When I was hired, Bernard told me that a mandatory 3% of my paychecks would be deducted from ADP Retirement.
I worked for them a little over a year.
While working with my last client with Compassionate Home Care I was asked by the clients wife to work more than the scheduled hours, I then talked with Bernard about the overtime, he told me, "that's okay, just do whatever she needs from you." Bernard, his office manager Alma Aguilar, and the scheduler Terri all knew of my overtime because you required to clock in at the beginning of your shift, and clock out at the end of your shift. When the time came that Bernard "suddenly become aware," that the client's insurance was charging the client over $2000.00, He didn't want his name to be smeared, so he blamed me, even when I told him, "you knew, you could have kept me from clocking out late, but you didn't." Bernard even texted me after that meeting, which he even included my client's granddaughter present to show her that he was not to blame, to show her his power over my position, lol he has to shame.
Which brings me to my current situation, 4 months later, in which ADP Retirement has advised me that my employer refuses to let them give me the retirement benefits, which is STILL active, now in the sum of $1,592.70.
Bernard even made it impossible for me to receive unemployment benefits.
In the text, which he sent me, he said, "wow, throw me under the bus," where he failed to over power me in the presence of the granddaughter, but instead I actually did throw him under the bus.
The truth does prevail his dishonesty.
Now, I was forced to file a claim to Arizona Economic Department for unjust businesses that try to cheat the system with the crooked expense of their employees.
