Not only did they get them in quickly but the communication that John provided to me was above and beyond the call of duty. He was professional, polite and clear about how much we would owe and walked me through paperwork. I definitely gave him a lot of work that day but he did it with a great attitude and a smile on his face. My daughter loved that she got a welcome gift and excellent service. Her nerves were settled by the time the Dr. came by. Kara - our hygienist was great at providing us with information, answering questions and providing excellent clinical service. I had a lot of questions about what I was seeing in the X-rays and the answers weren't satisfactory; he was pushy and against my better judgement I let him drill the one (I had never previously had a cavity). This caused a lot of anxiety and hadn't been to the back to the dentist since until today. As for the 5-6 others, it has been 8yrs, I finally just went back. I have only 1 small cavity now that just started to form. Get a copy of your X rays and get a second opinion. There are online services that do that now.
