One word...AMAZING! This describes their customer service, communication, and product. I was looking for a place to engrave a Yeti cup for father's day when I found this business. What I wanted/had engraved was the HFD logo and name. Other places like Things ####### at the mall were wanting to charge me $70 JUST to engrave it. Thankfully I did a little more research and stumbled upon this place. I called and they asked I request a quote online. From then on I was e-mailing back and forward with Carol about the product. She replied promptly and was willing to work with any request I made. I knew I was cutting it close as I ordered it only a week before father's day (normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days) but they were able to have it done in 6 days! When I got the cup I was VERY happy with the product So worth the price (which was VERY reasonable).I will definitely be using them again. read more
