I've made the mistake of not printing my receipts. Today I brought my bank statement clearly showing two identical amounts being charged to my checking account. Yet since they can only print one receipt they wouldn't refund me the second. This wasn't the first time, I've been duped by this business. The other time I purchased a set of ink cartridges. They were the kind that can be refilled. Plain packaging. I took them home and they were the wrong kind and my printer wouldn't accept them as correct. I took them back and was told they didn't sell that type (re-fill able) ink. Being this is the closest stationary store to me I know for certain where i purchased them. Needless to say I could get a refund or an exchange. I give up I surrender you win. All I can do is pass this info on to others and never place my foot or my wallet in this place again. Yelp is asking if it's a matter of value that I am so disappointed in Office Depot or Office MAX. I'd say no & yes. There is no value in this jip joint!!! Only a place that uses its customers for sales and NO Service! *PS. 1 star because I can't leave 0 -zero- star

"AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE"…read more "ISAIAH" IS EXCEPTIONAL I called the store to discuss if I was choosing the right printing supplies to do an online order and arrive when ready to pick up. I called and ISAIAH was available and I begin to share I am a graduate student who needed two books printed for my learning skills. He verbalized understanding and literally walked me through the steps until the end to ensure I was comprehending the information correctly. Then I went to pick up the items and noticed the wires was not tucked correctly on one book. The customer service rep at the counter assisted me and I was very pleased. The book came out very good and I had a coupon to use and it gave me a great discount. In spite of mixed reviews, I can say my books were printed well and it was organized and in sync.

He was paid for the service that day that included the cost for the drum, the labor and the travel fee they charge. Our copies were so bad after he left. It was very difficult to read what was on the copied page due to the look of "low ink" and "dull color". Our office staff telephone Saunders Office Products repeatedly with no return call. We emailed the problem with no reply. We had a tech come from another office service company who ran tests and showed us the cyan drum was bad and needed to be replaced. Saunders Office Products scammed us. I paid for the cyan drum, an hour of labor, travel costs and the drum was not replaced. This is not an honest company.

I bought an office chair from Office Depot and only lasted 32 days. It was one day too late to return. My desk is made of 2 IKEA dressers and a board. Plus. With a recent announcement from my company, this working from home is gonna be INDEFINITELY. Yeah. I really need a real desk and ergonomic chair. I'm tired of squatting in front of my computer. Choice Furniture offers preowned and new merchandise. They go to businesses that have lots of furniture, for whatever reason, and bring them here. They are clean and presentable. Something about chairs, like pair of new shoes, need to be worn to be comfortable. I don't buy overly worn chairs even when they're deeply discounted. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They occupy many office suits. Besides 2 suits for showrooms, there are plenty of room for storage.

Why 5 stars? Because I got a great desk chair at a fraction of the price…read more --- --- --- I was in desperate need of a new chair as mine was rapidly deteriorating. I read reviews about top chairs and the Steelcase Leap was one of them. Unfortunately, it cost more than $1,000, and sometimes over $2,000 with certain upgrades, so it wasn't really realistic for me. So I made it my mission to visit every place in the Greater Houston area that sold desk chairs. Signature was the furthest away from my house, and I was tempted to forego the drive. But I found a couple of other things to do in the area and just made a day of it. I actually first visited Signature at their old location, on the day that they were moving to their new location. There weren't many chairs available because things were in transit, but one of the employees showed me the most popular option, and I couldn't have loved it anymore. It was the Steelcase Leap v2, which retails in the price range that I mentioned above. However, at Signature, these gently used chairs are $350. As it turns out, my new employer provided me with a stipend for office furniture of..... $350. A match made in heaven. So I went back a couple of weeks later, this time in their new location. And this time, there was a gigantic room with approximately 10 million different office chairs inside. I was told that this was not even half of their inventory, which is crazy. But I was so happy with the Steelcase Leap and its price that I didn't even bother trying the other 9.9 million options. I can't recommend Signature highly enough. Get a great chair (or any office furniture) that's like 97% new for a fraction of the price.

One has great back support and many adjusting features. One cheaper and without a couple of features. I'll take the higher one because that adjustable back support. I also toured showroom while I'm looking for an L-shaped table. All they got is sit stand desks, even L-shaped. It was pricier than I could afford but they look and feel nice. I told him I need to check with my employer if I could get subsidized for a replacement chair. As I was thinking, it's time to replace my El Cheapo L-shaped desk from Amazon. I had it for a year and my whole-body aches because I sit all day. I'm forever grateful to see they got what I needed. It's not far away from Chinatown.
