This place sets an example for all businesses to follow, Truly amazed by the customer service…read more Nadira was very prompt and accurate when providing my quote and communications during the repair process. Service was a in house rebuild on a 2006 F150 transmission. Mike takes care of the rebuilds and his expertise shows. Oh I guess now is a good time to mention that this vehicle has 439,000 plus miles on it. And the transmission had never been touched as far as repairs, just fluid and filter changes when I remembered they were due. They stand behind the work and do understand the customers needs. Had a slight issue after picking the truck up that was promptly addressed even though it was actually not related to the rebuild. My shift cable was so old that it would not retain adjustment. It was 20 years old at least. Mike found the issue and actually walked me out so I could see what was happening. Part was ordered, wrong part was shipped over to there shop twice due to it not matching the vin number. When they found the part number after removal. Nadira actually ran and picked it up to help expedite the repair. Mike took care of the labor to install and I just paid for the cable. They didn't have to do this, this was above and beyond since this was not related to the actual work preformed or quoted. Transmission has about 350 miles on it now and wow its working way better than I could have dreamed of shifts are on point and smoother than I would have ever dreamed off. Way to go, This shop is on my highly recommend list and I will be taking all my business here if the need ever arises. Shop has my vote for business of the year, way to go to the whole crew involved. Thanks Again--

Called Saturday morning to see if they could check on a trans temp light that would keep coming on…read moreand off. Told me to come in to check it out and Mike went out to diagnose the issue and he advised it's not a trans issue, but an electrical issue based on the codes that were coming up. He suggested I find a place specializing in electrical. They didn't try to nickel and dime me and charge an inspection fee. For a Saturday they were pretty busy and the parking lot was full. Based on this one experience, will plan to bring our vehicles here when the need arises and will update the review accordingly. Thanks Mike...

Five-Star Review for Allstate Transmission…read more Allstate Transmission is exactly what you hope to find in an auto repair shop--family-owned, honest, and fair. We have an early-2000s Ford Thunderbird, a very special vehicle that has been in our family for years. We initially brought it to a large corporate repair shop in Cave Creek and were quoted $3,500-$4,500 for transmission work. That estimate didn't sit right. After doing extensive online research, I reached out to Allstate Transmission and spoke directly with Nicole, an owner. She clearly explained the inspection and repair process, set realistic expectations, and even walked me through a worst-case scenario that came in at just under $2,000. We transported the car to Allstate and were extremely pleased with the transparency of the estimate process and the consistent communication throughout the transmission rebuild. The transmission carries a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, and when we picked up the car, it shifted and ran like new--no leaks, no issues. After living in Arizona for two years, it's incredibly reassuring to finally have a shop we can truly trust with our vehicles. Integrity, common sense, and quality workmanship--thank you, Nicole. You run a great shop, and Allstate Transmission comes highly recommended.

Allstate transmission is one of the few good shop left in the automotive industry. Last year I had…read moreto replace the transmission in my vehicle which is never good news but I didn't want to buy a new car. I called a shop I trusted Choice Auto repair in Tempe and asked if they had any transmission shops they recommended. They recommended Allstate. I called allstate and spoke to Nicole who set up an appointment to get the car looked at. Allstate was able to look at the car same day and told us worst case scenario for pricing and best case scenario. They proceeded with the repair and the vehicle was completed within the week which was amazing for a transmission rebuild. One year later the car started having some shifting problems, I immediately called Allstate and set up an appointment to have the vehicle looked at. Same as last time the car was looked at same day and was determined to have an issue with the transmission. Allstate offers a warranty for their work, however we were passed the warranty because we drive the car a lot. Allstate took care of us and honored the warranty and got the issue resolved which turned out to be a bearing that was failing. I was in shock they did this as they could of easily charged me for repairs since the warranty was expired. I will never go to another shop when I need transmission work done. I drive from Queen Creek to come here and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Allstate.

I know you're super-busy and my car was returned to me a little dusty, so I shouldn't have been so critical. A few weeks ago I gave an unfair review. it turns out I was mistaken on a couple things and I gave them a poor review saying that they didn't take good care of my Mazda-5. They actually had the best prices compared to 2 other shops and I got my car back quickly. My mistake was that I had my car looked at 2 other shops and at one of them, they broke the panel on the driver's side and the engine cover was left off so I assumed it was Transmission Factory---I was totally ticked-off at the wrong guys. i APOLOGIZE GUYS. You did good work. My wife and I are grateful. 4-Stars! I will definitely bring my car back for future work!

Stay away! Took my truck in for a hard shift with a CEL. They diagnosed as needing to be rebuilt…read moreand said it was a "common problem". When I picked my truck up, I noticed a leak before I drove off. They put it on the lift and fixed the leak. Driving home that night hard shift on the same gears and the same code. Took it back. After a few days they said it's fixed. Two days later same issue. Took it back again and after a few days they returned the truck. This time it was fixed. I finally parked in my driveway way after having it for a couple weeks and noticed it was leaking. Took it back and they didn't have time to look at it. They sent me down to their sister shop and they said it was a gasket leak. It was a small leak and I every time it's in their shop it's 3-4 days. I missed enough work, decided to wait until I needed to service and fix it myself. I found a random 12mm bolt in one hole and my pan was damaged on the lip. No wonder it was leaking. Whatever tech worked on my truck definitely had the " that's the next guys problem" attitude.
