We had one arrangement that we wanted to add three roses with color against the all white arrangement. Dina guided us to a beautiful lavender rose. This place was amazing to work with. Even for a chaotic day like Valentine's Day. It's a smaller operation out of their house/garage but blew every single floral shop that has a store front in Solano County out of the water. Their website was descriptive and on point. They had a large selection for Valentine's Day and even offered custom design, which other not to be named places were not. The customer service was on point. I believe I spoke to the owner on the phone and she was so sweet and nice and helpful. Walked me through the process. Gave me all the option clearly. Offered pick up and delivery with multiple time slots with ease. Did not feel stressed or pressured when most places make you feel like they don't want to deal with you around this week. I picked my design from the website and it had a standard, deluxe, and premium option. The standard included 12 roses. The deluxe included 15 roses. Not sure on premium cause I did not ask... But she offered to upgrade me to 18 roses on deluxe with no additional cost. She offered me same day pick up. I chose the next day. Showed up for my pick up time and it was ready and waiting for me and I was in and out in 2 minutes. Arrangement was gorgeous. Will use them exclusively going forward and suggest if you need flowers that you also use them. All other shops around here seem to have a poor attitude and the quality of flower is not that great compared to this place. read more
