5 stars is the highest I can rate, but honestly, I would give this place a 10! This place is absolutely amazing!! Not only are the flowers and arrangements gorgeous and incredibly fresh, but the customer service was beyond outstanding. We came in because my son's prom corsage and boutonniere, which I had ordered elsewhere, had the wrong color ribbon. My son was so upset and thought there was no solution. Not only did they fix the set, but they made us an entirely new one that was beyond our expectations. We could not believe how beautiful it turned out! To say the least, my son was so happy and honestly in disbelief. We will definitely be coming here for ALL of our flower needs from now on. When someone is a regular customer and orders an orange and white lei for a Vaca High graduation 3 weeks in advance and goes to pick it up the day before and it is red and white ...shame on you!!!! And the when questioned you give the excuse thats how the people who made it.did it..Double shame on you!! You should have never acceted that if you were using a third party. It should have been re made. To blame someone else and expect ths customer to accept it is a poor reflection on you and your business. Giving an orchid lei was a nice gesture but still didnt make up for the fact you screwed up. ..You should have given the customsr the lei that was wrong, , offered the orchid lei and given their money back. This used to be my go to florist. They still do amazing work beautiful flowers you can pay for even upgraded flowers. I love the bouquets. I've been a bit disappointed. I've been treated the last few times as if I'm doing them a favor by giving them my service and I don't like that, but I will continue to try them and use them because again they do beautiful work their average price. Some things can be a little pricier, but the work seems to be worth it. read more

I had such an incredible experience at this place--I needed some last minute (verging on desperate) help to decorate a long table for 18 people. The whole staff was helpful and warm from the moment I arrived. They also gave me a little crash course on how to add greenery to the table. I am extremely disappointed with Stems Florist. I ordered flowers from Teleflora, who then contracted with Stems to create and deliver the arrangement. This was a surprise for my best friends 50th birthday. Since it was a very special birthday, I ordered a large beautiful bouquet. What my friend was delivered looked nothing like what I ordered (see photos). I was extremely embarrassed she though that was the arrangement I chose for her birthday flowers. You should not contract with companies if you cannot deliver the product ordered. I would not recommend using Stems. read more

When my mom passed away, I received two different floral arrangements from Stems. My son was there when the one he purchased arrived, he said it did not remotely resemble what he ordered. He said the one he ordered was subdued colors and it included an angel. This is what we got. The purple were already wilted. Upon examining the arrangements, I discovered some of the stems were cut too short and we're without water. The second arrangement came to the chapel, it looked fine from afar, however upon examining it, I discovered the same problem, some flowers were dead, because again they were not attached to the florist block that provides water. They were horrible. I ordered a sympathy arrangement. The florist suggested mostly white flowers. I said okay but that I wanted something tall and with a little color. The florist suggested adding some pink. I said yes okay. I specifically asked for a late afternoon delivery because the family would be at the funeral services in early afternoon. My Dad passed away & I went into Stems to order a Cross flower stand with 2 ribbons that say: 1st one "Beloved Husband & the 2nd Beloved Dad & Grandpa. I showed the young girl at the counter what I wanted from their website, payed $305 for it. I then called back to order a vase arrangement also, $295. I asked her to send a picture of the cross that they already made & was extremely disappointed in in since it looked nothing like what I ordered from their website. I told her let her boss know as I was pretty emotional at that time. The boss called me back & changed it up a bit which I appreciated but ...I'm not sure I would use them again. Wow! Stems is so much more than just a florist! Extensive selection of unique gift items for many occasions as well including cards and balloons. The selection of flowers is top notch in terms of variety and freshness. They keep the front case stocked with off-the-shelf creations for those in a hurry. I opted to bring my own vase and let the artist have at it with just some general direction from me on color scheme and flower selection. I'm so impressed I don't think I can go back to floral arrangements from the grocer or box store again! I would also like to commend the amazing staff. A super cute store front with kind and helpful staff. The store has wonderful Knick knacks for the holidays ,cute garden signs, to beautiful flower arrangements. The whole purpose of our trip was purchasing a flower arrangement for my mother's memorial and I'm so happy we took the drive to this store. They had such variety of arrangements to match any occasion. We were able to find an arrangement that had my moms favorite flowers and colors. A definite must visit place; even if it's just to look at the cute holiday decorations. I also purchased this cute pumpkin insert of a dog for my son that won't be able to carve his pumpkin. After my chiropractor visit, I decided to go to Stems florist to get a dozen roses to my wife of 48 years, we've been together since jr. high school. I was greeted by a nice lady who help me with the arrangement. She said to have a seat it'll be a while, and said ok. As I sat down I felt an urge to go to the bathroom, so I stood up and walk around thinking it will go away, but it didn't. As I was walking around in their shop, an older blond woman came up to me and ask if I needed help. I said I was being attended to and said thank you. Then I ask if I can use the restroom and it was urgent. She looked at me and said we have a bathroom, but you can't use it, go across the street. Wow how rude, I'm 70 years old I'm handicapped I can't walk very far. After paying $130 for roses I was treat with disrespect from her and left the shop. Is this how they treat seniors? I happened to be up for my aunts funeral and the morning before the services I called asking about turnaround times for a funeral arrangement and was told about 3-4 days in advance, BUT to come in and see what we could. When I walked in, the atmosphere was very open, bright and welcoming. Immediately greeted and was asked if they could be of assistance and I stated I had just called in about a funeral arrangement.
