For several years, I had a terrible problem with dust in my home and my attic area being extremely hot! I also had several companies give me advice and MANY dollars later - left with the same problem. I contacted Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling. The same day that I contacted them and estimated arrived to give me a price! I had been checking with other companies and their price for installing the grids that I needed to ventilate the attic was more than fair. Finally, I agreed to them doing the service. It took a couple days for Carl Walsh and his assistant to arrive but was MORE than worth the wait!!! Carl explained to me the delay in coming was because of previously commitment to replacing a roof. The recent rains slowed their process. (Now - if it were MY home without a roof or a partial roof, would I NOT want them to stay and finish it! I was impressed with his honesty - and his commitment to finish a job!) Once they arrived, they were very professional and went straight to work! It was extremely hot....they never faltered from their work. Upon completion, they removed all trash associated with the job - and had me inspect the work! I was AMAZED at what I saw!!! The new vents looked as though they had ALWAYS been there. The colors matched completely. While thanking Carl for a job well done....I noticed something that I thought was NOT right! Carl took the ladder off the house - went BACK on the roof and stayed there until I gave him the final ok. In truth, it was only cosmetic and many would have just walked away. Not Carl!!! As we were talking before he left, I mentioned other things that I may need to get done in the future. Although I knew Carl had to be extremely tired and thirsty after working so hard on the roof in that heat, He took the time to look into the other jobs. He even got his drill out so that he could see EXACTLY what was needed to make the repair. His attention to detail amazed me - I NEVER promised him the job! Carl took his time to explain in detail what had to be done, the amount of time it would take. Although he was not the "official" estimator - and did not give me a price, at least he explained to me in LAYMAN terms what needed to be done! He did all this WITHOUT a commitment from me to hire this company. When I am ready, TRUST Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling will be the first company I will call for an estimate! I had to ASK HIM for a few business cards! He treated MY home as if it was HIS home!!! As he was leaving, he thanked me for giving Enhanced an opportunity to do the work at my home. His parting words to me is that IF I HAD ANY PROBLEM with the work done today, PLEASE contact him! He also gave me his cell number which is 571-421-0375. There are a LOT of business out there, but few could compete with Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling and Carl Walsh in their professionalism, commitment to do the best job possible - and most of all customer satisfaction! read more

I had an excellent experience with folks at ER&R. Pardon the lengthy review in advance but my needs were a bit different and worth highlighting. I had recently relocated out of state to Connecticut for a job, however my employer's relocation company asked for a ton of improvements to be made to my house in Arlington without which they would not undertake selling my house. I spoke to Carl at ER&R before traveling to Arlington from Connecticut and he was flexible in meeting with me on a Saturday evening to do a walk through (the other shops I called were hesitant in taking time on a weekend for a not so a big job - ~$10k). Carl and I patiently went through each item on the inspection list, which included everything under the sun from replacing metal roof panels, replacing roof shingles to electrical sockets and repairing balcony deck boards (and many more small/big items). The very next day he and Ryan gave me a quote, which was reasonable. It wasn't likely the cheapest but then they never profess to be so, and they stand behind their workmanship by giving a warranty. The next step was to write up a detailed repair bid to be submitted to the relocation company, and Carl was awesome in working through all the red tape involved in itemizing the repair list. Once we got the green light to begin repairs, Carl and his crew were quick to begin and in a week were done with everything. The job was likely not big compared to all the different jobs they do, but it was very apparent that they are attentive to jobs big and small. There was even a curve ball as they were finishing the first job, a second home inspection by the relocation company required another bunch of items, which Carl coordinated remotely for me. He was proactive and given I was not able to be on site due to being remote, he used to send me pics of the job to keep me updated. I was always in the loop on the status of the job, which made it easier for me to trust the work was progressing timely. At the end, after a final walk through, I paid up the balance and that was the end of a very efficient project. I was very glad to have found a reliable company and honest, hard working folks to deal with who understood the tough spot I was in and came through for me. It was a random internet find that I came across ER&R and I had called some others but I am very glad I went with them. A special shout out to Carl for his perseverance (he was hard at work while his wife who was soon to have their first born!). I would highly recommend this company and folks to anyone looking for a reliable crew, decent pricing, and quality work. read more

We hired Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling for our home renovation project. Ryan Fubini and his crew built a two story addition, including an extension off our family room on the main level and a large walk-in closet on the second level. On the main level, we did a complete remodel of the kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and main hallway. The result was a much more open modern space, including all new cabinets, appliances, and windows. On the second level, in addition to adding the walk-in closet mentioned above, we renovated two bathrooms by completely gutting and updating them to include new showers, bathtub, closets, vanities, floors and tile. Our master bath is now much bigger, more open, beautiful, and includes an amazing shower. The same is true of our new hallway bath as well. We also had Enhanced replace all of our windows, siding and roof. From start to finish, Ryan was great to work with. He has vision of what the final product will look like and worked with us every step of the way, listening to us and offering suggestions. Ryan kept costs down and did everything he could to ensure that we got the best deals on everything from new windows, siding, front door, roofing, kitchen cabinets, vanities, etc. He has a great group of employees and subcontractors working with him, who are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and helpful. Again, like Ryan, everyone made it their priority to make us happy and to ensure that our final project would be just what we wanted. Our renovation is beautiful and while our overall house footprint did not change too much, our house looks brand new and updated. From the stained floors to the new kitchen to the fresh colors inside and out, we definitely feel like we are living in a new home. I highly recommend Ryan and Enhanced whether you have new roofing, siding, and window needs or a much bigger project like we did to include those things described above. You won't find a nicer more reliable and responsive company than Enhanced. We had Ryan on speed dial and he has from the start been responsive to all of our requests and very quick to respond to our questions and to take care of anything we needed. We also love that Ryan is a local Arlington resident and really understands the local housing market and what is expected in new homes in this area. We are happy to have gotten to work with a company in our own community and to know Ryan and his crew through the remodel process. We definitely encourage you to hire Enhanced. read more

We purchased our home from Enhanced in North Arlington when it was in the stud phase during the middle of the covid lockdown last summer 2020.  It was a house we actually considered buying and renovating ourselves but steered away from it because it was clearly a lot of work. In the end, Ryan bought the home and did the renovation and we purchased it from him. We're glad it worked out the way it did because Ryan did an exceptional job on the whole house renovation, way better than we would have! There were challenges with availability of materials, considerations of uncertainty of final product and decisions that needed to be made by us as the buyers about custom renovations. Ryan and his team were amazing to work with through it all. There is a lot to be said about the personalities of those you work with. They are all exceptional. Ryan's good nature, very fast responses, extensive knowledge of the county regulations as well as building know how made it a calm experience. He was a pleasure at every turn. We also added onto his plans for some options and he always was accommodating and extended fair pricing.  His selections manager Selma worked with us through many details and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. His construction manager Scott was always available to meet with us and discuss status and updates.  We recently completed our 90 day punch list and within 2 days of submitting our list we had dedicated teams here who worked hard and were done quickly.  We also plan to do some fireplace and cosmetic work to our living room and are already speaking with them to work on those updates. We have already recommended Enhanced Homes to our friends and will continue to do so. We have had several neighbors walk by comment on what a great job "we" did on the house. We owe it all to Enhanced. Shawn & Kristen Battle read more

We used Enhanced to finish our basement, this included creating a bedroom, full bath, and rec room in a previous open unfinished space. We had previously (7 years ago) had a major renovation done to our house, minus the basement, and having that experience definitely made us appreciate the ease of working with Ryan and his team. They were on schedule and budget and worked on the days they told us they would be at our house. We had a couple changes come up, and he was clear about costs and options. He also did not add an overhead fee to some of the changes that came from subs. Subcontractors were good, especially HVAC, which was able to make some fixes to the previous installation (this was extra but agreed upon in advance). Communication was great and when I saw something that needed to get adjusted or fixed they did it without any hassling, which I can say from experience is often not the case. Tile work in the bathroom is amazing. They also did built-ins for us with cabinets and bookshelves. Prices were in the mid-range for the project and we spoke to several contractors. Having done a major house addition/renovation with a different contractor, and now a basement with Enhanced, I can strongly recommend them. There are always things that come up when you do a major project to your home that cause frustrations, but Ryan and his team were good communicators and tried to make sure we were happy throughout the process. And also probably worth saying that he didn't ask for draw payments until he was through major chunks of the project, so I really felt like they were showing us the work before asking for payment. read more

We hired Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling to do a MAJOR renovation. We added an addition and completely remodeled our existing house (which was built in 1937). To add to it, we were expecting our 3rd child and were hoping to have the renovation completed before the baby's arrival. All of the other quotes we received were wayyyyy over our budget (like $80K-$100K over), AND said the job would take close to 6 months to complete. Well, Ryan Fubini (owner of Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling) seriously is our savior! He did the entire job within our budget AND finished our house in 3.5 months. That's right, you read it correctly. He did the entire renovation in less than 4 months, and we were able to move back into our house with 1 month to get ready for baby #3. Our house looks amazing! We went from a tiny 3 bedroom/2 bathroom/small kitchen house, to a 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom house with a beautiful (and big) kitchen and a spectacular family room. We even converted a screened-in porch into a mudroom (one of the best rooms in the house, especially now that we have 4 kids). We have 2 HVACs (one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs), and put the washer/dryer upstairs. I still look around our house and just love everything that Enhanced did. The team of guys are super nice and professional, and really listen to the needs/wants of the customer. Ryan is a gem, and we will always be thankful for what he did for our family and overall quality of life! read more

I hired Enhanced RR to help me renovate a run-down row house in North Arlington that I purchased in August. I am extremely pleased with the finished product I recieved as well as how smooth the process was. I had originally only planned on renovating my main level after receiving a few quotes from contractors, but after meeting with Ryan at Enhanced, his quote was more competitive and he talked me through the benefits of getting all the work done at one time and I ended up re-doing the entire basement as well as adding an additional bath. Ryan was also very straight forward with me and on multiple occasions referred me to additional specialty subcontractors (fencing, landscaping and concrete) without upcharging. The communication throughout the process was great, i always knew where we were at throughout the process and what decisions he needed from me well before I needed to make them. His crew was always extremely polite when I visited the job site and always kept the place tidy. Overall, doing my entire main level and entire basement took about 2 months. I could have probably had it done quicker, but I was out of town during the project for a few weeks and held his crew up on some decisions. The quality of work, ease of communication and competitive price are all 5 stars in my book. I will be calling Ryan again for my next project. Some pictures below. Thanks Ryan! read more

I recently hired Enhanced Roofing to do some minor repairs on my roof. Their price and responsiveness was so good compared to other contractors I had solicited that I included them when soliciting a larger deck repair/restoration job. They prepared a very detailed and competitively priced bid, so I hired them again. Their project manager, Julio Herrera, and his team were excellent. They were very attentive, responsive, responsible, punctual and efficient. If there was ever a delay (which were only weather-related or related to having to procure unexpected materials), Julio was great about informing me immediately, and the delays were very short and infrequent. I was so impressed with the deck work as I watched it progress that I also asked them at short notice to do some drywall patching that I needed after getting some electrical upgrades done in my house. Again, the price was competitive and the work easy to schedule and done very well and scrupulously. I plan on hiring Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling again for most of our remodeling needs. I still plan on bidding out larger jobs, but I feel pretty sure that they will beat out most on price, and I already know that the quality of their workmanship, ethics and project management is excellent, so I expect they'll keep winning our business. I highly recommend them to anyone for indoor and outdoor contracting needs. read more

First time customer in NE DC. We came back from our Christmas holiday to find we had some water damage from a leak in our roof. Enhanced did the roof repair and the drywall replacement. I was very happy with the overall process and work. Steve their estimator came out the next day, gave us a fair quote and scheduled the work. We had a minor setback with the shingle suppliers being closed on New Years day but the guys came right out and put a temporary (waterproof) patch over the hole just in case we got any weather over the New Year's break. Once they were able to get the shingles they knocked out the roof repair right away and even trimmed back the tree branches that caused the shingles to fall off in the first place. It took another day and a different crew to get the drywall replaced where the water had leaked in. Again the Enhanced team was quick, efficient and clean. They called that morning when they knew they were going to be a little late, about 10-15 minutes, which was fine. We have no shortage of things we want to get done around our house. I would use Enhanced again for other projects. They said what they were going to do. Their prices were competitive. They worked within our schedule. They did good work. They didn't try to up sell me or make more out of the job. That's all I wanted in good contractor. read more

Full disclosure - Ryan the owner was a neighbor - and I reached out to him personally. But that doesn't really matter. Good work is good work. I told him I'd post a candid review. He urged that I be honest. So here it is...only took ten months to write. We had a contract to sell our house in North Arlington with a close date of June 30, 2018. The home inspection showed emergency roof repair was needed. Although I know Ryan (again full disclosure,) I went through their standard call center. They turned it around in 48 hours. Although the repair wasn't anything huge, their team was on time and fast. While I was expecting $3000 worth of work...it was less than a third of that. In fact they were at the house, on the roof and done in about two hours. Flying colors on the final home inspection. Then we found our home had a cracked main beam ( possibly from the 2011 earthquake) and their remodeling team stepped in and fixed THAT - (which sadly was NOT a $1000 fix) in time for the buyer move-in. That required disconnection plumbing, electricity and HVAC, getting the beam fixed, and reconnecting...all five days before the new owners took possession. They got it done, the close was smooth and they played a BIG role. The fix passed inspection, we closed and the new owners are thrilled. Thanks Ryan and ERR! read more

We used Enhanced Roofing to redo an almost flat roof on a extension pantry off our house. This roof had a deck built over the roof for access from our 2nd story bathroom and needed to be removed to install a new roof. We got three estimates two were going to use the rubber roof and offered to rebuild the deck and were quite expensive. Enhanced's estimator David Cusick came and looked he said that there was a material that looked like linoleum but was made to act like a rubber roof however stronger so you could put a table and chairs on it. He noted that the roof had a small slope and the deck/roof would not be absolutely flat but would drain well. I went to the product manufacturer's website and it looked like a good product with good reviews. There quote was better then the other two even without the deck rebuild. We hired Enhanced to do the work. They showed up when promised. Communications with the lead forman was good and the workers were very nice and did a very professional job. they kept us posted as to what they were doing and when they finished they cleaned up the property well. They even rolled a magnetic strip over the grass to pick up any nails and other sharp objects. We would definitely use them again and feel good about recommending them to other people. read more

Enhanced Roofing replaced the roof on our house and did an OUTSTANDING job. We found them through the recommendation of several people on the Cherrydale listserv. Mike, who manages the roof projects, came out within 2 hours of my call and gave me a quote 3 hours later. The price beat all of the other 4 quotes I got. Their work was prompt and excellent. Mike called me before the work started to advise me when the new shingles would be delivered, then checked in with me 3 times while the work was being done (as I could not be present when they did they replaced the roof). He also did a follow up call after the work was done. Excellent communication. I also appreciate that they did not cut corners and have a lot of experience with roofs. Mike gave me options to repair part of the roof or replace the whole thing without any high pressure sales tactics you see with bigger companies. They are also a local Arlington company, which makes them very easy to get in touch with. I also worked with the company's owner, Ryan, on getting a quote for a renovation. He is very responsive and got back to me immediately on providing a quote. Definitely would recommend Enhanced for any home improvement project. read more

We purchased a new home built by Enhanced in Summer 2020. This was our first new home purchase, so not a lot of experience with the process. While it was not 100% seamless, Ryan and his team were 100% professional and responsive along the way and addressed every concern we had promptly. Now six months in to living here, Ryan sends his folks over for little fixes we find without question. He's true to the terms of the builder warranty, and it's clear he aims for us to have a home we love. We also contracted with Enhanced to add decking and a pergola to the original build shortly after we moved in. The price was in line with other quotes and the work was done well, with a friendly crew. While the house was beautifully built, I'd really emphasize the customer service as the main value-add in dealing with Enhanced. We have other friends who've had less stellar experiences with their new home builders, and the fact that we can continue to count on the workmanship warranty throughout the first year of ownership provides us a huge amount of comfort in our purchase. If we had additional home enhancement projects, we'd go back to Ryan and the team at Enhanced before approaching anyone else. read more

We loved our experience with Enhanced and they lived up to the reputation yelp has given them. One of the most prominent factors in choosing them was there Yelp reviews, and Yelpers they did not disappoint. Our project started with a few minor hiccups, mainly due to communication issues with the sales rep, it is our understanding that the gentleman no longer works there. We decided to reach out to the office for assistance with our project. The ladies in the office made a world of difference and influenced our commitment to continue working with Enhanced. They were very thorough in everything they did; they sent the project manager to review everything the sales rep had initially said/quoted and to get the correct color for our new roof installation. During the remainder of the project, they were very attentive and communitive, the material and crews were on site when they said they would. The icing on the cake was their field rep, Kristin, she was very communicative and kept us informed throughout the project and provided. The clean up could have been better, there were a few bits of debris left over, but a quick call got it taken care of immediately. read more

Had a great experience with Enhanced Roofing and Remolding, I just bought a new house and the roof needed to be replaced immediately after purchase. I talked to Enhanced they understood the time table I was working with before my move-in date and they were able to work with my tight schedule to get the project done. Their price also beat all the other Contractors I talked to, I was very pleasantly surprised. It took 2 days to remove and replace the roof which which looks fantastic. I came over early the 1st day to check-in on the project and I could tell they were their very early and already starting the demo of the old roof which can get a bit messy taking everything apart. But when I returned at the end of the 2nd day the project was complete and the roof was in-place and the yard looked great like nothing happened (they even did a great job with cleaning up the job site, which was much appreciated). It has been 5 weeks since we moved into our new house and we have been through all the rain this past January and February and no issues with the roof. We are very happy with Enhanced Roofing. read more

After many months of trying to get a major leak repaired on my roof, and what seemed like endless rounds of estimates with multiple companies, I can say with confidence I found my forever go-to company. From the minute you call to set up an appointment, the office staff gets you set up right away with no issues. The estimator was one of the most honest guys I've encountered during this stressful time. He got to the point on what the issues were, was extremely friendly, and gave me many options on what I could do to fix my issue. Their prices are super fair and very competitive comparing to all other companies I dealt with. They scheduled my project right away due to the damages my home was encountering and definitely made me feel like my project was a priority throughout the entire process. The office staff does a great job at updating you throughout the entire process and make everything go extremely smoothly. Folks, look no further than here. I doubt you will find another company that will be as great as this one. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future! read more

My husband and I were looking for a reputable contractor to handle our major renovation to our 1950s rambler. With a growing family, we needed to do a second story addition and push the house back. We received a few quotes from a few different companies in the area, and ultimately decided to go with Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling. Ryan and his team worked with us hand-in-hand from the beginning to make sure we were all on the same page conceptually and financially. Not only did they finish up in a timely manner, but also kept us on budget and worked with us when unexpected challenges and changes came up. I knew we were in great hands when a friends father who is a reputable builder in another state came to see the house progress when they were mid-build and said everything from their materials to work was Grade-A and done the right way. We have had a few post build adjustments that have needed to be made, and Enhanced R&R has always answered the call to assist. We cannot thank & recommend them enough! read more

We worked with Enhanced Roofing & Remodeling to prepare our row house in DC for sale. In anticipation of sale, Carl came out to inspect the roof and give an honest opinion about what work should be done to best protect the house going forward. He allowed my husband to take part in the inspection and then sat in the house with us and explained the work to be done and the process to accomplish it. He provided us with an immediate written estimate. Once the work was completed, Carl continued to work with us to provide documentation to a potential buyer confirming the work done and guaranteeing the quality of the work. Carl has been excellent to work with, and we are incredibly grateful for his assistance in this process. Most of all, he was ideal in terms of communication. It was very reassuring, and truly refreshing, to work with someone who is so responsive to emails and phone calls and who regularly goes above and beyond what is required in order to support his clients. read more

We called Enhanced Roofing and Remodeling to address a leak in our daughter's room, which turned out to be a much bigger issue than anyone had anticipated. Throughout the process of diagnosing the problem, working on it, responding to an emergency call and coming back out as needed we could not have been more impressed with the level of customer service and workmanship. Ryan, the owner was so responsive and helpful - and both times made sure someone was at our house as soon as possible. Carl Walsh did an amazing job of diagnosing a very unusual situation with our roof and was totally committed to getting to the root of the problem so that we could have peace of mind. Had he not figured out what was going on in a timely manner (a series of errors by our builder) we would have had extensive damage to our new home. We cannot thank Enhanced Roofing, and specifically Ryan and Carl, enough. I would highly recommend them for roofing repair work. read more
