I've been receiving Ends Meat's monthly butcher boxes from Table 22 for about 4 months now and they've definitely forced me to up my cooking game! What began as a search for easy access to high-quality meets, led to my discovery of this butcher. One of the big drawers of patronizing their business is the partnerships they have with sustainable farmers. And you can tell the quality is there. I've had some of the best cuts of meat ever from here (especially their bacon). Some of the items I've received have been: pork loins A half chicken (I wish they left the innards ) Lamb sausage Chorizo (7.5/10) Rib eyes Beef tenderloin (my favorite) Bacons (also my favorite) Spicy chili French butter Mushroom seasoning/rub Bauvette Terrine Prepackaged sausage links (my least favorite, especially the ones with cheese inside) Chicken salad Ham hock And more I would really like to continue this membership, however I'm currently ordering the Deluxe Box (the higher tier) and I'm considering downgrading or pausing because it's definitely a lot to cook over the month. I wish there was an option to select what you want in the box, even if it were the animal, as I LOVE their ground beef and most of their beef products, but don't particularly love some of the sausages and ham items. Also, I believe the membership is advertised as to having monthly recipes, notes and ideas for each of the cuts of meat, but I have yet to see those. Also, I haven't received any priority access to in-shop events or special offers as advertised. Overall, if you or someone you know loves high quality meats and cooking, this is an excellent idea for them.

My friend and I were looking around for either a lite bite or something to drink post a Yelp event. Unfortunately, the kitchen was just closing down around 7pm on a weekday. Not surprised because it's the dead of winter and was a ghost town in Industry City. But the butcher was still open and he ordered some kind of stack of red meat and I purchased a beer from their very extensive craft beer fridge. I think I got a little overly excited because I got something called a Bagel & Schmear from Other Half Brewery and didn't read the description of it being an IPA. I mean, a bagel beer would be special. They do have amazing sounding sandwiches (most are reasonably-ish priced around $17 although it depends on the size of the sandwich amiright?): Porchetta, Steak, Pastrami Melt, Roast Beast, Burgers. I'd definitely have to come back to try something. They also have a fun condiment section and variety of jarred foods selection on the shelves.

Fantastic butcher shop that makes fantastic burgers and sandwiches! My partner and I were blown away by the dry age burger (and we also got bacon on it). It was as close to perfection that a burger can get! Service was quick and there was counter space to munch on food there (although I imagine many get to go / eat it outside in the broader industry city complex). Also they have a great beer selection, so if you are into beer, don't sleep on that either!

I was fortunate to be raised in an upper middle class family. Blessed with excellent taste in Italian and French cuisine, we often had adult lunchables; charcuterie. Each time I'd reach for a slice or 4 of saucisson, copa, lonza, etc, I was abruptly taught that it was poor form or uncultured to scoop handfuls of meet and cheese into the endless void that is my digestive system. Now, at the tender age of 33.85 years young, I have politely triumphed over my familial restrictions and defined my own expectations of that which is acceptable. I've been ordering an 8th of this precious shit for nearly 2 years and it's delectable. Chicken livers for pate. Marrow bones for soup. Steak for family. The list goes on. And god dammit it's been the best carnivorous decision of my entire life. What better a snack that straight beef thinly sliced. How dare we be limited by that which is deemed fit by the eyes of strangers when you're alone, naked, watching Brooklyn 99! What day you! Screw you dad! Yes we can!

Solid choice in the food hall. Pastrami is a bit chewy and I really don't like the thousand island sauce in the steak sandwich, but overall tasty.

Out and about at Industry City for the afternoon, my friend and I wandered the food court for lunch. She landed at Renegades of Sunset (Vegan cuisine); I couldn't pass up the allure of a craft butcher. Ends Meat offers a wide selection of butchered cuts (chops, loins, sausage, et al) and a sandwich menu. While the Philly style roast pork looked intriguing, I couldn't pass up the Hogfather: salami, coppa, mortadella, and provolone with shredded lettuce, pickled hot peppers, olive oil, vinegar, and mayo on rustic bread. The meats were clearly treated with care, rich and savoury, while the bread was chewy and held the texture well against the condiments. At $16, it was very pricey for the size.

I finally tried the Ends Meat counter at Industry after years of missing the hours. I got served quickly and efficiently. The pastrami melt I got was good. I do wish there was more pickles on the sandwich. Overall great place to get a quick bite.

Grabbed a burger here for an early Saturday dinner at 5:30, and I was pretty happy with it. I had the regular burger. This comes with 'shredduce', onions, and pickles. You can add cheese for $2, bacon for $2, or if you add both, it's $3 so I just did both. The bacon was a little burnt but not inedible. It's bigger than a Shake Shack burger, but not too big that you feel sick afterwards. I was full but not uncomfortably so. It was the perfect sized burger.

This spot is a hidden gem in Industry City. I dreamed about the burger I ate here for several days after. They have a cute bar style set up where you can order food and draft beer and enjoy at the bar. All of the staff was very friendly and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. They have a big variety of IPAs, beers, and ciders. I selected their cherry cider which was sweet but tart at the same time; it was delicious. They have several burger and sandwich options along with wings on their menu. What caught my eye right away was the dry aged burger; it came with lettuce, tomato, bacon and cheese. Although it sounds like a standard burger, there was nothing standard about it. This was hands down the most delicious burger I have ever had. The patty had a rich taste cooked to medium temperature perfection. It was juicy and full of flavor. Although the burger was $18, it was worth every penny. This establishment has gained a new customer.

    Porchetta sandwich

The greatest gem of industry city I was stuck between the dry aged burger and the Porchetta sandwich but decided to go with the Porchetta. The sandwich was amazing, the pork belly was perfectly crispy and juicy the cherry peppers were fresh and whatever the green herbaceous sauce that the pork belly was marinated with was incredible and contemplated the aioli well. I definitely will be coming back with my boyfriend. They also have a few beers on tap + craft beer in the fridge in the butcher section. I even accidentally spilled the rest of the beer and the employee very kindly topped my beer off for me. Ends Meat is a must go!

The best burger patties in the city. This is really good meat and worth the trip. I have nothing else to say.
