I understand the five stars, and I'm so glad that I did. It was easy to schedule, they take close to every insurance, and they have a reasonable self pay option that is awesome to offer. They also offer massages there which is really wonderful. The appointment was for my son, and the front desk was able to get us into a cancellation pretty promptly (which I was so excited about) and when we got there, we filled out paperwork and went back within 10 min. Alex is who saw him and he was easy going, easy to talk to, and made my son feel comfortable, which is so important to both of us. He did some dry needling on him also and I think that helped a ton. Asking the right questions, we determined it was vestibular (Inner ear crystals have moved) had one treatment in hospital (Banner Boswell) and I started looking for a Physical Therapist who specialized in this problem. I found East Coast Audiology, Ashley, Physical Therapist, has been working on my husband, only 2 treatments and he is 96% better, before he couldn't stand without falling and getting sick. She will follow up with one more treatment, and then send him on his way until another episode. The balance, the dizziness, nausea, is from inner ear easy to treat if you know what you're looking for. I had never heard of it, so getting the word out might help someone else.

It can take a year to gain muscle strength back. My PC sent me to Spooner on Litchfield in Surprise, and I am getting excellent care there. I was evaluated by Keith the DPT, and he started me out with exercises and message to lessen the muscle sensitivity I am experiencing after surgery.
