I had the misfortune to need an emergency root canal done. A dentist took me in and discovered the…read moresource of my pain, and recommended Dr. Lee. Thankfully, he was able to take me for a lunchtime appointment and I'm glad that he did. The location is in a semi-confusing office building, but there are signs that can help you find it. The moment I came in, I started a pleasant administrative process. The desk staff worked with me and my insurance issue (I have no card and it has to be called in). Every time I apologized for the mess, they were friendly and assured me there was no problem. Sure enough, I was eventually done, even given an estimate on the procedure's cost. The procedure itself was to be expected, but made better by the "bedside" manner of staff. The assistant was polite and nice, asking me questions about my family and helping me to get settled. Dr. Lee was professional and friendly, which was needed. I had a "hot" tooth, which required him to drill all four nerves... a painful experience. He constantly kept stopping whenever I hurt too much, apologized and kept adding more novocaine wherever necessary. Dr. Lee was adamant about trying to make me feel no pain at all, despite my situation making that nearly impossible. Afterwards, the clerk gave me the true final total (even apologizing because it was $50 more than estimated, although still reasonable). I was able to sign out quite quick and Dr. Lee even gave me a discount because of the pain he couldn't quite solve, even though I never expected him to. I assured him that the pain was nothing compared to before the root canal and worth the lack of it afterwards. I certainly hope I never have to use an Endodontist again, but if I do it will most assuredly be Dr. Lee and Hero Endodontics.

Dr. Reff couldn't have been nicer, even though the recommendation ended up being an extraction vs. root canal and cap (which was the plan). So I'd say the entire experience was incredible positive even though it meant a different direction for me now. If you're in need of an endodontist this practice should be your first call!

This bridge was made when I was a young adult to correct having no front lateral incisors due to a hereditary defect. Since the development of new advances in cosmetic dentistry I researched the named experts in this field. I decided upon Dr. Haywood since he had an excellent reputation and years of experience. He took a lot of time with me during my consultation since I had a lot of questions. He was very down to earth, respected what I had to say, and really listened. Never has he made me feel rushed. After my consultation, I was impressed with the newest techniques and procedures he described that would be utilized to make a replacement. He offered several options and I decided on the one that I felt would be the most beneficial to me and achieve a pleasing look to the eye. There was incentive for paying in full, but certainly other financial arrangements could be made. Let me say, with no reservations, Dr. Haywood is a caring, cosmetic surgeon with a great dental chair manner. His staff is friendly, efficient and my appointments were made to blend with my work schedule. The office and dental rooms are pristine. I felt completely comfortable during the procedures. Each service as it was being performed was explained, so I had a clear understanding of where, why and what was happening. The entire process was completed within the proposed schedule. After the success of my bridge replacement, I decided to continue with Dr. Haywood for my regular preventative dental appointments. Although my dental hygiene health wasn't bad, it is so much better now! In fact, my spouse decided to see Dr. Haywood, decided on implants and now has an extraordinary smile. He, too, has chosen to continue for regular dental check-ups. We both love getting compliments on our smiles! Dr. Haywood's vast knowledge and experience will give you amazing results. He is a very gifted dentist who does remarkable work. Truly, if you want an extraordinary, lasting smile you can be proud of and exceptional dental care, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Dr. Haywood. Some may call it a small job but to me it was huge. I had my work done by a maxillofacial, oral surgeon by the name of Bernard Ian Krupp,DDS at the Krupp Center. I must say walking in I was fine and they made me feel very secure and trusting in them. However, once I sat in the chair the gitters started to kick in; the nurse knew it when I asked to use the bathroom. She said "hurry back and don't run out on us". ahhahahaahhahaha! It was so ironic because that is exactly what I was thinking almost like she was reading my mind. Just as well I know I wasnt the only one who has been like this. After the restroom i sat back down nervouslly. Once she place the mask on my face for sedation, I started to become more relaxed of coarse. Almost like I had a couple shots of vodka, lol. Oddly enough I never felt like I went to sleep, when I woke up I said to the surgeon "when am I suppose to fall asleep"? He started laughin and says, "were done Mr. Stephens". Well once it was over I felt so relieved that it was done and the process was successful. I have been following all the rules that the surgeon have set for me and the healing is coming along very well. Oddly, I have not had any swelling, which may be due to the amount of ice I have had on my face. Secondly, I have codeine, amoxicillin and ibuprofen that I have been taken. Ironically, with all these medications I'm taking I still feel normal; even after the surgery I was walking and talking regular. I just would like to say the Krupp Center is highly recommended not just by me but from other reviews. The dentist I visited prior to the Krupp Center informed me that they would have to break my jaw bone to remove the teeth because of how impacted it was (they were literally facing horizontal). The Krupp Center didnt take more than 30mins for the surgery and they didnt have to break my jaw bone. So if you or anyone you know needs to have their wisdom teeth removed inform them to take a look at the Krupp Center.
