Katie was incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring throughout my treatment. After just 12 sessions, my pain was significantly reduced and I felt much more confident in my movement. Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices. Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services. read more

ATI PT charges patients to get medical records/discharge notes and it takes 15-30 days. This is absolutely theft. Patients can't even download documents from their patient portal either. I will never use this business again. THEFT!!!! read more

Both Garret and EJ were fantastic. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and motivated. Each session was thoughtfully planned and always pushed me to improve, yet they both kept things fun and positive throughout the process. It's clear that Garret truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, notice small details, and adjust treatments based on how you're feeling that day. He's incredibly attentive and always tuned in to any areas of pain or tension, which made a huge difference in my recovery. I had a terrific 3 month experience with ATI PT. Garret Foster was my miracle worker and was able to get my lower back area from a fire ant hillside of pain on the first visit. Garrett recently practically stood on that same are with both thumbs and other digits and it felt like just pressure with little to no pain. The first visit he wasn't even able to touch that area, it was so angry and tight. Backstory- I was rear ended while stopped at a traffic signal back in December by a box truck. As in many small accidents, I thought I would heal on my own with rest and less activity. The insurance company thought I shouldn't feel any pain from such a small accident, yet there we were in late April early May. I couldn't enjoy most of my previous activities and my back hurt in that area from sitting too long, or driving too long or most things that I took for granted before the accident. I frankly didn't want to go to PT for months on end, as I was sure it wouldn't make that big of a difference with the pain and tightness I was feeling every day. I was dead wrong. Garrett and the rest of that team coached me on my stretching, and strength training for that back area. Many times I went home feeling pain and aching from Garrett working that injured area, he's exactly what you need. He assured me it would help my recovery, and he was correct. I have been using this location for many years and the staff and physical therapists have been exceptional. Lauren and Kayla have been my go to PT's when I have migraines and back pain. I have also been seen for many shoulder, arm and leg issues and my preferred method of treatment is dry needling. They do much more than that walking you through exercises and stretches. I have moved further away from this location but drive almost 15-20 miles because I am used to the excellent level of treatment I receive. read more

Tried to come to this location after having issues(tripple billed for 1 visit, weeks later not made right) so thought I'd go to ATI where they have done decent work in the past. When calling in, I was 1st told I should find a different place when I said it sounded like they were in a wind tunnel and couldn't hear them. Called back and explained between the wind noise and thick accent I couldn't hear the last person or get transferred. After explaining my situation, i was told "it sounds like you're just shopping around" then told I sound like a racist for having trouble w/ the accent(all while my girlfriend, who's African American, sits next to me). Now she keeps telling me she can't get a hold of a supervisor or manager while making me wait on hold(still am) for 20 minutes. This is THE WORST health care treatment I have ever received my 40 years on earth. Couldn't believe I had to leave this review, but this kind of BS needs to be called out. read more

As I age, my body doesn't hold up as well as it used to. Lucky for me there's ATI Physical Therapy! I went to ATI PT - Happy Valley because it was close to my office. My problem was my hips and I wasn't sure if it was from Crossfit or my running. Jared, my PT was able to diagnose my issue within minutes of evaluating me; it was my running. In my mind, I was thinking I need new running shoes! Yah, buy new shoes! (#anchorman #buynewsuits). Unfortunately, it was my right hip overcompensating for my left as I run; darn you child-rearing hips! Anyways, Jared massaged me a bit and recommended some hip strengthening exercises with resistant bands for when I'm at home. I would spend about 40 minutes working out my hips through various movements at the location and ending with an electro-cooling machine thingy; I forgot what it was called, but it was relaxing. Moreover, the staff at ATI PT - Happy Valley was uber friendly and fun! I rather enjoyed my visit every time and sometimes look forward to it during the week. They were a young bunch full of energy and fun moments; I'm talking to you Bree and Katie! They seem to really enjoy what they do and the team chemistry really jelled well. So to end, I wanted to thank the entire ATI PT - Happy Valley staff for their hard work and getting this Yelper back on his feet/road for another race! read more

The best place on Earth to get yourself treated....awesome and friendly trainers...I had an ACL reconstruction surgery on feb 21st 2018 and it's been almost 8 weeks now and am far better than before..I landed there literally crying out of pain on my first day of PT...they took care of me like a baby and my journey till date with them is simple wonderful....
