I usually do not leave a lot of reviews from positive experiences but I felt inclined to do so because it is exceptionally hard to find good medical and dental offices that are all of the things a consumer should have and experience in said office. To say that I am NOT a fan of dentists is a severe understatement. I came to Dr. Patel after being unable to live with a throbbing toothache that was long-overdue to have been fixed but my phobia of dentists kept me away as long as possible. The office was able to get me an appt same day (Monday) and got my initial paperwork done and me in the seat quickly and efficiently. I was super impressed with the sophisticated equipment that they had which made the entire process easier and seemingly faster than my experiences in the past. The TV on the ceiling with Netflix and earphones helped make the time go by quickly and got my mind off the drills and tools that were all around me Lastly and most importantly, Dr Patel's "bedside manner" was wonderful and his technique is noteworthy. In particular, I do not take shots well and he made it the least painful experience I've had. I hope never to have to go back to Dr. Patel, but if I ever need the type of services that he offers, I definitely will :) read more

This place was amazing from start to finish! I was referrred by my dentist because I was needing an extensive root canal to help cure a bacteria bubble I had acquired over the years from a trauma from years ago. Dr Patel is amazing and probably the funniest and laid back doctor I have ever seen. He made the process so much more comfortable for me since this was going to be the most serious work I had ever had done with my teeth. The procedure was easy and painless... yes my root canal was a breeze. I was even more shocked whenever Dr Patel HIMESELF, not his team, called me personally on the Saturday following my procedure just to check up with me. His team shouldn't be left out either! They are all so nice and friendly! I didn't just have to deal with them once, I had to have 2 procedures done with multiple follow ups and each and every time I had to contact them it was no stress on me. One of my follow ups I missed and didn't come back in for a while and Dr Patel personally remembered me along with his team as well. I have never felt so at home with any other practice! I give them 5 stars but they deserve so much more than that!!!! read more

Dr. Patel is an amazing endodontist. First of all, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The office is beautifully decorated and Dr. P uses the latest and greatest technology. When I sat in the dental chair, I was given comfortable eye goggles to wear. There was a TV screen on the ceiling and Dr. P handed me a remote and placed headphones on my ears after he explained exactly what he was going to do. His assistant even brought a blanket for me so I wouldn't get cold. If that was not enough Dr. P is so personable and funny. For a moment I forgot that I was about to have a root canal. When he was finished, he went over post care and told me that he would call and check on me the next day - which was Saturday. Sure enough he did exactly that. It was not a nurse or assistant but Dr. P himself. My dentist recommended Dr. P to me and I can honestly say that this was the most pleasant root canal that I have ever had! If you need a root canal this is the place to go. Dr. Rajiv Patel is simply the best. read more

To describe a dental practice as excellent is typically considered an opinion. In the case of Endodontic Excellence, the description is a FACT. Everything about this practice is top-notch. Dr. Patel is brilliant technically, extraordinarily gifted in endodontics, exudes a warm, welcoming style, and has a great sense of humor. :) His staff is efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very supportive. All are effective communicators. With a mid-day referral, Dr. Patel and his staff agreed to see me at 3pm the same day. He worked on my root canal until 6:00PM; I'd had two previous root canals on the tooth. He did everything he could to save the tooth. He called me the next day to see how I was doing. I had my canal done by Dr Rajiv Patel. Everyone knows how scary, torturous, and endless this procedure can seem. This was not the case at all. The process started with a thorough analysis from different angles with various imaging devices. After the procedure path was determined and explained, I was offered popular TV movie and headphones while Dr. Patel started the treatment. Being comfortable, entertained and pain free, my main concern at this point was to be able to watch the movie to the end without interruption. It was exceptional. The office stuff and dental assistants were nice and friendly. Dr. Patel's skills and manners were excellent. Everything went smoothly without any complications. Dr. Patel has an amazing "chair side manner." I was referred to him for a root canal. The staff scheduled me within days. However, a few hours after making the appointment the pain was too great and I left a message for them after hours to bump up my appointment. I received a call back within minutes and they took me in first thing the next morning. The office is clean, modern and comfortable and the staff is top rate. My procedure was extremely comfortable and all my questions were answered. After care instructions were very clear and I received a call from Dr. Patel the day after to check on me. I had a root canal done by my dentist and unfortunately it became infected. My dentist sent me to Dr. Patel and I was extremely worried and frustrated that I had to undergo another procedure and an infection that was destroying bone. I am so thankful that my dentist sent me to Dr. Patel! His chair-side manner immediately put me at ease and he thoroughly explained all that he would be doing. He followed up with me a week later to see how I was doing and I had follow up appointments after first six months and another six months to check on the progress of bone growth. Dr. Patel was a miracle worker in fixing a molar that had become abcessed. The tooth already had a root canal and a crown. I was very concerned the tooth would need to be pulled. Instead, Dr. Patel worked maticulously to go through the existing crown and into the root area to address the cause of the abscess. Not only did he save the tooth; he also saved me the expense of having to get a new crown! Dr. Patel has an amazing sense of humor which helped to keep me calm throughout the process and the follow up visits. He listened to my concerns and explained every step of the process. Woke up one morning with a throbbing tooth. Went to my normal dentist to see what was going on and he told me I had an abscess under my tooth. He recommended I go to Dr Patel to get it looked at. I was lucky as Dr Patel could fit me in that afternoon. Once I got there he took x-rays and told me that I had an infection and would need to have it taken care of as soon as possible. His office has the latest technology and he even allowed me to watch the entire procedure on the screen while he worked on my tooth. After it was over he discussed what was next so that I wouldn't be wondering about it. Considering it was a root canal it was about as painless as possible. read more

I selected Dr. Patel because of all the wonderful reviews I'd read. He is truly amazing, very gentle and reassuring. His equipment must be state of the art because I didn't feel any needles at all. I was scared to death having never had a root canal and hearing horror stories from others. Everything from paperwork to procedure was well explained and went smoothly. I had absolutely NO pain whatsoever and recovered quickly. Dr. Patel even phoned me that evening to see how I was doing. No doctor has ever done that before! I wish he could be my regular dentist. Dr. Patel and his staff are truly excellent! Six months ago, I needed a root canal on a lower back tooth with an old filling and crown. I was in tremendous pain, and he performed the root canal through the crown. This is not an easy procedure and whenever I have needed his assistance after hours, he has made himself available.
