Between hearing their blaring, non-soothing music & listening to therapists talk loudly (over said, loud music) to each other about non-medical/therapy issues & feeling teased that I'm not further along sooner, being pushed in a taunting way I couldn't do this exercise or that exercise better, I decided to leave Guidry. Eventually, I got better on my own just doing home exercises & using a nearby gym. No longer did I need to spend a bunch of $$ with a semi-professional place.

I spoke with Kyle the following week and he assured me he would take care of me and I'd only be with him. Showed up for my next appointment at 1pm and was left waiting for 50 min because he double booked himself with me and a meeting. After 50 min my husband requested a refund for the appointment and told them we were leaving. Only then did Kyle come out to speak with my husband. An hour there and no one saw me. Absolutely horrible service, and yes that therapist who looked down my shirt sleeve was still there.

It can take a year to gain muscle strength back. My PC sent me to Spooner on Litchfield in Surprise, and I am getting excellent care there. I was evaluated by Keith the DPT, and he started me out with exercises and message to lessen the muscle sensitivity I am experiencing after surgery.
