Went in to buy a new Bong 2 months ago. Took it home and upon first use immediately noticed it was leaking from a hairline fracture on the bottom. As I said, I literally was using it for the first time and it was brand new. I assumed maybe it was because it was a hot day and the shop was air conditioned. Although, even with that, a quality piece should not be affected. I took it back the next day and some guy who was not the gut I bought it from inspected it and felt the need to remind me several times that they only carry quality products and that they inspect everything before they sell it. OK, defensiveness like that makes me automatically suspect they actually do carry really cheap stuff. The guy kind of made me feel like he thought I was scamming him. Long story short he replaced it with an exact replica, which I was grateful for. However, that one broke last night as well. It broke just by putting it on the counter. Just shattered into pieces. Not trying to be one of "those guys", but I've been using bongs for almost 30 years and I have broken one that was my fault in that time and it was from being kicked over, not casual use. Perhaps I happened to pick the one supplier they carry that's poor quality? But the fact that both of them broke so quickly in the exact same way tells me it's not a coincidence. Boss man had me pay $85 for a mod that when I looked online after the fact, was actually only $15. They also sold me a "420" cart for $50 that was total garbage... looked up online and it was only $20 and rather than it being 420 it was potpourri. Walking in I was very nervous because I was going in to get my first piercing! The man at the counter was very friendly, had me fill out the needed paperwork, checked my ID and had me pick out my piercing. The wait was a little long for the person who was doing the actual piercing but the man in the front helped make that wait fun. Once they were ready for me, I was called into a little room. The guy who was doing the piercing was not a people person, just wanted to get me in and out. I was nervous and would have liked someone who would have made this experience a little more enjoyable. Came here today to get my daughters lip pierced for her 17th bday. To be honest, it was not my first choice but will definitely come back. He pierced her lip very professionally. As we were getting ready to leave we mentioned that she was having trouble with some ear piercings she got elsewhere over a year ago. He asked to see and took care of her immediately when he saw how badly infected they were. He removed the earrings that she was unable to get out because they were so swollen and then proceeded to clean and take care of the horrible infection site even as my daughter cried quite loudly because it was so painful. This was completely not anything he needed to do nor did he charge extra for it. He simply wanted to help and refused extra payment. Tonight her ear looks soooooo much better (not pretty because it was so bad but on its way to healing) and I'm so grateful he cared enough to go out of his way to help. read more

We took our 15 year old daughters into get their belly buttons pierced. At first they didn't notice that we were the moms and the first thing they did was ask the girls for their IDs. I noticed that the store was very clean and bright. There was a wide selection of jewelry and the cost was extremely reasonable. $40 which included the jewelry and the piercing. Abe, the owner, was the one who did the piercings. He was very nice and professional and patiently answered all of our questions. The piercing room was very clean and everything was sterile.
