Racks of beautiful dresses arranged by colors of the rainbow (see the couple of photos that I posted). I thought that all the people that I met inside were very friendly and helpful - not pushy. My daughter had already tried on every dress in the store during her last visit and chose the perfect one for her. Quite lovely (and glad I wasn't there for the 1st part of the adventure). She thought the the staff was very helpful and not pushy - good for them! They also have some very nice guys clothing (non-formal) as well as tuxes for prom or that other special occasion. This place is a gem in the middle of where - Oswego (holy cow - who would have thunk).

This boutique is half girl's birthday party event space and the other half retail upscale women's clothing. I didn't pay too much attention to the retail clothing side so my review is mostly on the event. The space is decorated lavishly and totally belonged out perfect for any little girl who loves princesses, pink, glitter, or bling. Needless to say my daughter was in heaven. Now I have tried me very best to get her interested in anything other than pink princesses, but she is a girl who knows what she wants. They offer a rack of nice play dresses for the girls to choose from. We had a group of 8 and they all found a dress they liked in their size no problem. We started with a craft - decorating a foam door tag with markers and stickers. Then each girl got their nails painted and hair done. We had a princess dance party then they had a fun princess parade on the stage (more of a one step platform). All the girls loved every minute. My friend brought in her own cake and the staff sang, cut and served the cake. At the end each girl got to make their own lip gloss. The party was 1.5 hours of pure joy for my girl. We left with some swag too. A fluffy princess tiara, a magic wand, our craft, lip gloss, and enough glitter to fill my purse. The young women on staff who helped with the party were so nice and bubbly with the young girls. They were professional and nice. Overall it was a fun time and would suggest this place to any girly girl needing a birthday party.

We did a…read morefew returns, but when one item didn't have the "Ross" tag (fell off at register during purchase earlier that day) the person in charge was saying item needed Ross tag (retail tag was still attached). Absolutely horrible experience. Lady was making crazy accusations of stuff, straight up lies. Felt very uncomfortable getting yelled at just for asking a question about why they weren't abiding by policy clearly stated on back of receipt. We had receipt and item still had the manufactures retail tag attached. I know other retail stores and employees would not treat a customer this way, especially for a $8.99 return!! After this interaction we left items that we were going to purchase.
