Love this place. Best Asian buffet in the IE. Good food at a great price. Especially their dinner. We eat so much crab . The decor is a bit p.f. chang's with the horses and terra Cotta warriors. It's cool that they plan Chinese music while you eat. Definitely coming back. read more

I recommend this place for a quick fix of chinese food cravings. There are so many different varieties, and everything is pretty delicious. They have different rolls, sushi, and sashimi. They have hibachi and different kinds of seafood. Service is okay, I mean, it's self-serve, mostly so ots not much to write a about. The decor here is great. I had to take off a star because the bathroom situation is absolutely a nightmare. I suggest skipping the bathroom entirely unless in an emergency. A new discovery by my daughter so off we went and tried the buffet! Such a nice place with a good variety of food that doesn't hurt your budget! They have crabs but not your usual Alaskan king crabs or snow crabs... food is pretty good and it's a huge place! Not bad if you wanna go on weekdays, they have enough seating for family and friends! Scallops and green beans are tasty. Mussels were pretty big if you like it that way. Pork bun is not bad! Sesame ball is quite rubbery. Otherwise, lots of variety, including Hibachi grill and a Sushi station. Just one piece of advise: maybe the staff not to sweep the floor by table when people are eating? i haven't been to a buffet in a very long time, way before covid but i came with my family and it was pretty packed we didn't have to wait that long though. it's big inside and luckily we were seated against a wall and not in between anybody. i was kinda nervous because buffets have a bad rep and this has a low rating and also thought they wouldn't have any options for me but i was pleased. they have many options, all asian foods. you can even make your own hibachi plate. my favorite was the sushi, the salmon and tuna roll were pretty good and fresh. servers always coming around and picking up plates so you always have a clean table. overall, an above par experience and wouldn't say no to going again :) read more

Just moved from the Coachella valley area and have to say this is the worst buffet I have ever experienced in my life. I was left with a lingering aftertaste that made me sick to my stomach for over a day no matter how much I brushed/waterflossed/tonguescraped. You pay over 100$ for 4 people and the room smells horrible when you first walk in with the fish pond which sincerely needs to be cleaned. The bathrooms are disgusting. The servers try to grab your tip sheet before you even leave your table which caused me to literally put ours under a cup farthest from the server and I have been in the restaurant industry 10 years so that says a lot. Came here for the first time this week. I have to say the food seems fresh at least around the time we were there. It was about 2pm on Thursday. They have ALOT of options. Sushi, normally asian buffet food, hibachi, desserts. The servers are fast to pick up your plates and do refills if needed. They have a cute koi pond when you come in. read more

Gotta admit I definitely didn't expect much when we came here for the first time, but I was very pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of seafood options, including so many shrimp dishes, baked salmon, crawfish, some basic sushi rolls and nigiri, calamari, crab, octopus, and oysters. I've been here several times for lunch on Sundays and love piling my plate with the crawfish- so much flavor! My grandparents love buffets and we are lucky there is this one in our relatively small town. It's decently priced (~$20/person) and they give senior citizen discounts! Place is very clean and brightly lit. It is a pleasant atmosphere to be in. It was a Tuesday night and wasn't too busy, so we were seated immediately. Staff was very nice and on top of taking our empty plates away. The best part of the buffet, in my opinion, is the hibachi section. You get to watch a chef cook your food live! You pick the veggies and meats you want on your dish beforehand. They also have sushi, cooked seafood, meats, fruits, and a salad section. This is my favorite dish today by the way. The second favorite dish is the seafood soup. It's spicy, but so delicious! You got to try it! There are many more foods, but I can't try them all. Look - I'm all for a great buffet - but at Empire, there were just a lot of red flags. 1. Food. It was not good. Things were stale, over fried, and fishy. I think that should sum it all up for you. I don't know what I was expecting, but that's what we got. 2. Seating. Sit people correctly. Don't over seat on one table, because it makes people moving through virtually impossible. 3. Cleanliness. The food area was fine, but the restrooms - well, it looked like I was walking down the 10 FWY and there was graffiti on the walls, along with a busted toilet full of waste and TP. This restaurant must be good because we drive from Rialto all the way to Moreno valley to eat there. The lunch prices are very reasonable, and you can't go to a Chinese buffet that has as much food that is kept fresh and filled as this one. We go 1 to 2 times per week all the way from Rialto, to eat there. Not once have they ever had empty dishes, nor did we have any old food. They have a noodle bar to make noodles for you which I like. And the tables are spread out and not crammed on top of each other like some other Chinese restaurants. Asian staff are cordial enough. Since they put new filters and motors in the front koi pond, no more stink, as that was a problem several years ago. Would recommend this restaurant to everybody. read more

Price was fair for the food that they offer. The hibachi food was pretty good and made fresh in front of you. Fried rice was good, loved the green beans. The crunch sushi roll was good, but none of us liked the tempura roll. Service was not too great. We had to ask for water refills over and over because the girls would walk past us and not acknowledge it, but they were on top of taking our empty plates which was great.
