I've always had lots of anxiety, and past traumas from the dentist, but I would say that this has been the most calm and relaxing treatment I've had so far. Even for a root canal, which is generally very unpleasant. This barely hurt at all. I can't recommend this place enough.

I told her how anxious I was, and she kept me so calm by talking me through from start to finish and explaining everything that was going on. I HIGHLY recommend for your endodontic needs. I'm always tense during oral surgery (who isn't), but it went by easily and quickly. I was also able to pay my deductible in advance so I was able to truck out of there to prevent more parking charges. And that's where the 4-stars come in (more like 4.5). It was $18 to park there for just over an hour. That's frustrating and highway robbery! I don't think the parking should be free, but some validation to offset that cost would be awesome!

Dear Inner Harbor Dental Associates, I want to cancel my…read moreappointment with you. Unfortunately, the (410) 528-0300 phone number DOES NOT WORK. I have called 5+ times, and every time I've waited 20+ minutes for no one to answer. Doesn't matter what day, what time of hour, there is genuinely no way of contacting the dental office. You website doesn't even list an email to send Xrays to. Inner Harbor better not bill me for an appointment that I've tried to cancel months in advance. Can someone go check and see whether the office is still open? All I see are the Inner Harbor AI chatbots replying to people in Yelp and Google reviews.

I was a new customer. Made my appointment in March, the 1st opening was April 23rd. Sounded like…read morethe answering service was in India, but got it done. I arrived early at 12:30 for my 1pm appt. because I suspected there would be forms to fill out. They handed me a tablet that needed a charge, but I got it done in low energy mode. There were 2 people before me and 5 came in after me. They were ALL called back before me! So after waiting 45 min. I asked what was going on and they assured me it would just be a few more minutes. 5 minutes later I was ushered back for a series of 13 X-rays that were painful and I'm not a wimp. I have a high tolerance to pain. Then back to the 2nd room and waited another 20 minutes! The tech that came in introduced herself from over my right shoulder. Never saw her face. She put a bib on me and poked around for a minute & looked at my X-rays & said I would need 2 crowns on "3 & 15" but that wouldn't happen today, this would just be a cleaning today. So I waited another 10 minutes. (by now it's 2:50) and another tech comes in to announce (over my right shoulder) that we're out of time so the cleaning will have to wait for the next appt. I said "I think we're done here - raise the chair please." And as I was getting up I was instructed to return to the reception area for check out. I knew this would rob me of another 15minutes so I quietly walked out. My appointment was with Dr. Juan Loyola and I never saw him. All the staff were women - not that there's anything wrong with that but they were over booked and I cannot recommend this practice to ANYONE!

Both said, there is nothing there and I even went so far as to have a root canal on another tooth which one doctor thought caused the pain. Dr. Whitecar had state of the art equipment and easily identified a significant crack, albeit difficult to see with lesser equipment. I was scheduled for a procedure within days of the initial visit. The pain finally resolved. The staff was amazing as well and accommodated my initial visit within a day of my call. I highly recommend this practice.

I sent a check and was still sent to a collection agency. I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone!!!!

Thankfully, he was able to take me for a lunchtime appointment and I'm glad that he did. The location is in a semi-confusing office building, but there are signs that can help you find it. The moment I came in, I started a pleasant administrative process. The desk staff worked with me and my insurance issue (I have no card and it has to be called in). Every time I apologized for the mess, they were friendly and assured me there was no problem. Sure enough, I was eventually done, even given an estimate on the procedure's cost. The procedure itself was to be expected, but made better by the "bedside" manner of staff. The assistant was polite and nice, asking me questions about my family and helping me to get settled. Dr. Lee was professional and friendly, which was needed. I had a "hot" tooth, which required him to drill all four nerves... a painful experience. He constantly kept stopping whenever I hurt too much, apologized and kept adding more novocaine wherever necessary. Dr. Lee was adamant about trying to make me feel no pain at all, despite my situation making that nearly impossible. Afterwards, the clerk gave me the true final total (even apologizing because it was $50 more than estimated, although still reasonable). I was able to sign out quite quick and Dr. Lee even gave me a discount because of the pain he couldn't quite solve, even though I never expected him to. I assured him that the pain was nothing compared to before the root canal and worth the lack of it afterwards. I certainly hope I never have to use an Endodontist again, but if I do it will most assuredly be Dr. Lee and Hero Endodontics.
