I was fortunate to schedule 7 visits to feel comfortable enough to make a 3 day drive back to Oregon. I've been to several therapists in the past . One for tearing my hamstring. Several others for back issues. By far, True Care has been the all around best. Raymond Popp the owner ( Ray), showed me right from the start that he wasn't the typical therapist who would just show how to do the exercise and walk away without any engagement. Ray would also do extremity manipulation on my legs when they were sore or tight. I haven't had a therapist show me that kind of care and knowledge about their craft. The staff was great too. They also offer massages there which is really wonderful. The appointment was for my son, and the front desk was able to get us into a cancellation pretty promptly (which I was so excited about) and when we got there, we filled out paperwork and went back within 10 min. Alex is who saw him and he was easy going, easy to talk to, and made my son feel comfortable, which is so important to both of us. He did some dry needling on him also and I think that helped a ton. It can take a year to gain muscle strength back. My PC sent me to Spooner on Litchfield in Surprise, and I am getting excellent care there.
