I moved back to Atlanta after living in San Diego for 18 years & had the worst time finding a medspa & practitioners that could do Botox & other fillers right in Atlanta. I wasted so much time & money on horrible medspas who lied about their peodict & injectors qualifications. I was beyond frustrated when I found Cas Medspa! From Cassie, to Dr. Craig, to Rachelle, to Vera, to Shoni & the entire staff I cannot say enough good things about them. They restored my faith in medspas in GA. Dr. Craig is the master injector, Vera is everything lasers & facials, Rachelle is excellent with Coolsculpting. They have always worked with me to find the best treatment options that would fit my budget & have all been so nice & welcoming every visit. They are truly masters of their crafts with excellent customer service. There have been a couple bumps in the road with staff changes, COVID hitting & closing the Marietta location because they were hit like many others small businesses with COVID & couldnt sustain 2 locations with COVID restrictions & limited in-person appointments. But EVERY time there was any hiccup, they ALWAYS resolved the issue to my satisfaction & I keep coming back because they know their stuff, I feel at home there, they always work with me & I know if there ever are any issues they will 100% resolve it. Nothing & no one is perfect but what you do when issues arise is what I look for. I have been a customer for almost 2 years now & always will be. First of all I must admit that I am 75 years old and unfortunately have not taken care of my skin as I should have done. Additionally, my stress level has been off the charts for the past few years, which certainly did nothing to help matters, although it did aggravate various bad habits I already had which further "aged me"... I was definitely not feeling good about myself. One day I shared my feelings with a close friend. He gave me a pep talk and suggested I stop lying around feeling sorry for myself, get off my bottom and do something to make me feel better. He suggested I go to the spa he had been using for a few years for fillers, botox and whatever. I thought about it and started checking it out; sounded encouraging. But his spa was not conveniently located at all so I did some research looking for one more geographically pleasing. I liked what I read and saw about CAS MED SPA which had just in the last few months opened a second location in East Cobb...very close to me. I called and made an appointment...not just for me, but for the friend who had given me the nudge as well as another friend. I met with Jeff Dunn who is the Clinical Director and was very impressed with everything I heard and saw. He outlined a program for me that I have just recently started; to date I have had PDO threads and botox, both done by Nina Burdett who is absolutely amazing and by Jeff Dunn who I think can do just about anything; don't think that team can be beaten. I left happy, relaxed and very encouraged. I realize I am not an overnight fix but am looking better and more rested already...have had no "down time"...and am looking forward to my next appointment in a few days. I'll keep you updated... OH, JUST A NOTE: my friend is changing from his previous spa to MED SPA as well although he actually lives much closer to the old one; he likes the services that MED SPA offers. I went to Cass Clinical Med Spa for Coolsculpting. I was very skeptical about the procedure, but I was also very unsatisfied with areas of my body. I workout, have a proper diet, but I still had stubborn problem areas. Making an appointment was quick and easy. At my consultation I met Christina. She is amazing!! I felt very comfortable talking to her about my problem areas as well as my overall health/body goals. I felt like she listened attentively and was very encouraging. The procedure itself is pretty painless and easy. No downtime, I was at the gym two hours after my procedure. I have had CS on my abdomen and flanks. I look amazing. I am beyond pleased with my results. The best part about Cass, CS is, I do not feel ashamed about my problem areas. Christina really listens to you and she understands. I've visited Cas Med Spa in Canton for the coolsculpting. I was immediately comfortable around Rachelle, and she has ended up taking care of me during all my visits so far. She is knowledgeable about their products and procedures, responsive to all my questions be it email, phone or text and was very attentive to me while I was in the office. She even checked on me on a Saturday after my visit! I am really shocked at the results I am seeing and feeling already. I was not so sure the coolsculpting would do anything, but it has made a big difference for me so far and I still have one more treatment! Very excited to get going with that. The facility is an older house, but it is super cute and very clean inside. I am very glad I found this place and feel good about giving them my business. Amazing staff, extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I love this second location for Cas Med spa! The atmosphere is comfy, clean, and modern with attention to detail. I usually visit their Canton location but it was great to see them here. I have begun the micro-needling and love it! My procedures have not been painful and I have experienced no post procedure discomfort. I haven't yet completed all my procedures and I am already getting comments on how good I look! Words like "refreshed", "glowing", "well rested", but no one can pinpoint why! I'm absolutely thrilled and could not give a higher recommendation! I love this Spa!!! I'm in aweeee of my results after my facial and first ever micro needling. The results are incredible, I've attached a photo to show my progress. After just a few days of my skin peeling and healing I was able to apply light makeup and WOW the difference is noticed by everyone that I've seen since. The whole staff was an absolute delight and made me feel right at home. Our goal was to reduce my smile lines, acne scarring on my cheeks and dark spots on my face. Mission accomplished!!! I have been going to Cass Med Spa for over 2mths now. Not only is ALL the staff the friendliest but the treatments they have provided me have left me 100% satisfied! I've had different laser treatments including the invasive and painful Infini at another highly rated business. Cas Med Spa in Marietta is wonderful. I love the microneedling with plasma they offer.
