I have the Konica Minolta c8000 press printer which is very expensive and extreamely hard to maintainant. Everytime I my printer run into problem I have to called a authorize dealer or Konica company to fix the printer. Everytime they come out they charge me min $155 plus tax for an hour. Functional Office system charge me only $85 an hour and I found that they have the same skill level just like the dealer for a lot less. They also very knowledgeable about the press c7000. They also very nice and take time for every small details. I also learn that if you lease a machine from them or buy it, and put it under maintainent contract they only charge ONE Penny yes 1 cent for each black and white copy and 5 cents for each color copy, they will provide everything, toner, drum, and if even when you have problem with your copier they will come out and fix it free of charge. I will definitely do that in the short future. I highly recommend this company, they very professional and very reliable.

I called and ISAIAH was available and I begin to share I am a graduate student who needed two books printed for my learning skills. He verbalized understanding and literally walked me through the steps until the end to ensure I was comprehending the information correctly. Then I went to pick up the items and noticed the wires was not tucked correctly on one book. The customer service rep at the counter assisted me and I was very pleased. The book came out very good and I had a coupon to use and it gave me a great discount. In spite of mixed reviews, I can say my books were printed well and it was organized and in sync.

I've made the mistake of not printing my receipts. Today I brought my bank statement clearly showing two identical amounts being charged to my checking account. Yet since they can only print one receipt they wouldn't refund me the second. This wasn't the first time, I've been duped by this business. The other time I purchased a set of ink cartridges. They were the kind that can be refilled. Plain packaging. I took them home and they were the wrong kind and my printer wouldn't accept them as correct. I took them back and was told they didn't sell that type (re-fill able) ink. Being this is the closest stationary store to me I know for certain where i purchased them. Needless to say I could get a refund or an exchange. I give up I surrender you win. All I can do is pass this info on to others and never place my foot or my wallet in this place again. Yelp is asking if it's a matter of value that I am so disappointed in Office Depot or Office MAX. I'd say no & yes. There is no value in this jip joint!!!
