I have a brand new car (only a few weeks old) so when i drove up to it i could see that it was an old car wash. Almost backed out but someone pulled in behind me. Went through and then stopped at Riteaid. When i got out i saw scratches on my hood. Since its a brand new car, i saw them right away. Of course, i called them right away and went back to show them and they said that it was no way their fault. Wasn't expecting them to own up to it, but when they lied about their insurance, i decided im going to contact an attorney. On top of all of that, my car was far from being clean. This is a car wash that is for those that don't care about ther vehicles. Stay away if you do care.

They performed a wash, decontam and polish prior to applying the 5 year Duraslic HG coating. They buffed out a few scratches that accumulated since the vehicle purchase as well. The coating looks fantastic, really pops the paint and I can't wait to check out the hydrophobic and oleophobic effects in the rain and first wash! No high spots from the coating and was professionally done. Scott also had my front windshield coated as part of the deal. They went above and beyond and gave the interior of my car a light detail and vacuum as well. Furthermore, Scott let me know how to maintain the coating, how Carfax records the service, warranty information, and through in a few goodies. Tremendous value overall and I'm going to say best in Western Washington! Overall the car looks amazing and I'm very happy with the service and outcome of my purchase!

I attempted another route, only to find myself blocked by vacuums and exiting cars. I had to merge back into heavy traffic and try a third time to get it right.
