To the point that I put things off way too long because I would rather almost do anything than go to the dentist. I mean almost anything. Unfortunately, I had a terrible toothache and was forced to reach out for help. Chesapeake Smiles had good reviews, was close to my home and the photos looked great. I was able to be seen as an emergency patient the morning after I reached out. 24 hours after I was in the chair getting things fixed. I had a root canal and also temporary crown made. Pricing was very reasonable and the best part was that they were all very empathetic and respectful and patient with me! As someone who is frightened, Dr. Masood, the two different dental hygienists and the front desk staff were so understanding, kind and prompt. When I called the receptionist said that the specialist had to go... While it wasn't ideal that I was slightly late, usually there is a fifteen minute grace periods for things like this. The procedure in question was a root canal... I have never seen so much lack of empathy in a single medical professional office ever. I explained I had to drive out from almost an hour away, they said it didn't matter. Save yourself some time and money Endodontic Partners takes healthy smiles as well, and will do so for 50$ cheaper and with much better service.
