This one is a great one! Hold on, definitely worth the read! I was looking for a good conceal carry holster, and I've bought 3 of them online, and they were horrible (not from this place). So I started looking locally for one. I called 4 other locations before I found this place. FYI, if you want to buy one from Bass Pro Shops, you have to leave your gun at home, drive out there, buy it, and come back and pray it fits/works for you. I called at 10am, and Hailey answered the phone, extremely nice, genuine and helpful! I asked her if she had any CC holsters in stock, she said she had quite a few, to bring in my firearm, and see which one would fit. Showed up at around 10:30. Patrick opened the door for me and I waltzed in. Told Patrick which firearms I had and what I was looking for...Immediately jumped up and started pulling from the hangers until we found 2 perfect fit CC holsters! I tried them both on, and they were perfect fit (for my fluffy butt) and I bought them both. Small mom and pop shop who I will always support, no matter what. We even chilled for a little bit and chopped it up. This is from now on, my go-to for anything firearm related. They made me feel welcome and at home. Thank you Hailey and Patrick. They are a family small business and are great people. They have a great selection of pistols and long guns. They also have used and consignment guns for sale as long as I don't buy them before they hit the display cases, LOL, Happend twice now. Apparently I was there 1000th gun sale on Saturday. Thought that was way cool. As a new gun owner it can be intimidating and overwhelming when selecting a firearm. This place was by far a much better experience than going to Big 5 or Bass Pro shop. John and his team are very confident in their knowledge of firearms and are more than willing to share that knowledge to any that will listen. He talks to you like a friend or family member and that's what I appreciated the most. The benefit of this type of store versus the big chains is that you can take your time and get customer service from people who are passionate in this field. Went in today for a small item (Mag extension), and got GREAT customer service. They had the item I was looking for, the sales person was extremely skilled in answering my question. I highly recommend this store, their prices were VERY competive with some off the the online stores, where I would have to deal with the shipping and time delays. They by far were more competitive then some other local gun stores. My future GO TO gun store, you pleasantly surprised me with your knowledge, and outstanding service and pricing. I can't begin to explain how good of an experience I had coming into Empire guns and Ammo, both my wife and I came in on a Tuesday afternoon randomly, we were immediately greeted with a smile and common decency. Alex took the time to answer, elaborate explain thoroughly any question I had. Even if he didn't have the answer he took the time to find it. I am in the market in the near future for a new fire arm and without pressure explained to me the positives and left it at that. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't a know it all expert. BUT! He was incredibly well versed. Because of this I purchased a few items for mine and my wife's firearm. I will come back again.
