Found a sample I loved. It was branded Xulon Flooring - Maribor. Never heard of them so I did extensive research to determine where product was manufactured. Told by competitor that Xulon does not actually manufacture floors, it is made elsewhere and rebranded by Expressive and their sister store Woodwudy in Fayetteville. When we obtained the floors, confirmed it was actually made by HomeLife Flooring in Adairsville GA, so that made me feel good. Love that we are supporting GA businesses. I understand that this may be a standard business practice, and not necessarily devious, I felt like they were evasive with information and provided some misleading information when I directly asked. I am a little skeptical, and was nervous about using them based on the Yelp/Google reviews, however I loved the product so I decided to take a leap of faith. Was told it would take a full week for installation, and would require rental of expensive machinery to remove tile. In reality, crew consisted of 3 men. No expensive machines. They were awesome. Took 2 full days to remove tile, build up subfloor, lay LVP and trim. Just over 800 square feet. Overall, pleased with the end result. Would have preferred more transparency in information from salespeople. Price was competitive, end product is beautiful, started when promised, completed 3 days earlier than promised.

We had our entire…read morebasement floored with LV, the theater room was carpeted, and an upstairs bedroom was completed with wood floors to match the entire upstairs. Josh came by and gave us a competitive quote for the flooring, taking time to answer any questions. We had other quotes, some cheaper, but none of them matched the customer service of Cleveland Carpets. We waited 8 weeks for the install because we wanted to have Jim do ours floors, and he was booked out. We used Jim before to install floors upstairs, so we knew his work was top notch. Jim is a one man crew, who moved every piece of furniture himself, and put everything back in the exact same place. A few weeks later we had a door installed downstairs, and the contractor had to take up some of the carpet, which left a puffy area by the newly installed door. We called Cleveland, and Josh sent out a tech to reinstalled that area correctly. We asked how much and they said it's no charge. Who does that nowadays. If you need flooring done and want it done perfectly, call this company, you won't be disappointed. Thanks to Cleveland Carpets and their entire staff.

A frustrating and, at times, genuinely unsafe experience…read more What initially felt like a company we could trust turned into a project we wish we had never hired them for. If you value your time, money, home, and peace of mind, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The work on our floors and dry wall required multiple return visits. After the second flooring visit, we told them the floor was still uneven and that the vinyl continued to pop up. On the third visit, a team member stepped on the area that was popping up and said, "There's nothing wrong!" After we insisted they open the floor, we discovered that cardboard packaging from the vinyl floor boards had been used underneath the floor to address the leveling issue... When we finally thought the flooring was finished, another problem surfaced. The trim at the top of our staircase that had been installed only about two weeks earlier came loose, and I fell down the stairs as a result. We then discovered that our replacement dry wall was visibly uneven and not flush with the existing wall. Even after their team came back to work on it, the transition was still not flush, if not worse! Regardless of whether subcontractors were involved, we hired Into The Woods to ensure the work was completed properly and ultimately hold them responsible. On top of having to repeatedly identify problems that should have been caught through proper supervision and quality control, the most frustrating part has been communicating with Into the Woods direct team members, especially their owner, Shamus. We constantly felt like our concerns were minimized and dismissed. Even if the work had been perfect, the interactions with the company throughout this entire process made us wish we never signed anything with them.
