I didn't see the seasonal menu until after I ordered, because it seemed way of to the side. I wasn't given a plate or napkin for my bagel and it was a little hard to get someone's attention to ask where to find napkins (up by the register). It would've been great if they'd asked whether we wanted our items for here or to go. The restroom was out of toilet tissue, and when I tried to tell a staff member, they were wearing headphones so they couldn't hear me. I had to go find another to let them know. Some of the seating was quite messy and wasn't cleaned up in the amount of time we were there.

We got an Abuela hot chocolate and the Mayan hot chocolate both are rich and creamy. Both are fantastic, and the subtle spice on the Mayan version ads a flavor kick that will make you wish you had this version before. When we were there they had Christmas gift bags with the Mayan hot chocolate mix. The owner were there and were very friendly and answered our questions drink questions, looks like a fantastic menu, and they have beer on tap too.

This Starbucks location is very nice except for the confusing parking lot. It is very strangely…read moredesigned, not like most Starbucks locations, which allow for easy in and easy out. I always order on the app and go inside to pick up my drink and food. There are four or five spaces in front but there is only one way in and one way out and it can be very difficult to get out when other people are turning in or driving past the side to get into the drive-through line. When you try to exit the parking lot, you are greeted with a "Do Not Enter" sign to the left, so you have to turn right, and drive all the way back to the access road. The access road is often congested with semi trucks and cars entering and exiting the gas station. Even though this Starbucks is located close to the interstate exit it always takes longer than expected. By the time I navigate the parking lot and wait for traffic it is not a quick stop. The interior is very nice with good use of space. Employees are friendly, and always greet customers as they enter the store.
