They did a fantastic job with an arrangement I sent to my daughter who's starting a new term at UC Davis. She loved the fall arrangement w the autumn leaf shaped pineapples, Carmel dipped apples, choc strawberries. I'm so pleased and will be ordering again soon. read more

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered the following day requested that it would be delivered in the am hours they said they could not guarantee a delivery time. The following day (requested delivery date) received a call @ 3:15pm that they were out of stock of the purchased vase that was to come with the arrangement and then also informed the balloons that were to come with the arrangement were also out of stock. Why would you wait until 3:15pm the day of the delivery to contact your customer that it was out of stock. read more

Ordered for Father's Day ahead of time and they won't let you pick what time you want it delivered. So here I am waiting and waiting . I even called and they said that their drivers were going to come back to pick up more deliveries and my order was still in the store. They totally ruined Father's Day for us. read more

I don't know why rating are so low for edible arrangements. I was gifted an arrangement last week and the flavors are amazing. Ordered some yesterday for a special occasion today. Arrangement arrived on time and delicious. I will be a regular from now. read more

Edible Arrangements - Amazingly delicious - Gift Shops Near Me - Vacaville, California

Just had the best experience thanks to Esther! I needed to place a doordash order to my sister for her birthday and although she LOVES edible arrangements she's allergic to strawberries. I called the store to see if we could possibly switch out the strawberries for literally anything else and Esther went above and beyond. She even gave suggestions on how she could make the order better given the situation. You don't come across people as kind as her often so I wanted to be sure she was recognized for this small gesture that went so so far for me! Thank you for being so kind and accommodating Esther!! read more

Staff was very professional and helpful over the phone. They made sure I updated through the process. Thank you guys

I placed an online order in advance for delivery - I know how absolutely crazy these kinds of businesses get especially around certain holidays so I thought it was smart to have my delivery made for Friday instead of Sunday (Mother's Day). The order arrived to my mom's around 5PM. I couldn't be happier! Everything was perfect! Thank you Edible Arrangements Vacaville! :) read more

Eddy was so helpful and so friendly! Absolutely would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good treat!

Arrived same day, fruit was delicious and just the right amount of chocolate, arrangement was just what I was looking for

Happy Birthday coupon received. Eddie did a wonderful job this afternoon helping me retrieve my sisters bday coupon. She had a baby five days ago and she has a one year old and thirteen year old. Let's say she has her hands full and needed someone to pick up her order. To my surprise Eddie allowed me to get my sisters goodies and he handled the order quickly even thought I was a walk in. Definitely will return for further business! read more

Esther was the SWEETESST!! I had an order sent to me and she called my work to make sure we were open. Her and I hit it off on the phone just because she was a sweetheart. Next thing I know I got the delivery and an extra special delivery from her, just because! We need more people like her in the world. Thanks Esther!! Tracy Simon :) read more

NEVER ordering from here again. I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day. I ordered ahead and even paid extra for guaranteed delivery. My order was never worked on, and I never received any communication from the store. I tried to call several times with leaving messages and they don't even bother to pick up. Horrible way to do business and horrible management/ownership. I ordered from them for years, but this is the last time. I can understand they are likely busy for the holiday, but there should have been proper communication. read more

This is my first time ever ordering from Edible Arrangements. My auntie just got out of surgery today and since I am currently in WA state, I wanted to gift her something to lift her spirits. I ordered the customize your own box and the only reason I'm giving a star is for the speediness of delivery. Otherwise, as you can see they did a VERY lousy job on these dipped fruit. I'm paying almost $60 for a dozen dipped fruit, popcorn, and balloon, and the quality of work is very sad. I can count on one hand how many almonds there are on that strawberry, the other strawberry is barely dipped, and the pineapple looks rushed. I ordered the salted caramel apple slice but don't see the salt outside and I'm assuming there isn't any caramel, otherwise they would have faced it up so it wouldn't stick to the paper. I ordered the pumpkin spice and vanilla bean latte popcorn and instead she received caramel. The main reason why I'm going through your company is for a "Get Well", but how is she suppose to when the product looks worse than the actual occasion? I'm bringing humor into this post because it's funny that your company thinks it's ok to send out products like this. I'm so glad I asked her to take pictures, otherwise this would have never been brought to light. This order was made during a pandemic so I understand business is tight, but in order to keep customers, your organization must pay attention to detail and provide your customers products that they are proud of. I called in and your employee did a great job with saying they will send the correct popcorn to my auntie, but it doesn't discredit the lousy job on the dipped fruits. read more

Very disappointed and upset with Edible Arrangements, Vacaville. I had paid early enough to have the product delivered to my wife's business, but it was not to be. I've tried to contact them and went to their status site, but it wasn't working. Whatever the reason is, I should have been told about this so that I could drive to Vacaville and pick it up myself. Now, the day is done and my wife thought that I didn't get her anything - so I did tell her that she was supposed to get something - but REALLY, should I or other customers need to go through this especially during THIS day! I'm sorry that I am upset, but this is just not right. I'm sure I'm not the only person that is upset, so Vacaville Edible Arrangements there is an expectation from businesses there, so please fix this with your customers...... read more

The customer service was the best. I needed the something the day of and quick. I didn't place an order ahead time, but I called in and said I'm 10 mins away and they said they could figure something out. My first time ordering from Edible Arrangements. I ordered flowers and fruit prior to reading reviews and was panicked after I read them. I was so worried about them either not being delivered or looking awful. I'm glad I didn't see the reviews first because I wouldn't have ordered. My mother in law was out running a very quick errand when the delivery guy came. He called me and asked what I wanted him to do, I told him to please leave at the door. She came home when he was there still and received the package. It's very beautiful and my mother in law is very happy with the flowers and fruit. Thank you! Will no longer use this company. Every time I try to order they fail to deliver. It is better to buy other gifts, and get fresh fruit from the farmers market. read more

Do not order from here unless you don't care if the order is ever delivered. They don't do what they promise, they don't answer their phones, and they don't communicate with the customers who have placed orders. Everyone can understand being overwhelmed by Valentine's day but if you don't have the staff or the inventory to fulfill the orders don't accept them. At the very LEAST, if something happens and you can't fulfill the order, let the customer know there's an issue beforehand. Instead, they no show, no call and then finally at the end of the day when it's too late to do or buy anything else, you get an email that your order's been cancelled and you've received a refund. There are no second chances for that kind of bad service. read more

I had such a great experience! I ordered over the phone and the gentleman who assisted me was so helpful. My order was beautifully made and it was so easy to just pick it up. I was told this EA store is under new management and I want to spread the word how great the service was! read more

All I gotta say is edible arrangements is a cute concept but it's freakin pricey, they should only do orders so they can save money on fruits and lower their prices. I cane for donut day cause I heard about the donut apples, it's literally a cored Apple, cut horizoontally into thirds, hence a donut shape, dipped/covered in dark chocolate (if you're lucky, it might be completely dipped with no holes), and topped with sprinkles. On donut day I got it for free, yay, but I asked how much it costs normally... $4!!! FOUR DOLLARS FOR A SLICE OF APPLE dipped in chocolate O-O... Anyways, also I'm paranoid of precut fruit cause of one of several of my friends who are microbiologist... ahha anyway, edible arrangements is a cute alternative to all the sweet unhealthy things that people give loved ones though. read more

Such bad service. My friend surprised me on my birthday with this. However, it wasn't how she planned it at all. I was working from home on my birthday, & I hear a knock on my door. I open it, & it's my neighbor that lives 2 houses down from me... She hands me the Edible Arrangement, saying the driver just put it at her front door, and luckily she was home, so she was able to retrieve my "surprise" and walk over to my house to hand to me. The card itself says my address on it!!! The driver was too lazy to deliver it to the correct address, and didn't even bother to hand it to the house owner either! Who just puts chocolate dipped strawberries at the front door and drives off?? So bad, I told my friend to never use them again. I won't either! read more

There's a reason why this store has a two star rating. Save your money and go elsewhere. My daughter in law is having her first Mother's Day and my son had to work. She stepped out for a few minutes with the baby and missed the delivery and I missed the drivers call. They didn't leave what I ordered and wouldn't redeliver. I bought $50 worth of strawberries and they wouldn't accommodate us. I'm so sad for my daughter in law and I will never use edible arrangements again. read more

Summary-allergy concerns, ignorance of staff, and poor customer service. I should have read reviews on Yelp before trying. I saw an ad online somewhere, clocked, and went to the website. I ordered chocolate dipped strawberries for Valentine's Day. The ordering was easy, and the confirmation email was immediate. Then, today, on pick up day, I yelped to find the phone number. I needed to see what time they closed because I had unexpected business out of town and it was going to be cutting it close. Anyway, at 5:55pm, I called to confirm their closing time (which said 7pm on yelp). The voicemail said that the business was closed and to either call back during business hours which were until 7 or press 1 to leave a message. I pressed 1 and was disconnected. I repeated this 4 times. Unable to leave a message and thinking they must be closed (most messages will say "if you are reaching this recording during business hours, we are helping a customer" or such) because the message said they were, I drove there anyway. I arrived around 6:30. The young lady asked how she could help and I picked up the order. I told her about the phone calls, voicemail, and being hung up on. Her response was, "I don't think we have not been answering the phone at all today since we are not taking orders." Well, their voicemail said press 1 to leave a message and do this if placing an order, etc. Neither were available. Anyway, she had no interest in hearing my complaint/concern. That was just odd behavior for a business and odd customer service on both parts (the unanswered phone and the face to face interaction). It occurred to me that the recipient of the food may want to share, so I asked the same lady what their policy was on cross contamination or tree nuts and peanuts since there was a warning on the box saying there were nuts in the store. She said, "I don't think there are any nuts in THIS store, so no contamination." I said, "Can you please check?" She went in the back and brought a new lady with her back to the front. This new lady said there is indeed cross contamination because they dip nuts into the same chocolate. Whoa! Allergy training needed stat! No one has tasted the food yet. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order today. Worst customer service possible. Didn't read the instructions that specified to leave the items at the door if no one answered. Called to inquire what happened, was left on hold for 10 mins. However, was less than impressed with the lack of customer service. read more

Wow! I was so surprised on my birthday to receive not 1, but 2 arrangments from my daughters! (You girls rock!). They arrived with a song and balloons directly to my office by "Marta?" who was bubbly and vivacious. Unlike other experiences that were noted, my arrangments were delightfully fresh and cold. We opened one immediately and saved the other for the next day. My first arrangement was all gobbled up by the time the work day was over. One arrangement arrived in an adorable pink elephant, which hold a special sentimental value and the other was in a nice orange vase. My only suggestion would have been that the vase have a handle so it could be reused as a mug. Anyway, it matches the theme of my kitchen, so I'll do something with it. Great job! And my girls say that you can get a great discount if you let them know it's your first time ordering. Again, thanks Girls, you rock. And Marta, thanks for being so cheerful and singing "Happy Birthday" to me. read more

Wish I'd read the reviews before placing my order from this location. Beyond disappointed. I was going to be out of town for Mother's Day and wanted to make sure to order my mom something special. Spent over $100 to order a set of chocolate covered strawberries with an accompanying floral arrangement. As you can see in the photo, it was to be a lush bouquet of pastel flowers. Instead she got a small bright bouquet that looked like it was picked up at a local gas station. I was so embarrassed when she sent me the photo of what she received. I understand that arrangements won't be exact, but they should at least be comparable to what is pictured. This was not at all! I contacted customer service and they opened a case, saying that the store manager would get back to me within 48 hours. It's now been four days and I haven't been contacted. All I'll say is buyer beware! Poor quality and poor customer service. read more

There customer service at the Vacaville Edible Arrangements SUCKS. I picked up an arrangement today at 949 am. When the clerk came out from the back and saw that I was black, her whole demeanor changed. She never once communicated a single word to me. Eddie and his crew at the Edible Arrangements, Vacaville were fantastic today! Maile, at the shop and Nate, their driver were extremely understanding as it's my wife and son's birthday and I looked forward to surprising them with their treats!
