After months of waiting, I tried following up multiple times privately to give them a chance to make it right, but I am now being completely ignored. It's a shame because I have several neighbors here in Fountain Valley who are currently shopping around for solar and battery storage. I was planning to refer them here, but I cannot recommend a company that fails to honor its own written agreements and ducks communication. Initially, I had planned to install Tesla Solar, but after waiting for 7 months, I decided to explore other options. While Tesla's pricing was attractive, I wanted to work with a reputable installer and decided to go with Enerbg /Victor. I'm pleased to say that I made the right choice. Eduardo, the owner, came to our first meeting on time, with a design sketch of the stretch ceiling and lighting options, as well as suggestions as to what we would need to do to properly prepare the space for his team. Over the next few weeks, whenever he said they would be coming by to check in after each phase of construction, he arrived on time, as he promised he would. He took measurements, took detailed notes and had feedback for me on the installation process and what to expect so that I could properly prep the space and inform my clients. Everytime the Blueprint team showed up, they looked professional in their uniforms, their trucks and vans were clean, and they always protected the space with drop cloths and floor protection.
