He came back and did the work. three years later, the furnace died, (not Falcon's fault), and an electrician came out to check the work of the company replacing it. Sent two emails with no response even though it's under warranty. Waited over a month for a response for another issue. I was told that it's normal to wait 1-2 weeks as they also deal with urgent matters. Overall, too difficult to work with and invoices are not detailed with light bulb information or product information. They provide free quotes over email. When I complained about the technician, they were unapologetic. Basically said pay the invoice and move on.
