This Starbucks location is very nice except for the confusing parking lot. It is very strangely designed, not like most Starbucks locations, which allow for easy in and easy out. I always order on the app and go inside to pick up my drink and food. There are four or five spaces in front but there is only one way in and one way out and it can be very difficult to get out when other people are turning in or driving past the side to get into the drive-through line. When you try to exit the parking lot, you are greeted with a "Do Not Enter" sign to the left, so you have to turn right, and drive all the way back to the access road. The access road is often congested with semi trucks and cars entering and exiting the gas station. Even though this Starbucks is located close to the interstate exit it always takes longer than expected. By the time I navigate the parking lot and wait for traffic it is not a quick stop. The interior is very nice with good use of space. Employees are friendly, and always greet customers as they enter the store. read more

Conveniently located near the interstate, unfortunately, it's a very popular location and the lines can be really long - had to wait quite a while for my drink - they were well staffed and working hard so it's not their fault, it's just slammed here and I imagine offen! We were visiting nearby and arrived at our hotel late so we really just wanted to have something lite to eat. This shop was just across the street so we decided to grab something to go. The salad was quite large and had all the ingredients that my wife likes. I got the Chicken panini and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and got my mobile order ready quickly and it was ready for me when I walked in. The App makes it so easy. This is a great location. read more

Conveniently located off I-65, this new Starbucks location fills the need for fast delicious coffee. Inside it is huge, with lots of seating and counter space. The parking lot to get here is weirdly complex, and I still can't figure out how exactly they want you to exit, but it's worth a bit of confusion because this is one of the largest, nicest Starbucks I've seen. Just watch other drivers because it's going to be fender bender central. And it still smells new, so there's that. Great coffee, friendly employees. Worth a stop! read more

I explained I wanted to try something new and she suggested a amazing combination of the things I liked. She not only cheered us up but she made the best drinks ever. In the evening around 8:40pm. We were here around 11:30am on a Tuesday. They were out of nearly all hot food. We asked about three different sandwiches and the person at the register walked back to the fridge *each* time instead of just telling us what they had left. Then I asked for 2 orders of the veggie egg white bites. When we got our order we had one order of the ham and cheese egg bites. I went to the counter and asked if they had the other order and she said "we only have one" and then there was a whole "who's on first" bit trying to get her to tell me which type of egg bites we had in our bag. I have no idea why she didn't tell me there was only one and it wasn't the type that I had asked for two orders of. This was literally the worst SBUX I've ever been to, and I have no idea why this person was working the counter. read more

Being a frequent Starbucks patron, this location is easily one of the worst I've visited (customer service wise). While ordering I was asked to repeat my simple two drink order twice and was told they were out of several items I attempted to order in conjunction with our drinks. Disappointing, but not their fault if they were truly out. The issue was the condescending giggles and lack of customer care. Of course I will visit Starbucks in the future, but luckily I live no where near this location. I'm sure there are other coffee shops in the area, it would be my recommendation to spend your money somewhere where being kind and courteous is a larger priority. read more

The service was fast, quick, and the coffee was delicious! BUT don't bother sitting inside to do homework/read, meetings, work on anything etc.. they have pop music turned up so loud that you can still hear it with headphones on.
