This is a very convenient Dr office close to home . But this time it's all about Labs or lack there…read moreof . Lol Would you want your blood drawn by people who look asleep ? The lady was kicked back at the window head back feet up. And the guy was resting his head on the counter and well you guessed it resting , must of been a hell of a day . Showed up three times and no labs . Oh well always tomorrow. Well tomorrow is here after showing again and getting no where I finally called banner health only to find out they do not take orders from outside doctors and after 5 time and I did explain to them it was a outside doctor never once communicated to me that they couldn't do it . Wasted a ton of time and now it back to starting over . Over all clean , convenient, friendly sleep deprived employees.

I want to start this review out by saying I had wonderful interactions with all of the office staff…read moreand the nurse who saw me before the doctor came in. This was my first, and last, appointment with Dr. Han because of the disappointing lack of communication. I scheduled a well exam/yearly physical and assumed that is what I was going into. Dr. Han was in the room for maybe 15-20 minutes and it was a brief appointment, nothing crazy. I spoke about symptoms I was having due to being anemic and other things that I have usually discussed with my primary care provider (I had to switch due to change in insurance). I was sent to do labs and all is well. Then I received a bill for $80 and I reach out to my insurance and they say it is because of the certain coding used. They assume it's a mistake and tell me to reach out to the provider who issued the lab work and have them change the coding. Sounds simple enough until I learn that my scheduled wellness exam was no longer that the minute I started talking about medical concerns. The concerns were nothing life threatening, but concerns you'd talk about with your doctor at your annual exam; which is what I had scheduled with the office. It's very disappointing that Dr. Han failed to tell me the appointment had changed once I started discussing my medical concerns. It's even more disappointing that it seems like talking about medical concerns is just seen as additional coding and extra money for the doctor. I will not be returning to this office, nor would I refer them to anyone. I highly suggest reading other reviews and finding another doctors office.
