I heard some good reviews about this place so I decided to check it out. I also brought my husband and 4-year-old grandson. The place is beautiful. Wonderful atmosphere when you first arrive. I don't think there's a bad seat to be had. The food was fantastic. The service however was much to be desired. I don't know if they had no wait staff on the schedule but we arrived at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday and the girl at the front brought us to our table. I asked if they offered any non-alcoholic beers and she said yes but she didn't know what it was. Then she seemed embarrassed to tell me it's actually from a can. I was perfectly fine with that and I said I guess you can just bring me one. When our food arrived she then asked if there was anything else that we needed. I said Yes, silverware. None of us had any. She just didn't seem like she was a seasoned waitress, definitely felt like she was out of her element and perhaps she was just thrown into the role because she's seemed to be the only one running the entire floor. I believe they were four other tables seated. We will go back since this may have been an off day. I just hope that the service is better. read more

First Timers to Enclave Grille this afternoon, but it certainly won't be the last. EVERYTHING we had was stellar, we all felt our meals were outstanding. I had Faroe Island Salmon, was cooked perfectly, melt in my mouth goodness. The Gorgonzola mushroom sauce complemented the dish well. My wife had the 14oz Strip, the steak was tender & tasty. And my Mother In Law had the Maple Chicken, she loved it. Appetizers were Home Runs too, we all were blown away from how awesome the savory Lollipop Lamp Chops were. The owner takes pride in his cuisine and business, it's obvious. The rest of the staff was also personable & attentive, this place is simply a Winner. First time here. Our server Jade was wonderful - very pleasant and attentive. fun atmosphere - reasonable prices. We are in the dining room. The bar was very crowded and rowdy but it was during a UCONN game. Drinks (martini) was good and reasonably priced. Steak was good - generous portions. Takeout Review: Enclave Grille is a new American style restaurant serving burgers, salads, entrees, appetizers, and beverages. It's located in a plaza with plenty of parking. The restaurant was really classy looking when I went to pick up my order. The food was ready at the time of pickup; the service was good and friendly. My family and I had the garlic parmesan wings which were really good; it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My husband said his smoked burg which came with smoked Gouda, bacon, fried onion strips, and BBQ sauce was delicious. I look forward to ordering this one next time. I had the Illyrian Burg, which was alright. It had kajmak cheese spread, pinxhur (roasted red pepper and tomato), chopped onions, roasted garlic, and red pepper. I think it was missing something but I couldn't put my finger on it. The corkscrew fries were the highlight of my meal. It's thickly cut steak fries that had a twist to it; it was crispy and had the perfect amount of salt on it. I had a pretty disappointing experience here. Hostess went to seat us, We requested to go to the bar as we were only stopping in for a quick beer. The bar was busy, no seats available. Didn't mind standing . Despite that, I was told I was "in the way" of the bartender and waitstaff, which came off as rude and unprofessional--especially considering I was just trying to order and keep things quick and simple. read more

First time visiting this place, and had no idea what to expect. Nice ambiance walking in, and greeted immediately. Seating was limited, because of a private party, but we were still seated right away. Greeted again, almost immediately and asked if we wanted drinks to start. Not a large menu of beer or cocktails, but definitely enough to choose from. Our beer and cider choices were both very tasty! Then came our food. We chose the smoked burger, which came with smoked gouda and onion rings on it, along with a BBQ sauce. We had sweet potato waffle fries and regular fries. To say that these choices were a home-run, is putting it mildly! Never have we been to a place were everything was perfectly delicious!!! Our Server was Hunter. He was outstanding as well! ​Neither of us had anything negative to say about service or food, which, in this day and age, is highly unusual! ​​ ​It is rare to find a restaurant that obviously prides itself on what they do, but Enclave can definitely boast! Last minute dinner date with my fiancé led us to this cute little restaurant. It's a bit bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. There's also a small outdoor seating area. We were immediately greeted when we walked in and because it was so close to opening time we were seated right away. Our waiter brought us over waters and took our drink order. There is an extensive beer/wine/drink list as there is a big bar area but unfortunately their non-alcoholic drink list is very minimal. The food though!! We ordered 2 appetizers. We got bone in wings with their house blend Spartan Sauce which was literally to die for. We also got the nachos which have an option to sub the chips for corkscrew fries which of course we did and it was such a good decision. We got the beer cheese instead of the shredded cheese which they didn't skimp on at all! The fries were nice and crispy on the outside and thick and fluffy on the inside. For entrees my fiancé got their 'Clave Burg which comes with their 'Clave sauce which he said was really good. The burger was cooked perfectly for him and his fries were crispy with just the right amount of salt. I got the Clave House Salad with buffalo chicken tenders on top. The salad was SO fresh. Everything was crisp and crunchy and the greens were like a spring mix with spinach and purple leaf lettuce. The buffalo chicken can either be grilled or crispy. I got crispy and the breading was very good. There were a couple spots on the chicken missing the breading but that didn't bother me. The tenders were huge too. The buffalo sauce was just the right amount of spicy for me. Their menu isn't crazy big so it didn't feel overwhelming ordering. We will definitely go back. 4 stars only because it would be nice to have more non-alcoholic drink options. read more

This place was top notch! It was beautiful inside. Hunter, the bartender was so attentive. I asked if they had blue cheese olives because I love those with a dirty martini, and kid you not he went and stuffed them right then and there on a Saturday night. Right from the start he was on it and was very impressive. The chicken tenders are homemade, and man that spartan sauce was absolutely phenomenal. The steak and cheese sandwich is a MUST. James, one of the owners came over and checked in and was very friendly and personable. At the end Brenden, came over and made us delicious chocolate martinis to end our night out. I like the Enclave Grille because they have a flexible menu that lets you make a meal out of appetizers, or save room for a more traditional dinner. My faves are the nachos over corkscrew fries and the lamb lollipops. The burgers are very good, too. If you like a traditional dinner, the ribeye steak with a wedge salad is an excellent choice. We stopped here while out on our motorcycles for a late lunch. First off, the hostess and server, Danielle, was super sweet and so friendly. The place is truly a hidden gem. It's in a plaza that you might drive right by but inside is very pretty and has a rustic feel. There's a big fireplace in the dining room, which I'm sure must be really nice in the winter months, if lit. We were 6 in our party and we had various burgers and chicken sandwiches. The buffalo chicken sandwich was delicious, with a generous dollop of avocado on it. The cucumber slaw was very good. Everyone said their burgers were delicious, cooked perfectly and that the fries were crispy and seasoned deliciously. We will definitely make it a point to keep this restaurant on our list for frequent stops when up in this area. read more

We have been eating at Enclave since it opened a few years ago, and never been disappointed. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable and even on a busy weekend, it doesn't feel crowded or too noisy. Lots of seating choices-tables, booths, bar, indoors or outdoors, near windows or a fireplace... Big parking lot I love the Cali-Chic sandwich (grilled chicken, avocado, mozzarella, roasted red peppers and aioli on a perfect bun, or when I'm trying to eat healthy the chef can skip the bun and make the sandwich into a lettuce wrap) They're very accommodating. My family loves the dry rub chicken tenders app, which is a very generous portion and their burgers. Their fries are the best I've ever tasted-kind of like a twisted steak fry, crisp but not greasy and seasoned perfectly (not too salty). I don't think you can visit Enclave without trying their fries, and maybe a burger. Their burgers are cooked to order and actually come out that way!You won't be disappointed. read more

I think the restaurant is nice and the staff is always friendly. However, the burgers leave a little to be desired. Even cooked at medium-medium well they seem a bit dry, without much flavor. It seems like maybe they could use a bit more fat content, as well as flavoring the meat itself when making the patties. The toppings and the buns are good, but the hamburger meat itself is a bit disappointing. read more

Finally succeeded in eating at Enclave. Had tried previously but the place was jammed and the wait was too long. So, we bided our time and wound up lunching here on 12.24. Big, big fan of the magical refills on seltzer and Iced tea. Had the nachos and they were some of the best ever. Meatless and meat not missed. delicious beer cheese and very flavorful guacamole. Tomatoes and a shower of scallions super fresh. The presentation was attractive and conducive to noshing (why do so many places pile everything in the center?) -- also i bet when the kitchen is in the weeds, they can put one of these babies together toute suite. I had the basic burger, 86'd the lettuce and added avocado. The avocado was generous in proportion. My burger -- "mooing, please" -- was absolutely cooked to order. Lovely bun. I did not even need catsup, which is a big compliment. For my side dish, cucumber slaw. Oh my stars and garters, what a lovely hit of fresh and mildly vinegar-y goodness. Perfect counterpoint to the burger's fatty self. That balance was also evident in my wife's wedge salad. Super fresh ingredients, lovely and pretty clearly house-made bleu cheese dressing, again balanced, this time with a balsamic glaze. So glad it was so good. Hope they make it. Best restaurant in Burlington!! (Finally lol!) Never ate here before last night and figured I'd order take out since it was late. I ordered the Salmon with asparagus and a salad on the side. And I can say I was blown away! The salmon was very delicious, melted in my mouth, fresh, had great flavors but not over seasoned, and cooked perfectly! The asparagus was cooked on the grill and was very tender. The salad was actually made with real greens and NOT ICEBERG. THANK YOU! Not good. Someone purchased food and brought it home to us as guests. The ribeye steak sandwich and fries were so salty I could barely eat it, my husband couldn't eat his either and he got the huge piece of fat. If my mom ate that sandwich with all that salt, it could literally be an ambulance ride for her. Someone tell the Chef to lay off the salt!! There is seasoning and there is poison. Looking at the menu now and seeing what our host paid for dinner made me ill. We also ordered a salad that was pitiful for $12.00. First the bar area is energetic and they offer many televisions for your viewing pleasure while eating. If you are looking for a quieter experience they also offer dining room seating. Our server was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The Mediterranean salad was loaded with flavor, large and a great value. It featured Romaine lettuce, Scallions, Fresh Dill, Creamy Feta, and dressed with a Lemon Oil Vinaigrette. Next was the Ahi tuna, which was seared perfectly and paired well with the soy dipping sauce. Their burgers feature locally sourced Grass-Fed Beef. The flavor and juiciness of the burgers are some of the best I have had and I highly recommend these burgers! It is also important to note that the fries were crispy with a soft interior. This is the third time going to Enclave. it's been a bit of a revolving door for restaurants at this location. I wanted to make sure this one was a keeper and I'd been there more than once to give a review. Atmosphere : Lively, good sized bar with TVs for sports. Great bartender who made good cocktails. My double bourbon was slightly light and the bourbon selection could have been better. My wife's Cosmo and wine pours were on the money. Fairly well illuminated and nicely laid out. Food: Decent menu selections for everyone. menu is building and they offer specials. Solid choices for handhelds as well as main entrees. Portions were good sized, served timely and very tasty. I'd categorize the type of food as Pubby ++. Usually pubs don't do great entrees, not the case here. Their appetizers are well planned and also good sized. Favorite is the seared tuna, big enough for a light meal. Wait Staff: Attentive, but not annoying. Friendly and on top of the menu. They gave good tips on selecting our food. The owner is on site and engaged. He stopped by to inquire about the meal and we had a nice talk about the evolution of the restaurant and he thanked us for choosing his place. Overall: Definitely a keeper for the rotation. The experiences have all been great and the food and people will bring us back again and again. This place is top notch as far as bar+grills go, really keeping at the front of the pack amongst ever-growing bar food standards. The menu is a single page with a smartly chosen range of options covering most of what you'd really want. I've tried almost half of it and have not been disappointed yet, and I've actually been outright impressed frequently. The service is superb and all of the staff are super friendly. The biggest standouts on the menu are the fries. I ordered the house-made curly fries my first time there and practically swore I would never order anything else, as nothing in my imagination could top them. A few trips later I ordered their waffle fries to go with my maple fried chicken, and I came to the conclusion that regardless of the type, this place is the king of fries. The chicken was so juicy and perfectly breaded with a huge maple aroma and well seasoned chicken flavor. I can't recommend this place enough! read more
