Very friendly staff. It does not mention on their website that you pick out your own dresses and they just unlock the fitting room. I'm sure if you ask, they'd be more than happy to help you out, but I came in solo, so I didn't have anybody to help me in and out of any dresses. And I was harassed, to give my card over. You were not there so you wouldn't know. You can go off what your employee said but doesn't make it true. Avoid this business at all cost. A complete waste of money. You are better off buying from a department store and can own a suit or higher quality. The manager Amy answers the phone and lies that she did not help my son's group and then mid way through the conversation does a about face and says she was the one that helped them. From the moment they walked in, they were shown the most expensive diamond package and no other options! $338 just to rent a Tux. Buyer beware they will not let you cancel or downgrade your order even if you call right after. Less than 1 star is more appropriate. The owner is a rude, condescending brat of a lady. The entitlement knows no bounds here, she will take your money, refuse to give you your dress, not look it up in a timely manner, then threaten you with security when you get upset that she just took ANOTHER 450 from then turns right around and says well you paid over 6 months ago for the first half of the dress so I won't give you a refund. EXCUSE ME?!?! None of this was brought up before hand, no plans of hey we are going to move across town a month before your event just so you don't freak out and think o ran off with your money, I just happened goto the mall and see. Argues with me on the phone claiming she was going to call me to tell me, but she lost my receipt, she couldn't look up my dress, she CANT look it up at all without the last 4 of my bank card, but because she lost all of that in the move it's my problem now. I'd love to know how she was planning on calling when according to her on the phone she can't look anything up with out those numbers, no real excuse just vague claims of "she was going to call". I finally get the dress now, owner wouldn't show up to her own appointment btw, and her less than stellar counterpart is so untrained on the process she can't explain what the card is needed for, AGAIN. I give it to her because I need the dress and I'm at my wits end, and she charged me another 100. She says it's for hold on dress, but couldn't seem to communicate that before charging my card no matter how many times I've asked. It's actually a 109$ dollar hold, so 9 more than the lady claims which is 100 more than was agreed upon. No contract/agreement and she has the nerve to tell me I need more common sense with this. You guys should all be ashamed, between the midnight leave on the mall with no warning to losing all my paperwork, to blaming me for you losing my stuff, to over 100 more in charge that we're never discussed prior or agreed upon. If you guys need anything nice to wear, save yourself the headache of the most incompetent boutique our little city has to offer and literally go anywhere else. Edit: I forgot to mention just some context around the owner, if you go to the spot in meadow wood they used to be located and talk to the new business in there you'll learn a lot more about who she is as a person. When she left suddenly like that she ruined the flooring in her old store and ripped it up to be spiteful. This place never seems to be open. Every time I have walked by, the gate is always down - during business hours. Yesterday I actually wanted to go in, so I called them but just got a recording. I left a message and they never called me back. There are no signs saying you need an appointment or when they will actually be there. Somebody tell them this is not how you run a business! Just don't get your hopes up that you might actually get to see or try on any of the dresses they have in there. read more

Amazing customer service, knowledge, and fashion sense. Amy listened to our thoughts regarding a very short notice wedding (3 weeks), and then preceded to recommend several options that we loved. Amy was instrumental in making our event a success. Selecting, measuring, ordering, tracking, keeping us informed, arranging seamstress appointments, and delivering 4 dresses and 6 tuxedos (1 purchased/5 rentals) plus shoes/ties/etc. in less than two full weeks was incredible. I rented a tux last week. The customer service and quality of goods were fine upon pickup. Today, however, was sub par. I went to return the tuxedo. Their info on google and elsewhere stated their opening hour as 10 am. I got there around 10:45, and found them closed. Called and the person answering said it had changed to 11. The person arrived to open at almost ten minutes after 11. If you have changed your hours, be timely and respect your customer's time. Update: the manager just called to apologize. She was gracious and did a significant gesture to make things right. She did everything she reasonably could and I want to say so. I will now recommend this business. read more

The wedding dress I bought here was beautiful; however, the customer service was sub par and their dress selection was very limited. I felt like an inconvenience and the sales lady did very little to instill confidence in the way the dress would ultimately fit. They also told me they would call me when my dress was delivered to the store. They did not and I had to call them to find out it had been in store for a few days. On my second fitting, I was recommended to a seamstress who they assured me would be able to tailer the dress. When I called the seamstress, she was booked through the year, leaving me stranded and panicking. I was very lucky to find another seamstress. Overall, the experience was not worth it and I would not recommend. read more

Don't waste you time or money at this place! First I had to make an appt, no walk in allowed. On the phone the manager asked me what style, color, and size of dress and price I was looking for and said she would have a few picked out for me. I couldn't get the 4pm time I wanted so had to wait for a later time to come in and drove across town for this appt. Upon arriving the girl in the store was on her phone texting or something and did not even recognize us, I proceeded to tell her my name and I had an appt, which didn't even register with her. She showed me the dress she picked out and I explained it was the wrong size, she argued it was the size I needed and insisted my granddaughter try to make it work. Really 2 sizes too big?? Then she is picking out colors that were not what I requested. The 2 dresses in the fitting room were 2 sizes too small. The girl is still testing on her phone at the register, not even helping us. I left after telling her there was not even1 dress in that store that fit my granddaughter and the criteria and why would I need to make an appt for something you didn't even have. We ended up at David's Bridal and found the perfect dress and the customer service was outstanding!! Enchanted is the wrong name for this store! I was not impressed! read more

Our jackets were not ordered till 3 days till our wedding they didn't fit 90% our groomsmen could not find our paperwork the measurement's did not fit any of our guys. before you pick this place choose elsewhere before going here, bad customer service and are very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful. read more

Every time I've gone to the mall specifically to go to this store, in search of a wedding dress or suits for groom they have been closed! Very disappointed because some of their attire in the window display actually looks appealing. How does a business except to profit if they are closed in the middle of the day on a Saturday? My experience with this store was super disappointing from start to finish. My dress simply didn't fit - anywhere! Despite the repeated assurance of "I'm glad you love it" and "it looks great," I couldn't begin to wear it for the wedding. A complete waste of $350! Dillards proved much more satisfactory and much cheaper. My hope is that some tall, size 12 woman with an unnaturally high chest finds the dress in the Goodwill store and makes good use of it. read more

Pros: The Customer Service was good. Prompt delivery of items. Cons: Very difficult to get a hold of - I thought with the store being in the mall, that they would have the same hours, however they did not. Also trying to reach by phone - I received the voicemail which was always full. Suit sizing was way off, about 3+ sizes too large on the shirt and vest - Pants were big, but OK. We were told the shirt was due to my husband's large size neck size, however he rented a suit a few months previously from Mens Warehouse and didn't have this issue. Very bad fitting and because the suit didn't come in until 2 days before the wedding, we felt we couldn't reorder, (but to be fair we didn't ask). I also would not recommend ordering flowers - at least not artificial - Not very pretty. Maybe the live bouquets are better. I was sent to this store to hopefully find a bridesmaids dress. I went in and told Amy the color I needed we soon discovered that this was gonna be a tough job. She searched through all of her catalogs and their online site to help me find what I needed. As we narrowed down a style she said she was going to do some more digging to find my color. Enchanted Boutique and it's staff are great! I have a difficult time with clothing because I have a wider upper body and slim waist. I ordered a suit and wasn't sure about the fit and made them go through the trouble of getting a different suit to try to accommodate my shape. They went through all avenues possible to ensure my satisfaction. At the end of it they gave me full confidence in my final look and I was more than satisfied with my purchase. A man's closet should not be without a suit and this is a great place to find one! read more

I came in looking for a gown for my husbands military ball. I received the best service with a lot of patience! I found the most beautiful gown in the store. Which I was so in love! I turned heads all night long! Noemi made sure that I was totally in love with the dress. She measured me and was able to get the dress in for me in only 3 days! It also fit perfectly her measurements were accurate! She called me when the dress arrived and was there to assist me and answer any questions I had! Absolutely hate this place. I was looking for a wedding dress. Found one and ordered it. $500. Super cheap as it is just a civil wedding and I liked it so it would do. The dress was due to arrive in 2 weeks which I paid an extra $24 for. Where is this dress China? FedEx ground takes no more than 5 business days ever! It's policy. The dress finally arrived a month later. I went to pick up the dress and it was just completely the wrong. Correct style and color but the material was cheap and the size was probably a M/L where I am more of an XS/S. How?! She took my measurements. I understand dresses needing to be hemmed for me seeing that I am only 5' but it was the top that was completely wrong. I am an A cup the top was probably a large B small C. She justified that I would have to pay for alterations because this was my size according to her. The dress wore me not vise-versa. Later I am home looking more closely at the dress with attention to detail the lace that is sewn to the tulle is complete crap. It looks like it was just slapped on. Theses tears in the tulle. Oh and it's falling apart. Just great. Everytime I touch the dress it falls apart. I think the store over charged me for what I got. Normally the store pays for shipping costs. I feel as is this dress I ordered from their catalogue was actually found on a cheaper site to make more profit or the store. On the inside of the dress you can see where the tag was ripped off. That's why I believe this. Not just as a bride but as a military member I feel completely disrespected.
