The next day I called the dentist somewhere else and there's no time to see me, but he recommended Dr. Jang and I made an appointment with him right away, he wanted to see me even though it was a lunch break. The reason people come to the doctors office not only to remove the pain, also to feel safe, and at ease from all the extreme concerns. He checked all my teeth with taking Xray and doing various exams. Even though I looked so ugly as if filming ' Mr. Bean', opening my mouth twitching, showing inside my mouth, drooling water in front of dental hygienists, doctors assistants, and the doctor with Medical Surgical Dental Headband Binocular Loupes with Head Light 2.5x, I've been relieved because he said "your problems not a big deal. You'd make an appointment next Monday early in the morning, and today I will give you a prescription with tyrenol". On Monday I got all the treatments he mentioned and am fully restored, clean and fresh, no pain, no worries. He is young like summer grapes, green, flawless, fresh in field of Texas. I hope he become a precious wine that could be served to the Highest God.

Dr. Lo is one of those people. A natural educator in a dental scrubs, Dr. Lo took the time to explain common misconceptions about dental hygiene with kindness and zeal. Like I said, I've never felt more excited about flossing and brushing. I took advantage of a new patient promotion for the office and am so glad that I did. The staff are welcoming and take the time to answer questions. I was not upsold on any service. From what I could tell, this dental office is more interested in giving patients what they actually need and does not try to sell products or procedures that are not necessary. It sounds like they offer a membership for self-pay patients as well that would offest the cost for those who are underinsured as well. Happy with the discovery of this dentist. Well worth the drive from Denton.

He is extremely personable and leaves a lasting impression considering patients don't talk with the dentist for too long during the cleaning appointment. I also got my wisdom teeth pulled not too long ago. I was just given some anesthesia. It was quick & easy! I was prescribed antibiotics and really did not need any painkillers because recovery was not bad at all. Even got a phone call from Dr. Kung checking how I was doing. When I called at 8:05 a.m. to move my wife's appointment, I was told we'd be charged a $129 cancellation fee for being within 24 hours. She's currently bedridden and unable to do much of anything--making a dental visit completely unrealistic. After more than 30 years with Dr. Beougher, I was stunned by such a steep penalty. Other practices may charge a modest $25, but $129 feels excessive. I told the staff on the phone to cancel every future appointment--we will not be returning. Driving nearly 30 miles one way was already a commitment, but this policy makes it impossible to justify. Especially now that I'm retired and on a fixed income, I simply can't afford to support an office that treats long-time patients this way.
