Luckily, I found Thornton Pool Service! After calling Rob (founder/owner), he immediately returned my call, showed up within the day, and gave me a detailed assessment THAT MADE SENSE AND DIDN'T CONFUSE ME! On top of that, his prices were very affordable, and reasonable. He got my pool looking and operating like brand new, and educated me on how to maintenance it weekly, which is rare for a service to do; as it's usually in a company's best interest that you're clueless as how to service whatever you need. After a month, I had discovered that the pool was poorly designed. The backwash conduit lead to the drain on the side of the pool. So, whenever I backwashed it, the dirty water would overflow from the drain and dump into the pool. Obviously, I called Thornton Pool Services immediately. His response time was immediate AGAIN! And he came over to assess the issue within the same day. After speaking with the original owner of the house, he said that his pool service recommended that we reroute the conduit from the pump, to the side yard. That would mean that we would have to install it under our concrete, which would cost us over $10k. Rob invented a solution that only cost us $100s! He's an honest, smart, and diligent service. I will never use anyone else's service, going forward!

Our pool pump had totally blown out 2…read moremonths ago and the other "pool service" kept stringing me along saying they couldn't get a new pool pump because of "supply chain" issues. I decided to look on my own and found Robert on a Tuesday, he gave me a repair quote that day, got the pump by Friday and repaired the pump on Saturday (very early)! He has a fantastic work ethic, is honest and reliable, something I'm finding less and less with the service people around here. If you want a fair price to service or repair your pool with quality, definitely call Thornton Pool Service. I can't say enough good things about this company.

If he gives you a low price it's because he's cutting corners. He is well known for it by other companies in this area who have to fix his mess.

He took ALL payment installments and hasn't completed 20K$ worth of work. We have been beyond patient and understanding, hoping he would finally finish the job and nothing. We pleaded he at least drop off our equipment (which he continued to state he "just had to pick it up") nothing...we begged he please just provide the pictures that our pool was bonded correctly for inspections...nothing. Not only are we out 20k$ to complete this with another company, we now have to go through our concrete Around the pool to prove electrical bonding was done because he didn't bother doing inspections while the project was in his hands. He's nothing but a liar and a cheat. DO NOT HIRE HIM, we are one of MANY he's done this to. Hopefully karma prevails here and Christian is held accountable for his actions.
