 36 items checked and covered! Even when an additional service needed to be added, Brendan made the entire process easy. He sent me a video, clearly explained what needed to be done, kept me updated by text, and made sure I understood everything along the way. And let me give him EXTRA credit for this: Brendan went looking for coupons and available discounts to help take some of the pain out of that final price! Now THAT is the kind of Service Advisor I appreciate! I have always enjoyed the hospitality at Boulevard Cadillac and have had great experiences since I started bringing my vehicle here. The cost for the repair was ridiculous. Over 5,000 we had messaged them again stating we weren't going to pay for that because we believed they had sold us a defective car in the first place. No way this should be happening 2 months into us having a new car . Fast forward we ended up getting it fixed with a (credit) they gave us of 1,500 and took it to another mechanic shop that was more affordable. It got fixed. However we started having multiple other problems with the vehicle. Started with a transmission leak, ended up with a transmission problem. And now our car will NOT start and it's just been sitting there for about 2-3 months. Unable to fix it since it is considered a transmission problem. We believe they sold us a broken car in the first place, this car didn't even last us a full year. Yes we still have it but it's not running nor starting. It's a bit sad we're still making the payments for a car we aren't able to drive. There was already another person waiting for parts. After a few minutes, I asked him how long he'd been waiting and he said about 5 minutes. Now mind you NORMALLY when you walk up to a parts counter (there are associates eager to help you) so I questioned why it's taken so long and still don't see anyone helping. So I pop my head into the office next to the parts counter and ask the employee if there was anyone helping the parts department? Meanwhile, you have 6 or so sales guys staring into their computers and NO HELP FOR THE PARTS DEPARTMENT. His response was, we've called them and they're on their way. So I ask, on their way from where? He says, from another location (because we're remodeling). This was so inconsiderate to have us waiting with no knowledge of any remodeling. No one explained that the Parts department had remodeling issues and that there was no one to help unless they were called to come from another location. Had us waiting (not knowing the situation). Was there for 15 minutes without any communication of parts being remodeled. I called to see if they offered a visual inspection, ideally free to make sure everything was fine. The person on the phone said I don't know what you're asking for, we provide quotes for repairs and if there is no visual damage, so it's probably fine. Wow.. The person sounded young so maybe she was untrained, but maybe those people shouldn't be the first that interacts with a potential customer.

It appears they used some sort of cheap adhesive to stick it back on after repairs & used a bumper that does not fit my current vehicle model. For the most part, the paint matched, the turnaround was about 2-3 weeks but honestly I've had much better experiences else where. Many years ago I had worse damage on a vehicle that was handed over to me within a one week. I'm just bummed because I'll have to take it back once I save up for another 2-3 weeks of car rental which gets expensive.
