The door to the Facility was locked, which left me waiting outside in the heat. I called her cell phone a few times before she answered, and she told me she was on her way back from Intermezzo. She was not apologetic at all. Catherine, had me, the customer, waiting 20 minutes because she wanted to go to Intermezzo next door. I would have appreciated the a call or text notifying me of her tardiness. She insisted that I do the microneedling instead, because she thought it would be more beneficial for my skin. She offered me a deal that included three sessions microneedling along with a discounted price for the serums she deemed were necessary to buy as part of the microneedling treatment. The first treatment went fine. Catherine shaved all the hair on my face, even asked me how I wanted my sideburns shaved. Very detailed. When I arrived at the second session, not only was she 20 minutes ate, but ended up canceling my appointment. Catherine told me she booked me and another customer who is a lawyer, which she wasn't even there yet, at the same time. She said that the lawyer tips big, so she had to take her instead of me. Again, not apologetic at all. There was nothing I could do at that point, so I patiently waited for her and rescheduled my second session. The second session went fine. She was actually there when I arrived at the start of my appointment, and after scheduled my last session. My Last appointment Catherine was late AGAIN!! To make matters worse, she wanted to reschedule so she could take her lawyer customer again. At this point I felt disrespected. My time is valuable, and gas is not cheap to just be driving back and forth and around to accommodate a schedule that Catherine cannot keep up with. I didn't know if it was because I am black or if my tips were not big enough to her standards to receive quality customer service. Maybe even money hungry. I expressed my frustrations to her and asked for my money back. She said she could not do that. She didn't even offer any alternative solutions for her terrible customer service & inconvenience. I even asked to escalate this matter, but she said she was the one in charge and the one I would need to speak to regarding complaints. Again, not apologetic at all. I was left no other choice but to reschedule my last appointment with her. I sensed a lot of passive aggressive on her end, as if it was me being unprofessional. Very negative demeanor. At the rescheduled last appointment, Catherine was there and on time. She did not greet me with a smile or a warm welcome at all as she does her other customers. A very different demeanor then when we had our first interactions. This session went horribly. As Catherine was doing my microneedling she cut me, and I jumped from the pain. She tried to downplay it & said oh its fine it's just a little cut, it happens. Still not apologetic. She didn't even get all of the hair off my face, along with cutting by sideburns so unevenly. As if it was on purpose. It usually takes about a week or two for the face to heal after this procedure. The first two times it healed just fine. Unfortunately, with this last session, the cut that Catherine did, did not heal. I sent her a picture via text to get a solution for the problem she caused. She said she could not see the cut well in the picture and insisted I come in to see her, so I go with the hopes she would actually help me. When I went in to see her at the time she gave me, she was already with a customer. I waited about 15 minutes before she came out. Catherine literally came out for 2 minutes looked at it and said its fine, it's normal. it'll heal and sent me off. A waste of time. The area is dark with a scar. I wonder if her actions in the last session was an accident or a malicious act due to me telling her my frustrations .I recorded our interactions for evidence, and not sure how to move forward.

I found this place using a basic Google search for facials, massage, etc. The website is pretty bad, but I figured whatever - and I tried to call them because I had a few questions. The voicemail is tinny, grating and just odd sounding. It sounds like an actual old school answering machine from the late '90s. Yet it tells you to press 1, for etc, press 2, for etc. Unfortunately, when you press any key, the voicemail simply repeats itself. There is never any option to leave a voicemail. But I'm tenacious. So I used the 'Contact Us' form to submit a request to be contacted. I also, very politely, informed them that the voicemail for one of their numbers was cycling over and over and not allowing callers to leave a message. While the other voicemail says that it's not accepting calls and hangs up. I got contacted alright. Today I received an e-mail form 'Jodi' - telling me to use the website to book an appointment. I responded back, incredulous, and asked if I was actually being asked to book an appointment without being able to first speak to someone to answer some questions - since the website is sorely lacking in information. No response after that. Why even have a voicemail or a published phone number? This is insane. It's pretty ironic that trying to schedule something relaxing, would actually result in the opposite: frustration and irritation. I wish them the best, but I have no idea how this type of business model - one where you are not allowed to actually speak to a live person before booking an appointment - and the website looks like something an 5th grader created 10 years ago - can be successful.

Advertised as fairly priced, they keep making changes and offices are getting way too busy and are becoming increasingly unable to accommodate everyone. Staff is stressed and doesn't answer the phone sometimes. I called ahead to make an appt. but no one answered and was then turned away at two offices when I arrived, even though they were fully open and even though I drove to the middle of nowhere to get there. Where is the compassion? I was in pain. Maintenance plan was $45 a month but now they bill you for a full quarter; that's $125 ahead of time. How do I know if I will even use all of that? Management/owner doesn't return calls on customer service billing issues. Kids are $5/visit but now they have to be under 17?! So now high schoolers are apparently full grown and should work full time. Dr. might be rough but is overall effective; just takes some getting used to. Masseuse is just ok but high turn over. Their hours are tricky; they close for lunch from 12:30-3 PM. It would be great if they could just extend their hours on a Saturday at this point to accommodate the high influx of customers. Otherwise expect to allow an hour during peak times.

She had a separate space for her massage clients that was very warm and welcoming. She usually sees people at the Marietta wellness center where they have yoga classes. Shawna is super friendly and easy to talk to. She really sits down with you and talks about your expectations and any special needs you may have. She was more than happy to tailor my massage to my needs. I have lots of pain problems with my jaw and she spent almost 30 minutes just on that particular area. She also introduced me to cranial sacral therapy. I definitely recommend her. Don't think of massage as a luxury-- sometimes it's necessary to maintain a healthy well being.

I like that Jeuveau still gives some facial expression. I'm not really for a fully frozen face yet. I had really deep 11 lines in my brow and with regular upkeep they're barely noticeable. I can manage all my appointments via text which I love. Micah the office assistant is great to work with and has made scheduling and rescheduling a breeze! I also love that they don't try to "sell" me on other treatments or products. I'm always open to trying new things, but I don't like being pressured and that's something I've never felt here. I'm excited to see there new offerings as they start expanding their services!
